    This was the second time we have used Nature’s Own and have had great experiences each time. The first time we had them out for a cleaning and inspection and they were so helpful in providing us with all of the information needed and various options to fix our fireplace to accommodate cost. This time, Zack showed up early, was polite and professional, and did a thorough job. He left no mess and was very informative as to how the process worked and the steps we needed to take next to use our fireplace. We will definitely call on them in the future and would recommend to anyone needing similar services!

    We called on Nature’s Own to come out and clean the dryer vents at our hotel. ZACK showed up early, was polite and professional, and did a thorough job.     Roy and the Nature’s Own team were professional, insightful, and exceeded my expectations on the demo and rebuild of our chimney framing, and chase top replacement.It started with the inspection/assessment where Zach uncovered two critical fire hazard and stability issues that went unnoticed by another prominent Austin based chimney company. Catching these issues is what initially sold me on Nature’s Own.On day of installation, the team showed up on time, were thorough, cleaned up after the job, and came in at the quoted price.     Called them out for inspection & cleaning. Did a thorough job. Told me my interior fireplace walls had cracked and my flashing was gone. They came back out and replaced everything. We followed their directions, but noticed cracks again. They promptly came and replaced the facade again, no charge. Im calling them tomorrow, to go take care of my Father-in-laws fireplace.

    Very happy with Natures Own work. Marcello did a wonderful job of installing a new hearth kit for my gas fireplace, which needed some additional parts due to the kit setup versus my gas line. Marcello also helped me understand how to turn on, light, and turn off the line, as well as how to properly set up the steel wool in order to replicate embers. Ill definitely reach out to Natures Own again for any future fireplace needs.

    Our chimney was in need of a good cleaning and inspection so I did some research and found some great reviews on Natures own chimney cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for the following week . I received a reminder the day before and a call before they arrived. Technicians Brandon and Patrick were our techs. Patrick was the cleaner, he was very careful setting up his equipment and taking the time to explain what the process was and everything they would be doing. He was thorough and extremely detailed. Brandon was doing the inspection around the top of the fireplace on the roof where he did reveal a few dangerous issues that we are having repaired. I am so thankful for all the care and work that Brandon and Patrick did protentally keeping us from a serious accident in the future.Thank you natures own for being there to keep our home safe and at a cost we could afford.

    After the recent tornado we had damage to our chimney and flue. Marcello and Laramie were able to completely repair the damage and rebuild the flue. They even repaired damage missed by prior inspectors on the spot. We didnt have to reschedule to complete the additional work. They were super professional and patient with all our questions, documenting every step of the process via pictures texted to us. I highly recommend Marcello and Laramie for anything fireplace related. They are very knowledgeable. We will request them by name when its time to have cleaning done!

    The called me back and offered to come out and clean my chimney for the discounted price to make right what happened. On Tuesday my fiance was at home to meet with the technician and said that he did a great job and was very thorough in explaining and everything he did. He didnt leave any mess.     Manuel & Dustin are pros!! They came by and fixed our fireplace with no hassle. Very nice gentleman and very professional. They explained exactly how to use it and trouble it as well.     Who would have thought it was such an ordeal to get your chimney cleaned? After having gone through the whole phone book I finally came across Natures Own Chimney CLeaning. Right from the get go, their sales reps were friendly and answered all my questions and provided me with the best rates in town. When their tech came out, he was very professional, and made sure that my flooring was covered and that everything was safe and sound. The whole thing took less than an hour, and the amount of gunk that he was able to clean out of the flue was both amazing and disgusting. Had I known what type of fire hazard was lurking I would have had this done YEARS ago. Thank you again for the professional service. My family and I both feel safer, and happier.     Amazing, this company lives up to the standards it sets. My chimney had been clogged because of the fireplace my family had set during the holidays. The problems arose when, naively, I assumed I could clean it all by myself using a single broom. Naturally what ended happening was a chimney that was 1% cleaner and a room filled with soot. There was a chimney shop in my vicinity so I decided that they would suffice. Needless to say, a day after ordering the service they arrived 8 hours late and, even though I had explained the situation beforehand, charged me extra for the room. Not a good experience. Thankfully, while browsing the area I came upon a company with a peculiar name Natures Own Chimney Cleaning. Upon my arrival I noticed a couple of phenomena, first, they had stunning customer service, and second, very organized (as if they knew what you were they for before uttering a single word). They entire start-up took less than an hour. The cost was lower than usual, no complaint there. Overall, it was shocking how fast and efficient they were at their business. High marks are definitely in order and a recommendation for usage, if it already wasnt implicitly stated above, is a resounding yes. A good company, affirmative, yet a minimization.

    Natures Own Chimney cleaning service was the best I have ever used! I called them in a panic a few weeks ago, after my chimney was clogged. Apparently I had a few wild life buddies stuck in there. This is my first house with a chimney so I was kind of nervous going into this. Natures Own made me feel confident in my choice and took the time to answer all of my questions, even the silly ones. They were fast to respond and came out the next day. They showed up to my house on time and got everything done pretty fast. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and polite.     Having a lot of creosote on the walls of a chimney is a recipe for causing dangerous chimney fires. Since September of last year, every time Id go visit my parents, I would ask them if they got their chimney cleaned and they would tell me that they were going to take care of it soon. Finally, I couldnt take it anymore. I want my parents to be around to play with their grandchildren!So, I called Natures Own Chimney and scheduled the cleaning of the chimney in my parents house. They did an awesome job and were really great about patiently explaining the importance of regular chimney maintenance to my parents, who, in my opinion, can be a little abrasive at times. The folks from Natures Own Chimney were on time and professional, and provided their services at a very reasonable price.     Update - Management called and apologized for theMiss. The fact that I got the phone call back and they sounded like they do care. I’m updating the rating on here.I used the service for lawn aeration and machine was ran on dripping tube on sideway by road. Any experienced technician should have know not to use those spike aerator in that area. I was given assurance that they will fix the damage but no communication after that.If all goes well than great but in case of any damage they will not fix it and completely ignore you. I would advise to stay away and use someone with better reputation.

    I called Natures Own Chimney Cleaning, and they were quick to respond to my request. For some reason, birds are very attracted to our chimney. They continually build their nests in it which prevents us from safely using our fireplace. Apparently this is fairly common according to John Britton, our technician. John did a wonderful job sweeping our chimney and explaining some safety precautions we should be taking with our fireplace. Thank you so much for your professionalism and prompt response.

    They use natural stuff, so it might not be super effective from the first time. However, they come immediately by warranty call, and they do everything and anything to address the issue.     This chimney cleaning company is astonishingly striking in their abilities to clean chimneys. Stewart the chimney sweep man started off by asking me how my day was and I could tell that my day was looking up already when I saw how beautiful his smile was. It was as if he had pearls for teeth. I knew if he had a smile that beautiful that he could make my chimney look just as wonderful. He promptly got to work after our introduction. I sat in awe of how meticulous Stewart was with his work. He started off by getting rid of the burnt ash which was caked on in massive amounts. He then went in with a hose and sprayed it clean. After this he took a tooth brush and some all-natural bleach and cleaned every nook and cranny of my chimney. Finally he layed down silver paneling and polished it with top of the line silver polish. Ive never seen a cleaner chimney.

    Jonathan arrive at scheduled time. Inspected fireplace/chiminey that had not had a fire in it for over 14 years. He cleaned out mud dauber nests larger than a hornets nest you might see in cartoons and painted the chimney metal cap. He was polite, professional, clean and efficient. It took only about an hour to take care of everthing, clean up and provide instruction on the use of the top damper on the top of my chimney. Extremely trust worthy. I highly recommend Natures Own services. 12/28/2013.
