They were great! They came out to clean the chimney and were very professional. After cleaning the chimney the fireplace stopped working, and they came out the next week with more crew and spent an hour and a half not only diagnosing the problem, but fixing it and teaching me the whole time. By the time they left everything was functioning normally and they did not charge for the repair. Would definitely recommend.

Called because I was having issues with my fireplace(fire was dull and weak). I called and was scheduled for an appointment right away. The technician was on time and checked the fireplace. He identified there was a gas leak which he quickly repaired. He also took the time to show me all the work that was done. I would gladly use their services again.

Even though they say you don’t have to, a tip for the person who did the services becomes an option presented at time of service. This is something strange the companies do now I guess. I assumed this is part of their pay from their company.Other than that, I was happy with their service.
