    They came out for a chimney sweep and dryer vent cleaning. Scheduling the service was easy, all the staff was very nice and courteous. After everything was done there was no mess and payment was simple.The only slightly negative feedback I would say is make sure you understand what the service you are signing up for as a cleaning may not be cleaning everything but just a maintenance cleaning that only focuses on a portion of the equipment.

    Called Noble Air Duct Cleaning to get an estimate on some mold removal and remediation in our plenum box in the attic. Adam dropped in and gave a very fair on-site price after assessing that beat most other companies that came by for estimates. He was easy to work with, did a great job explaining his thought process for troubleshooting the problem, was very thorough in his work as well. I’d highly recommend Noble for any air duct needs!

    I had a great experience with Adam from Noble Air! I noticed a birds nest had formed in my 2nd story dryer vent yesterday. I had a company come out and barely look at it and quote me $1200. I called noble and discussed with them what was going on and he indicated that seemed high. When the other company slashed their quote by over 50% within 15 minutes, I still didn’t have a good feeling about them. The moment I met Adam I was at ease and even though they were technically higher than my scam deal, I felt good about him doing the work. He took the time to explain to me all of the work he was going to do and how he got to the conclusion to unclog the nest and replace the dryer cap. I would recommend noble to anyone that needs any work done !!

    Noble Air was so helpful from my initial phone call all the way through cleaning mold growth out my vent system. I had an inkling something was up after months of stuffiness and migraines. I called and they suggested HEPA air purifiers to start as I wanted something to do right away and our consultation was schedule several days out. They quickly found the issue when they came and did a cleaning on the spot and installed a UV light to prevent future growth. Aviv is who I primarily worked with and he was very friendly and provided thorough information. Highly recommend these guys if you’re curious about what might be happening out of sight and in your vents!

    Checked Noble Air out after reading horrible reviews about the other air duct cleaners that advertise really cheap prices in the value packs in the mail and I’m glad I did. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Adam was upfront about his recommendations and didn’t try to sell me what we didn’t need. Adam and Sasha did our work, called before they came, came when they said they would and did what we they said they would. After they were done and packed up I realized that I forget to mention there was a vent in the laundry room. No problem, they came back in and took care of it. Super nice guys and actually a pleasure to have in your home. They realize that you are paying a lot of money for their service and they genuinely want you to be happy when they’re done. Adam took the time to explain everything, even questions I had after they were gone via text. We’re very satisfied and highly recommend Adam and Sasha and the Noble Air team.

    Avery at Noble Air Duct cleaning did an excellent job from start to finish on the project of replacing plenums, installing air purifiers, and cleaning ductwork.     We called Noble Air because of the approaching winter storm in hopes of getting a last minute chimney inspection and cleaning.     I put out a Yelp project request for a chimney sweep. I had never used my fireplace in the 15 years I have lived in my house so I had no idea what to expect. This company responded literally in the middle of the night (I think around 3 am). Got it scheduled quickly and they were very responsive over several days. The workers were very friendly and professional and did the job quickly. The only complaint I have is that I was quoted a price of $139 and it was not explained to me that the actual price would depend on a multitude of factors. The worker quoted me about $550 when he got here and looked at the chimney. I was not comfortable with that price and I said I was going to get other quotes because other companies had also responded on Yelp. We ended up agreeing on a lower price but still considerably more than I was expecting to pay. Since I had never had the service before I don’t know if it was a fair price or not. But I liked the two workers that came and overall the experience was very good. I would recommend them but I would communicate with them about the price before you make the appointment.

    So first want say I had many questions that were answered without any hesitation before I made my appointment. Booked my appointment for Duct Cleaning and Chimney Sweep. Adam and Shasha came on time. Very professional and friendly. Upfront about what they found and honest. I was not expecting to find mold. Adam assured me it was fixable and would get it done. Mold is serious and I have grandchildren who have asthma so I know it will get worse and I need to have it fixed today. I have never had my ducts cleaned and choose Nobel Air based on the reviews. I will be using them again. Next Dryer and Chimney and they even fixed my Air Vent door or screen so no more tape. If youre needing a company the delivers excellent customer service and can explain the process up front choose Noble Air. If I could give 10 stars I would.     Adam and Shasha came over on Sunday to help clean out my daughter’s dryer vent after a pillow exploded. They were quick and efficient and even brought to our attention a fireplace chimney issue that could be dangerous. They took pictures of it and sent them to us so we could send to the landlord. Adam said they work on chimneys, too, so that’s why it caught his eye. Adam explained that the pillow pieces are not a fire hazard and not to worry. Thanks, guys!
