Ive been using Brandon and On Call for quite some time now. Without a doubt hes probably one of the most incredibly customer service oriented businesses Ive ever expereinced. His services are beyond incredible and in the event that I am not completely satisfied at any point, he goes above and beyond to make sure that I am. This was not the first time my apartment had needed his services. They cleaned my carpets. On Call cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms, and cleaned my fabric dining room chairs. I have 2 toddler grandsons so the chairs were a nightmare. They now look brand new! Our dog had a few accidents on the carpet. The technicians pretreated the spots and there’s no longer any sign of them. The carpet smells clean and fresh!They responded promptly when I called, showed up on time, and did excellent work for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING is the one word I would use to describe the carpet cleaning services rendered today from the team at ON CALL CARPET CLEANING! When I called On Call Carpet Cleaning last week to schedule an appointment (since another company had cancelled on me), they were completely booked with appointments for the week of Thanksgiving. However, since I direly needed my carpets cleaned and odor control services in time to enjoy Thanksgiving here at my home, the owner of On Call Carpet Cleaning, Brandon, was kind enough to work me to clean my living room carpet on the day before Thanksgiving. Wow! He and his team of two other men were all so polite, respectful and hard-working that simple stated, they EXCEEDED my expectations!! I have used a few other reputable carpet cleaning services over the years, but this company is top-notch!
