    I just became the manager of Marathon Coach and they have been dealing with an issue with some rooms cold and others hot for years. They have had multiple HVAC companies come out and charge them for repairs and it never fixed anything. Pape comes out 1 time and fixed everything that was wrong. Outstanding service and we are excited that the system finally works like it should.

    I have a commercial business and we had a trespasser on our roof. Even though I was not a current Pape customer, they were able to quickly send out someone to do a rooftop HVAC inspection for damage. They were polite and professional, charges were fair. And able to do it all over the phone.

    Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday. I called Pape air conditioning and heating as soon as they opened on Monday morning. I spoke to a very pleasant person, explained our problem and they had someone at our house within an hour. The technician promptly found the problem and fixed it. The technician then gave our system a thorough checkup.I highly recommend Pape Air conditioning and heating for their knowledgeable technicians, great customer service and reasonable prices.

    The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, and they came right out ( I think I waited about an hour from the time I called them till they pulled up in the driveway!). They assessed the problem, ordered the part, and by the next work day these guys were done. Great place to do business with! Definitely will use Pape again.

    Awesome customer service!!! I called Pape before purchasing a home to have an evaluation of my A/C unit. The inspection was thorough as was the report. I recommend Pape & I will call them for my future HVAC needs.

    We have used Pape Air Conditioning for 15 years. Their service has always been outstanding. Weve used them for routine maintenance, and when our aging unit needed replacing, they did that, too. They are great company and great family-owned business.

    I came home about mid afternoon on a Friday and immediately knew that my AC was not working well enough for the hot weekend ahead. I called a couple of other companies (including the one that had performed maintenance on the unit A WEEK AGO) and no one was able to help me in a timely manner. I took a chance and called Pape AC and not only was the lady on the phone extremely nice and helpful, it wasnt 15 minutes and the repairman was knocking on my door. He was in and out in about an hour and my system is working great! I signed up for bi-annual check-ups (they told me they would keep track of the scheduling and the filters!) and will likely use them to replace my ageing system. Thanks Pape!

    We have used Pape Heating & A/C for years, both for our commercial offices and for our home. We had maintenance agreements for our commercial bldgs and they were always prompt and responsive when we had issues.     I spend a lot of money to get my AC fixed by a different company. My AC never worked quite right after, and almost a month later it stopped working all together. I called Pape and Pepe, the HVAC tech, did a great job and charged a lot less. It has been over a month and our AC is working great.

    Very professional, knowledgeable, and relatable. He did not talk over my head and was genuinely concerned about our system and the best way to service us. Noted that this was the busiest time of the year for them, yet he did not rush or show frustrations when I had questions. I have found my A/C guy(s), at last!     I have used Pape Air Conditioning for over 12 years now. They have ALWAYS showed me fair and reasonable service. Never have they tried to sell me something that i didnt need and have always been very responsive to my questions and ALWAYS, ALWAYS show up on time or a few minutes early waiting for me.I would totally recommend Pape Air to anyone who has problems with their AC because of the way they have treated me. Fair and Square. I dont know if any of these other negative reviewers are just mad because their air breaks down or what but I have only the Highest regard for Pape Air.No , I dont work for them. They have have shown me great value this past 12 years and i am just giving them credit for it.

They were able to determine the cause of the problem and provide options to resolve.     Excellent service. I have been a Pape customer since 2012 when a friend recommended them to me. Needless to say I haven’t been the best with maintaining my HVAC system. I scheduled a tune up for my system. Jose came out and he was on time. That is one of my biggest pet peeves, punctuality. Jose was professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. Once he did the diagnostics he explained what services were recommended to be done. He showed me the equipment that was working perfectly. Again he recommended what should be done in the near future, never anything that must be done. He was honest and upfront about everything. No pressure. Since I have not had my system serviced in a while I thought it best that I get all of the recommended service done now. That way I can avoid costly repairs in the future. I want my system running smoothly. This a great company. Jose cleaned up after himself and even wore booties when he came inside the house. I cannot say enough good things about Jose or Pape. Thank you so much for the great service.

    Pape Airs Technician came out to do a 2nd opinion diagnostic...found the root of my problem (which was not what I had been told by previous service company), gave honest and reasonable repair/replacement options and quoted less than original servicer. Great customer care! I will be calling on them when I am ready to replace my unit.

    Pape HVAC does some of the best quality work I have ever experienced. I am surprised and disappointed to see such negative feedback.They always meet their commitment to schedule and are very responsive in emergency situations.Their level of professionalism is second to none.     I cant praise the staff of Pape enough. We have been customers of theirs for 30 years. They must be doing something right if weve stayed with them that long. Their service is impeccable. All their staff is courteous and professional. If they dont know the answer to your question, theyll research and get back with you.     I had a great experience with this company. David was great! He came out at the promised time, checked my gas heating unit and told me what was the problem and gave me time to decide on what to do. This was after another company told me that I just needed a new HVAC system and was trying to force me to finance it the same day. David came back to make the repair but what I really liked was that he brought another part to eliminate the possibility of it being something else. He actually tried to save me money. It ended up being the more expensive part but I felt good knowing that he tried. David was very friendly to my mother and I during both encounters with him. I highly recommend this company.

    After reading reviews of multiple companies on both Yelp and Google I’m glad I decided to go with them! Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to the tech coming out to fix the problem. Tech was very detailed in explaining the problem, what caused it, and then fixing it. Even went a step further and installed a fuse which if one had been in place before problem it would have blown and not my transformer saving me a few $$$. Keep up the good work Papa!

We were so excited to discover they were certified for Lennox units (which is what we wanted). From beginning to end, everything went perfect. No surprises and no cost adjustments at the end!     Our fireplace has not been working for over an year. We contacted Papa Air service man came out looked at it and knew exactly what the problem was. Part was ordered and in a week we were cozy by the fire 😀. Everyone was very friendly. And the price was 👍

    Called Friday morning and they were able to fit me in that day. Came by at 5 pm and were able to get my heat going. Doesnt sound like much but Saturday was Christmas eve and it was one of those rare texas cold snaps, was 15 degrees Thursday night with no heat. I was beyond thrilled.

    Jasmine Tillett ,andrew throop, Thomas Hall, Keyra Torres, and Exia Gundam have all posted bad reviews within the last two weeks. Jasmine has a profile on Linked In and is located in Florida. Andrew has a You Tube account. Each of the profiles of these people are sketchy and they are not and have never been customers of Pape AC. On behalf of a Pape AC Employee, Kyle Martin, I have reported these posts as spam and have filed a complaint with Googles legal team. We find it highly unusual and interesting that just one week after people approached to purchase Google advertising, these reviews occurred. I have never known Mr. Martin or Pape AC to perform any less than exemplary with regard to air conditioning concerns and I highly recommend their services.
