When our A/C went out we contacted Barnes Heating and Air, they responded quickly and assessed the problem with the compressor. They made temporary repairs to the existing unit and recommended a more cost efficient unit and modifications to our previous installation to allow the new unit to perform at its maximum. The cost was very competitive with other HVAC contractors and the service and professionalism with which they conducted the replacement made my family comfortable during the process. The new unit is more accessible to replace Air filters, and the instructions for routine servicing by the installers was informative and assures many years for reliable functionality. I would highly recommend Barnes Heating and Air to anyone of my neighbors and friends.

Barnes Heating and Air provides superior service. They are professional from the initial survey for repairs or the selection process and installation of a new unit. Provided with a wide variety of options based on efficiency, costs, and overall warranty, we selected a system that is energy efficient and provided a rebate from Coast Electric. Installation was fast, completed in one day leaving the interior and exterior of our home immaculate. Removal of all debris including the old unit, boxes even the old pad and a follow-up visit was unexpected ensuring everything was working correctly and that we were completely satisfied. Barnes Heating and Air has earned my highest recommendation, they present a professional, courteous and knowledgeable team to solve any heating and air problems from your home to your industrial complex Barnes Heating & Air is a name you can trust!

They sent a quote. I had options. Each was explained to my liking. They made the appointment date and time. Called that morning in the way and arrived on time. Care for my property was perfect, cloth on floor, careful with walls, etc. The techs explained all and worked efficiently. Awesome response and customer service. The techs were professional. Five stars for John and all his crew. Professional and clean installation, well known locally with excellent reputation. Price is competitive with high end Lennox models based on other bids, and actually well below those high priced installers. Replaced a 15 year old York 4 ton with Lennox Elite 4 ton, air handler in attic, was no easy job getting the old out and new in. Johns crew knocked it out in one day. Redundant cut-off switches installed as standard install preventing water damage if drain lines clog. New pan/plumbing installed in attic, with new electrical wiring on outside unit from unit to breaker. Parts and labor warrantys best around....10 years with Lennox and 2 years Labor included in price. Dont listen to any bad reviews posted here. Call John up and find out for yourself.....

Quick service, a little pushy on getting the new unit but explained well why its best to get a new unit and provided a 0% 5 year financing. Plus we received cookies in the mail shortly after getting the new unit.
