Amazing service I highly recommend! Arturo arrived on time and called ahead before arrival. He inspected the couches that needed cleaning and gave us a quote prior to starting! Finished quickly but was very thorough. They did an excellent job and great service. We’ve had our couches for almost 6 years and our male pet decided to get comfortable with them and mark his territory, after the cleaning they look great, like new!

The guys were personable, explained all the things I had questions about, were on time, and did a great job with my 28year-old builders grade beige carpet. I need to upgrade my floors, but can’t do it just yet. But this cleaning job will help a lot until I can replace the flooring.Edit: Unfortunately, even 2 months later their cleaning lines are still very visible on my carpet. I thought after everything dried and vacuuming the lines would not be visible, but they are still there. I even vacuumed randomly, diagonally and all, to show that these are not lines from my vacuum. I will need to do another carpet cleaning just to get rid of the lines they left behind. So I’m not as happy about it all as I originally thought. 🙁 In general the carpets are cleaner, so I only removed one star.

The guys did so awesome with our carpet cleaning. They are not the cheapest but you will get a quality service. We had awful urine stains from our dog and they were able to get the smell and the stains out. Super friendly and very respectful staff. Also they were able to schedule us pretty fast.

The service was very reasonably priced and professionally performed. I had gotten 2 other bids to clean my 9.5 x 12.5 wool area rug after I had several broken pipes during the big freeze. Sheetrock and insulation debris was everywhere and the rug needed some serious cleaning. The competitors bids were just over 2 and 2.5 times more expensive. On top of that, the othe companies both had an attitude like, Take it or leave it. I am so glad I left it and called Oops. They were courteous and pleasant from the get go. Joshua came out and was so professional, knowledgable and courteous. And, dont forget the price was well over half what the other guys wanted. My rug was beautifully cleaned and even smells good (normally wool rugs get wet from cleaning and smell like a wet dog for a bit). I couldnt be happier and am so excited to now be able to put my home back in order. They will be my go to guys from now on.THANK YOU OOPS AND JOSHUA!!!!

I will have them tile, and will now trust them to a 55 year estate sofa. They offer a safe dry clean or steam with real steamers. My dogs really liked them, and their products are pet friendly too.I couldnt be happier with my fresh up, and my carpet looks brand new, not newly marked with vacuum marks...I wouldnt use anyone else!!They are trustworthy and presented me a ring that had fallen behind my dresser months earlier. No pick pockets at all, and let them in to Redo your floors! No I dont know anyone before today, and boy, did they brighten my whole months.God bless Oops! Even in a 2019 home unlike that commercial person. The matted down look disappeared. Like Magix. Thanks oops.

Oops, steam cleaning is one of the best companies around. Ive had them come out to clean my carpet and do dryer vent cleaning. Both times Luis came out and took care of me and was very informative and ccommunicated the process to me from start to finish. I had a lil mishap and he game back out the next business day to get that taking care of also. It means alot to not have to fight with a company when something happens outside of the work scope. Ill definitely be calling them to service all my carpet and vent cleaning needs. Hopefully I can get Luis again lol! 🌟

This carpet cleaning Service is 5 STAR AWESOME!!!I needed my clinic cleaned up fast and I called them on a Saturday morning about 9:30 and after talking to Jason, they got to my clinic at 1:30 thirty and were out of there by 4 pm after getting my carpet super clean. There were some very nasty stains and one small area where something like gum or a sticky resin adhered to the carpet. Luis and Arturo did a fabulous job and the price was very fair! This was over Labor Day weekend! Oops! Steam Cleaners is the BEST! Ill definitely be using them in the future.

Their customer service was genuine and everything was explained to me up front.
