She is very knowledgeable about her job and does it with integrity. They are very honest. Which is hard to come by these days. Give them a call if you have never had your vents cleaned out and your dryer is not working well this could be the reason.it was for us

My mom has been wanting her ducts cleaned for a long time. I am super apprehensive about sending anyone to her house. It’s very important to me that anyone that enters her house is trustworthy and NOT a sales person.So, I researched duct cleaning companies and decided to go with O’Neal’s.Michelle and Lauren went to my moms and spent a good amount of time talking to her and inspecting things. They decided that it was best for her to leave things as is. They could have taken that opportunity and her money but they did not. Instead they explained why she shouldn’t proceed.I’m grateful for their integrity. It’s a rare thing these days.My mom just loved them!Highly recommend!

We had Melissa and Lauren come out to replace a gas connector to our dryer. At their last visit they let us know the connector we had was actually the wrong one and suggested replacing it. They told us how to do it ourselves but we decided to have them replace it. The fact that they told us how to do it ourselves made us feel comfortable that it was something that actually needed to be replaced and they weren’t trying to find other things to charge us for. Melissa and Lauren are very professional and pride themselves on making sure the work is done properly from the start.

Fantastic customer service and a great job! Melissa is very knowledgeable and explains things well. I knew what to expect ahead of time. The day of service, she was great at communicating that she was going to be delayed and kept me up to date making it so I could leave work to meet her and not have extra time away from the office waiting.She did a great job cleaning up after her work was complete, showed us some maintenance things we can do, and was very pleasant to have in my home.I highly recommend O’Neal’s and will absolutely call on them for future work!

Melissa and Lauren came out to clean our dryer vent. They scheduled us quickly. They were running 20 minutes behind and texted updates right away about their arrival time. They completed the cleaning very fast, the laundry room looked like they were never there. I appreciated that they offered to put us on the calendar in a couple years now, just so it is scheduled and doesn’t fall through the cracks. They are so nice and professional. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

My dryer needed a couple of cycles before the clothes dried so I thought I would get the vent cleaned before buying a new dryer. I’m so pleased by their service because they fixed a problem area on my roof where the out take vent is and with my dryer hose. They did a thorough job cleaning the entire vent and suctioning out all the lint. My old dryer has never worked better! Highly recommended!!
