Michael did an excellent job cleaning my air ducts, my chimney, and my dryer vent. He explained each step along the way, he was very patient and answered all my questions. I was also impressed because he cleaned up any mess that he made. He recommended certain procedures that needed to be done but there was no pressure. The lady that I talked to and schedule my appt was very polite and helped me anyway she could. Great company!!! I would recommend them.

My experience with this company was Amazing! They paid attention to detail and made sure that all my vents were clean and spotless. The young gentleman that conducted the work sent me updates along with pictures to showcase the work that has been done! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

We had a new natural gas fireplace installed by NextGen. The technician, Michael, did a wonderful job of trouble shooting the connecting pipe issues and got the right parts to connect to the gas delivery pipe. The fireplace works beautifully. See photo.

NextGen came recommended to us by a neighbor of ours in New Braunfels.I cannot express enough how impressed, happy and overall satisfied I am with their services.There’s a lot of HVAC and Air Duct companies out there that give the truly exceptional companies a bad reputation. This company is DEFINITELY the exception to that rule.Our technician was Michael. Every step of the way he was kind, gentle hearted, considerate, clean, respectful, knowledgeable and honest. I could truly go on and on about the exemplary experience that Michael provided to us.Unfortunately, Michael found a fairly alarming amount of black mold in the plenum of our HVAC system. He was in our attic for 5 minutes to get started on cleaning out our duct work and came right back down to bring this to my attention and invited me up into the attic with him to see for myself. As a mother of a small child, I immediately freaked out. But he reassured me that he could help remediate our problem.NextGen exclusively used Organic chemicals approved by the EPA to treat and kill mold and fungi. On top of the treatment, he installed a UV light inside of our plenum to prevent reoccurrence of our problem as well as a long term solution. It had negative ion outputs on the device too! I was extremely impressed by what they had to offer to us, as this was all new to me! We definitely went the pricier route within their available options for remedy, but I am extremely happy about our investment to bettering my families overall health and of course maintaining the home we know and love.As a woman, there is definitely a stigma attached when handling outside contractors yourself. Not for a single moment did I feel treated less than or taken advantage of by Michael or the owner; who actually called me the very next day to gather feedback and reassuring that our needs were met. I may have kept him on the phone for a solid 20 minutes ranting and raving about how impressed I was by his company!If I could give NextGen TEN STARS I would. Highly, highly recommend.Y’all rock!!

I am so happy with the vent cleaning on my house. I bought my house in 2022 and wanted to get the air ducts and chimney cleaned. During the process I realized just how badly my house needed it and the previous owners probably did not do much maintenance in that area. I was given a great price and the results were fantastic , I will be recommending NextGen to all of my friends and family, especially those that have chimneys!

I was not provided the service that was told I would get. No before and after pics, duct vents were not cleaned. Every upgrade of service is way overpriced. Shop around.Update. The service that I paid for was accomplished after 11 weeks. Although it took a long time to get a response from the company they did make it right and I am overall satisfied. I would use them again if the same technicians that came the second time were to be sent again. Upgrade the review to 4 stars.

I had a bad experience with another company. They did not clean my dryer vent. I went to NextGen for help. They did amazing!! The technician showed me what he was doing while he was doing it. He stayed well after business hours to finish the extremely filthy duct. Birds had nested in it. He was able to clean it out and put a new vent cover on it to keep them out. I highly recommend them.
