    Over the past 4 years after purchasing 2 new complete units, I have called out no less than 4 service companies who have left me with a bad taste. Gonzalo and Devon came out, took all of my venting about past companies, and worked with me (talked me off the ledge) and helped me feel better about the necessary repairs. They have guaranteed their work and promised they will be my favorite service company… and I think they may be right. Thank you MFSC!

    My husband was trying to clean the vent and the brush got stuck in the dryer vent and we needed someone right away because we had a lot of dirty laundry. This happened on Christmas Day and this company was able to send someone early Next Day. I’m very grateful. Alex was very helpful and explained all the process and what he was going to do; Very happy with his service and customer service. Will definitely recommend my favorite service company and will continue to use them.

    We had an amazing experience with My Favorite Service Company! Not only did Jordan and Dion come out on their day off, but they spent over 4 hours trying to trouble shoot and pin the exact issue with our HVAC system. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to offer several solutions. Once we decided we just wanted to replace the unit, Juan and Saul came to install our new unit and spent over 10 hours gutting our old unit, leveling the condenser pad, and installing our new HVAC system. Everybody was a pleasure to work with, they treated us like a friend or family member and never a customer, you can tell how genuine everybody was, I would highly recommend them to anybody!

    We really appreciated them being able to come check our system as quickly as possible. We were given quotes for what was needed and nothing was pushed on us at all with them.     Juan and Gonzalo came for my service appointment. I received a courtesy txt that let me know they were on the way and they were skilled and professional throughout. They made sure I was aware and understood what they were doing. Juan’s ductwork was far superior than the initial setup I had that was causing issues and Gonzalo installed an air ionizer and UV light to kill bacteria and spores for cleaner air. I’ll definitely be using MyFavoriteServiceCompany for any and all hvac issues or questions I may have. Their customer service was excellent!

    We had a new unit installed. Shorty after, that the co. Went out of business, which caused me to worry about the 10 year warranty, who would honor it! It stopped working recently because filter needed changed and drain pan was completely clogged. I called my favorite service co and they sent someone out. I was never so happy and surprised when Alex Gonzales showed up!! He worked for the first company so we knew him. This gentleman is extremely kind and knowledgeable. He had the filter on his truck, and to me this is no ordinary filter! Then he completely and to our utmost satisfaction checked every thing. Alex Gonzales is the best!! Im so far happy with the company also. I felt like I won the lottery when Alex showed up! He also told us this company he is working for will honor the warrant I read other reviews and forgot Alex told me Saul was working with mfsc. Both are the most responsible and respectful gentleman, the 2 of them will make this company go places!!

    I haven’t needed to use their services but I just wanted to come here to say Thank You for hiring amazing employees! My car died on FM 306 yesterday and I was stranded. These guys pulled in behind me and were able to get it out of the middle of a turn lane and safely to the side of the road. I’m eternally grateful for the assist and will be calling you in the future!!

The special price A/C tune-up service that I contacted them about was honored, and they did find a few things that needed attention beyond the covered items, but that was understood. Their price was reasonable and Im now more confident in our two A/C systems as we get into the hot summer months. Would use these guys again.

    We have two systems(upstairs & downstairs). The Downstairs unit died on a Thursday night. I called That night and was told a technician would be here in the morning. The system needed to be replaced. They brought out a window A/C to help keep the down stairs comfortable. We have a home warranty, Jacob worked with the home warranty company to get some money from them. It took a few days of negotiating with the Warranty company to get them to cooperate. He didnt need to do that. The upstairs system was almost 20 years old. Jacobs team replaced both systems in one day. Great job. Much appreciated.I have used MFSC for emergencies at my rental properties in the past. Always - Johnny on the spot and my residents have nothing but praise for them.

    Very grateful for Albert who has now come out to our home on three separate occasions, once during below freezing temperatures when our heater motor blew out, a few weeks later after hours when we were still having some issues and needed to replace our thermostat, and now a third time (again after 6pm) for some adjustments to our Freon. Service has been nothing but respectful, polite, and professional. When I shared concerns and frustrations both Albert and Noel listened carefully and responded graciously. Truly a great business model and genuine care for customer satisfaction!

    Great company that I found unintentionally but happy I did. Weve tried a few companies for our heating/AC needs but this is a group that exceeded them all in communication, accountability and quality. The GM Jacob came out the day I called about issues we were having with our heating system, gave an assessment and sent an excellent technician Gonzalvo out within 2 days to service our unit. One small thing was overlooked but he immediately came back and they held true to their word. Gonzalvo even called me after hours to answer a random air filter question I had. Were very happy we found these folks.

    These guys are wonderful! They are well spoken, dressed, and polite. I was kept informed throughout the installation, they were very respectful of my home and any changes that needed to be made to the wall so my new unit would fit. I had an issue with the ac after install and they responded immediately, fixing a manufacturer defect. I’m a single mom and they didn’t make me uncomfortable which is a massive plus.

My Favorite Service Company was recommended to me by one of their former employees so I gave them a call and talked with the owner. A few hours later, Noel was at my house checking on my system. He provided me with a ton of information, answered all my questions, and provided with me solutions that made it an easy decision to pick them to do the job....and boy am I happy I did!! The crew showed up the next morning right on time and got right to work. They were professional, courteous, and really respectful to not only me but my house as well.     VERY professional and attentive to everything, big and small. It is very apparent they take great pride in making sure you are 100% happy, down to the attentiveness they place on leaving your house as clean as it was if not cleaner, when they leave. The first half hour was all making sure they had mats down everywhere they were walking so as not to bring in anything from the nasty weather outside. Our heater went out at about 5:30 on a Monday afternoon with temperatures barely above freezing at the time and Noel was on site at our house by 7:00 that night. No body better than these guys. Noel and his team are absolutely TOP NOTCH and go way above and beyond.

    I reached out to multiple HVAC companies late one evening after my system stopped cooling and I troubleshot myself. All of their answering services took my call and could “get to it in a few days” but a manager with MFSC returned my call almost immediately and got me scheduled the next day. Albert replaced a capacitor and the compressor on my external unit. He worked directly with Trane to get the replacement compressor through warranty and once he had it picked up he stayed until 10 in the evening to ensure it was installed and working properly. Albert was hardworking and professional and the company was in regular contact providing updates on the replacement compressor and timeline of completion. I highly recommend you let these guys handle your HVAC needs.

He assured me that he had one a few minutes away. 30 minutes later the tech showed up and made the repairs.     Cisco was kind and professional the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything to me while we looked at possible issues with the AC unit. He even took the time to listen to my gripes about previous companies who try pressuring you into getting things done. I felt like I had options with his business rather than being forced to buy something I may regret later. He even understood to ask me, the customer, what my expectations are for the home. Instead of not knowing how long we planned on living here or if we wanted to sell in the next few years. All things come into play when deciding how much you want to upgrade a system.     If only every business used this business model, this world would not just be better it would be perfect. These guys were excellent in every way. First up they replaced the small hvac for the suite downstairs. The original just stopped working. No air no heat, it was probably 30 years old.Next up they replaced the big HVAC in the attic. And the greatest miracle is I never have to get up in the attic again AND no more filters. Not inside the house. The only filter is the big one in the attic. For the next ten years they will come out here to change my filter. The heat in the house is so soft and gentle. If you’re familiar with radiant heat you know what I mean. This was my first experience to handle this massive task by myself. I would recommend MY FAVORITE SERVICE COMPANY to anyone and everyone.Plus…..there’s a bonus here. My electric bill was only 135 for January. Pretty sure that’s the lowest that bill has ever been in this house. I’m happy.

    Have a older HVAC system that wasnt running great and Noel did an excellent job educating me on how I had choices to replace various parts or replace the whole system which I truly appreciated. I definitely recommend using them as they only charge $49 for the estimate and did not waste my time with unnecessary upsells.

    Garrett helped install and get our zoning system just right. He went out of his way to help us have the best experience despite a few hiccups. The team was professional and provided clear communication. We used My Favorite Service Company to install our new AC in the summer of 2021 and brought them back to install dampers/zone system.     Narciso was thorough, professional, and honest. My system was frozen over and he stayed to see that it was thawed out and working correctly. He replaced the part that needed replacing to prevent the problem from happening again. And he educated me on how a heat pump works since I had never had one before.     I had My Favorite Service Company come out because my dryer was no longer drying and home depot installation company would not instal the new dryer because they detected a clog in my dryer duct. MFSC came out, found the clog, cleared it and checked out the rest of my A/C duct work to ensure it was working properly. Noel and the other employees were punctual and professional. They even went out of their way to move my old dryer downstairs and the new one up!
