Highly recommend! I called them around 10:30am hoping for same day service but knew it was probably not going to happen. The lady that answered the phone, Bonnie, was so kind and worked the scheduling to fit me in. They were at my house by 2pm. The men were very kind, and their work was great!! Took less than an hour to clean my couch so I was still able to pickup my kiddos from school. Again, great service and super friendly.

Ed and his team are awesome to work with: professional, prompt, and thorough. I called to discuss and Ed and his team finished the job the very next day ahead of our next game. Ive used Pathfinders before for home restoration after a pipe burst in my home, and the treatment was exactly the same. No matter how big or small the job, they will get it done. Cant recommend them enough!

Everything from first phone call to the time they finished they job, it was so apparent that they believe in what they do and only provide the best service.When I called, Bonnie was understanding about my timeline to get my carpet cleaned quickly and offered me many different times/options that worked best for me. She was clear and thorough when answering my questions.On the day of my cleaning, they were running a little behind schedule, but Bonnie was in constant communication. I was not able to be there, but when I let her know I was trying to find someone that was available to let them in, she coordinated to get her people there at the time that was possible for me.When they got there, they did 2 bedroom carpet cleanings and pet stain/odor removal in 30 minutes and my carpet looks brand new! I am so thankful to this company for their dedication to providing the most professional and caring services.

The Tech, Chris, was very professional, and showed me a lot of areas where my dogs had urinated and stained the carpets. The smell was pretty rough. This urine treatment solved about 90% of the smell, and I believe that with time the rest will go away. Very happy!

We hired Pathfinders to clean our commercial carpet for our party hall Dazzling Beauty Parties here in Pasadena and they did an AMAZING Job! The initial cost was very affordable but then the cleaning guy called me to ask if I wanted a carpet protector that would cost be $100 more from the invoice so I said yes since it will help with future stains. Wish I would have know that before not that It would change me hiring them but you always want to know the whole cost before hand. The guys came in on time and completed the job. After an awful experience with another company I was fortunate enough to locate Pathfinders and I am so glad I did....On every occasion their service technicians have been professional and curtious and asked me if I had any specific areas that needed to be addressed. I appreciate the little things they do....for instance they don’t leave the door wide open, they do make an attempt to push it closed allowing them to still run their hose through the house. They also use a rag/towel to walk on when leaving the carpet and going to the tile given that naturally their shoes are a little damp from the cleaning process.There was one occasion that I had Pathfinders scheduled for my routine carpet cleaning and they had an emergency water extraction for another customer and called to ask if my schedule would allow them to push me back given an emergency call came in.....I appreciated them doing this versus not just showing up until later.Lastly I like the email communications used from the minute you set an appointment as well as the reminder the day before the appointment confirming the appointment.Their prices are very fair and reasonable. Chris and his guys were awesome, chris explained what process would be needed to safely remove/ restore the affected areas from my water heater flooding my master bedroom closet and half the room. The Pathfinder team has great relationships in the community and so naturally when there is a need for carpet cleaning services, Pathfinders Carpet Cleaning rolls off the lips of many as their referral. Let me tell you my story, my dog was violently sick which left a huge mess in my house. Not knowing who to call a friend referred me to his friend, Ed, the owner of Pathfinders. When I called the company my phone call was answered immediately by a friendly person and dispatch was sent out in 15 minutes! Two employees who have worked for the company over a combined total of 18 years cleaned my home from top to bottom and restored my tile and carpet. This family owned and operated company did a fabulous job! 5 star rating my book!- Heather R

I used a bigger company for my new house 8 years ago . what a horrible experience. They left my carpert soak and wet for two days..Then i remembered a company coming out to my parents house growing up but that was in the 80s i thought to ask my parents about the company they used but then i thought surely they cant be still in business..I asked anyway .. Found out they have been going to my parents house since 1976 .I was amazed ! They have to be doing something right ! 8 yrs ago i had them come clean up the mess the other company left behind.. This time my carpet dried in 3 to 4 hours. 8 yrs ago they said they where going to send their best technician chris now my whole family uses them.. Chris and pathfinders are amazing..

My pathfinder technicians where Andrew and lance I believe and I had called for them to come out to remove pet stains from the Carpet several months back as well as look at some patch work from where cats had clawed under a door. You werent even able to recognize the upstairs after they where done and although I never got the patch work done due to my purchase of enzyme I was very pleased with the work, I will be requesting them back out in January to do my mothers house as a late Christmas present and possible look the get that patch work done as well!

My grout had not been sealed by the builder, so some places don’t look any better. (Not their fault)They did a good job overall except that one of them walked through the sealer and I had to clean the floor after they left! Not good to have to clean the tile immediately after having spent that much money. (I have a lot of tile so this was an expensive venture.)Their prices were better than Coit or Medranos tile. All that said, I would use them again, possibly for carpet. I recommend that if you have some places in your grout that you want to continue working on, that you don’t have them seal those spots. My other complaint is that they put my kitchen garbage can on my kitchen countertop rather than outside, which I felt was unsanitary.
