Woke up just after midnight hearing gushing water. The water line behind the upstairs toilet had detached/broken off and the house was flooded. Dispatch immediately sent out Carter whom arrived within the hour to do his thing. Carter was extremely nice, helpful, and professional. The immediate water extraction and drying process was awesome. No fuss No issues. Great job MVP Team! I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We are so thankful for MVP Restoration. Dustin and his entire team helped us navigate all the steps we had to take after a kitchen fire. Dustin arrived to our home within an hour of being called. He advocated for us with our insurance company. He met with adjuster on site several times. His staff made me feel more comfortable as they packed the contents of our home that were salvaged for cleaning. They always checked in with us when they were at our home which made me feel more comfortable. Every employee was professional and kind during a stressful situation. They got the work completed quickly to help us get out of the hotel and back home as soon as possible. On a few occasions I was emotional - sad, angry, embarrassed and more. Dustin was very patient and encouraging. No one expects to have a fire or any magnitude. I hope we never need them again, but would not hesitate to use them if we did. We will highly recommend them to friends, neighbors and family.

When your home floods, and you need help fast, MVPis who you should call. In late August, we woke up to our house flooded with several inches of water. A pump had failed, and our belongings were at risk. We called MPV and to our relief, JR, arrived within two hours, their team arrived, packed up our things, and started fixing the damage. By midday, they had removed the water, taken up the flooring, and set up fans, dehumidifiers, and filters to dry everything out. JR Saner’s work ethic was amazing—they ran up and down our stairs nonstop, going above and beyond what we expected. Their technology was also impressive. They scanned the entire space, took detailed photos, and came back to check moisture levels. JR and team were especially professional and kind, making us feel at ease in a tough situation. JR communicated clearly the whole time. We had heard horror stories about other restoration companies from family and friends, but MVP blew us away with their service. They not only restored our home but gave us peace of mind. We’re so grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone needing restoration work. They truly are the best!!

He was able to dry out our home and clean up the mess left after the water leak. Our floors were hardwood and recently installed. MVP worked hard to salvage our floors. They provided fans and left them running for almost a week. When it was determined that we would need to move out during repairs, MVP took care of everything. They packed up our belongings. They took extra special care with our antique furnishings by wrapping them in blankets. They arranged storage. Seriously, they made a bad situation as stress free as possible. I cannot recommend MVP Restoration enough! Our washing machine hose came out of the wall and flooded the laundry room and carpets surrounding it. I thought just a couple fans would be needed, I was wrong. Dustin came in and checked every room/closet surrounding the laundry room and realized more was damaged than originally thought. He had one of the other guys that had the tools that were needed come over and started the process of getting the carpets and drywall dried out. The level of service and care for even the smallest job is amazing.

Dustin came through for us, we had a emergency issue we had contacted another service company that came out and didn’t do anything other than set down a de-humidifier.Dustin came in helped take off the baseboards checked the walls all around the side of the house that got damaged something the other company didn’t even do. He was very helpful and just saved me a lot of money. Taught me how to mitigate it and what to do next. Definitely recommend for any flooding/molding issue in the future.
