Specifically SD, Roberto, Pepe, and the rest of the crew were nothing but professional, transparent, respectful, and genuinely cared about the work they do.     Very courteous and professional staff. From the very first call when scheduling my appointment until the walk through after installation I was beyond pleased.     S.D. from Norman Aire really saved me from the heat with a brand new American Star heat pump unit. We talked through some plans, financing options, and in a single day I decided this was a good deal and they are ready to help get this unit installed. Took about 5 hrs or so as they showed up at 8:30 in the morning right on the dot. This is a great local company with ready to go technicians that know what theyre doing. I could not recommend them enough.

    Roberto, the technician who checked out our system, is always on time, courteous and answers any questions I may have. The office personnel have always been so nice and helpful. I always get a text notifying me that the technician is in route. We buy a maintenance plan to get our heat pump and furnace checked out 2x a year and at a great price and saves money for any service calls!! Better than their competitors. This is out third house and we continue to use Norman Aire Services. We will always be a customer.

    I have health problems and have to stay in bed most of the time. I’m sensitive to temperature and have had to have a room AC for almost 10 years.My dad suggested a wall mounted split unit. I got a quote from another person and he looked around, said the main unit was probably going to crash soon and we should replace it. Then gave me a quote for my room.Then I had SD come out. He and his associate looked at the unit, filter, my room everything. Saw all the reasons my room wasn’t cooling down and explained them to me very clearly and made sure I understood. It was clear he understood the situation and wanted to get an actual fix to the problem.Now my house is the right temperature. He threw in a few extra things too which I really appreciate.Everyone who came to my house to work were very professional and polite. They made sure none of my house cats escaped!It was a great experience. Especially because of SD. 10/10 would recommend. And they are who I’m going to call if I need other work done in my house.

    Norman Aire is awesome! Excellent customer service, highly professional, and very knowledgeable!! I signed up for their bi-annual maintenance package, which worked out as advertised. They discovered I needed a capacitor replaced, and they could do it on the spot with a high-quality part. After doing additional checks, they topped off my freon, documented their work, and sent me the invoice for the completed work. Communication with Norman Aire was good as well! I recommend them for your home cooling and heating needs!!

    SD with Norman Aire was absolutely fantastic! We had a different company come out and they had overcharged our unit with coolant, the first company came back out to fix the problem and the unit still wouldn’t run properly. After dealing with that I called around to several company’s to see if anyone would be able to come out same day and everyone was booked. It was 9:30pm so I knew it was probably unlikely that I would be able to get anyone out that evening but I had a newborn and a two year old in an 80 degree house, so I had to try. Finally I called Norman Aire (out of recommendation from my neighbors) and SD did everything he could to get out to my house that night! He was able to fix the issue in no time and my family was able to sleep with no issues! The unit is still cooling properly even with the 100+ degree weather we’ve had this week! Thank you so much for your incredible service!

    5 years ago Norman Aire put a completely new system in and has maintained my unit for me. I called Tuesday afternoon when my outside condensing unit quit working. In this heat wave they were booked up till next week. Lucky me, I received a call later saying they could fit me in the following day. Great service all the way around.

    We had issues with no heat. They arrived quickly after calling, troubleshot and determined malfunction. Unfortunately, the parts needed were not available, but were obtained Monday morning. Technician arrived early afternoon, installed parts and tested system. We now have heat and our problem was resolved.We have used Norman Aire Services multiple times over the past 12+ years, with installation of a new heat pump and inside unit, as well as, any maintenance when needed. They are a company that is there when they say they’ll be there. They’re extremely knowledgeable with friendly people who know what customer service is. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work that is needed.

    My AC was for some reason (or so I thought) not working. It had been like this for a few days and my normal HVAC guy had not gotten back to me or been responsive. My upstairs was sitting at around 80 degrees throughout the day and I was desperate. I looked up a 24 hour service and checked reviews and came across Norman, and gave them a call. He was there within 30 minutes or so (it was around 9 pm) and he checked everything and let me know my pipes had frozen bc the filters hadn’t been changed. He explained what I needed to do for future maintenance and was so helpful and respectful, I will definitely be using him going forward! Thanks again SD!

    Early this morning, we received a call from our tenant that there was leaking the ceiling and that it appeared to be the AC unit. When I called this service, I was greeted with a very friendly voice and greeting. He very quickly set up our appointment with Raul. Raul had his work cut out for him - as the problem was not a line clogged with mold - as would usually be the case. Raul had to do much investigating - only to find the line filled with grit and dirt (who knows how it got there!!) which was near the bathroom sink area. He did not give up - he fixed it! And the charge was very reasonable give the almost two hours work he did! Highly recommend this service!

    Our AC stopped working last night. We have two kids under two years old and my mom and mother in law are here often. Called one other place before Norman Aire and they couldn’t get someone out today. Once we told Norman Aire we had an infant they sent SD over within a few hours. As soon as he heard the AC unit he knew exactly what was wrong with it! Once the part was replaced the house was feeing cool in no time.     They were a real Godsend. My A/C went out on Friday night and they came out on Saturday morning-within an hour of calling. Other companies that I called werent going to be available until Monday.     A real voice actually answered the phone! The man was so nice to listen to my problem and tried to help me solve it immediately by face-timing to walk me through fixing my thermostat. When we realized the thermostat was bad, the service manager came out that same day when he saw it was 58 degrees in my house. He replaced the thermostat and all ended well.     Built our home in 2006; upgraded our entire system with Norman Aire in 2018. They performed the removal of the old system and the installation of the new system in one day! They provide service reminders and you can subscribe to their filter program. Today, I woke to a warming house, called and they had a service tech at my house in just a few hours. Texas heat can cause the capacitors to run a short life... simple fix but he checked over my system just to make sure it’s all top notch. I’m very glad I went with this company!

    Had an AC emergency and called Norman late Friday night at 11pm. They have 24/7 services but all techs were out, so JD over the phone talked me through how to fix my issue. I called back about 5 times and he still was patient and offered to help. Kinda rare for someone at a company to help that late of night and do it free. With that type of service Ill be using them for sure any time I or anyone I know has an AC issue.

    We had S.D come out for a/c tune up. He was very informative and shared some of his knowledge about how to run our zoned system that gives us problems every year. It loses freon every year. Here informed us why I was doing that and shared tips on how to properly use our system to prevent the loss of freon. So far so good. Well know if it worked around this time next year. I would recommend this company, especially the technician that came out.
