I called Mr. Sweeps because the home I live in hasn’t had the chimney swept in 2-3 years. The first impressive thing was Tanner was on time. He assessed the situation and honestly told me that our chimney did not need to be swept and to save our money. I feel like that’s pretty rare. BUT BONUS - The cover that keeps critters from coming down the chimney was bent up. Tanner took it, is fixing it and bringing it back! I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Sweeps if you need your chimney needs attention!

We’ve worked with Mr. Sweeps 2x now and each time has been so easy. We were new to the area and have never owned a fireplace so they took the time to inspect it and let us know that everything was perfect and didn’t need service. They easily could have taken advantage of the situation but didn’t.The second time we got our air ducts cleaned and a chimney clean/inspection and they were quick and reasonably priced. We have a smaller home and after speaking with them they helped us budget and gave us proper expectations.They are very communicative and always let us know within 30 minutes of coming to our home. Highly recommend and will continue using their services in the future.

The guys who came were very nice, were thorough in their inspection and professional in their conduct. Their estimate for my 2 fireplaces were out of my price range, so unfortunately I had to do some comparison shopping. I did find someone who gave me choices on ways to make my fireplaces safe to use, one of which I could afford.

We recently moved into a house with a chimney. Neither my wife or I have have any experience with chimneys in the past. A friend of ours recommended we call Mr Sweeps to have our chimney cleaned and were glad we did. They were quick to respond and gave us some useful tips on how to take care of the chimney between cleanings. Just as important, they were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend them others!

Top notch honest company, technician Tanner took a look at my chimney and advised me that the chimney did not need to be cleaned and did not charge me. Must note he lives very close so could be the reason for no charge. Definitely have my business from now on

Called for a chimney cleaning and inspection. When they arrived, the chimney was inspected and it didnt need a cleaning, but the outside mortar did need some touch up (which was why I needed service in the first place) Doug and his team were very helpful in getting my chimney repaired. Will use again for the next inspection and maintenance.

I called at 7:30 this Saturday morning, and Doug Callaway, the owner answered the phone. Something had died in our chimney, and I was praying a company could come today because the smell was absolutely horrible! Although Doug could not come today, he said he would check with his technician, Trey, and call me back. He called back within 15 minutes letting me know Trey would be able to help. Trey called, confirmed our address, arrived, removed the dead raccoon and installed a new roof cap all before 10:30 am!! THANK YOU MR. SWEEPS!!

Glad I was home. Technician was earlier than scheduled. No advance phone call, which would have been nice.Very efficient and clean. Would recommend.
