We had a great experience! Recently moved into the house several months ago and was not sure if previous owners had kept up with cleaning and maintenance of the air ducts and vents. Eric and Jorge were very professional and thorough with their assessment and recommendations. We paid a little more than what we originally expected BUT in the end we believe it was a good investment to our new home with young kids. We can already notice a difference in airflow throughout the house. Eric and Jorge were very friendly and cleaned up well afterwards too. Update:Im ONLY editing my review because of the Tech Tom. He went above and beyond to help fix the problem by coming back out and cleaning the dryer vent. If you go through this company then make sure you get your techs number because if you have to deal with their customer service line then you will never get help. The manager never called me back and the customer service line just hangs up on you non stop. They eventually started sending my number to a random voicemail or they would answer and hang up. I eventually had to call the old school way by *67 and still would answer and hang up. Tom is an amazing tech and personally deserves to work for a better company!We paid to have someone come clean the blockage in our dryer vent. The tech wouldn’t listen to me when I told him which one was the dryer vent. We had to get another company to come put a camera in the correct vent showing the dryer vent was never cleaned and there’s still blockage.

*Update - after speaking with the owner and clearing things up the tech, Brian, came out and made sure everything was taken care of. He was friendly and apologized for the previous situation. I appreciate companies willing to listen to their customers and ensure any concerns are addressed.My vents were cleaned (rotary tool/vacuum), but I was charged nearly 3k for this service. I feel scammed.We requested the $100 cleaning service. The tech came out and was friendly, but indicated we needed a deeper cleaning with strong chemicals and a UV light install. Total cost nearly 3k.I put down $800, when he came out no chemicals were used and no UV light was installed. I paid nearly 3k for what seems to be the standard $100 service (cleaning the vents with a rotary tool/vacuum).
