    I had such a great experience with Mr. Duct Cleaner Arlington. Bailie set my appointments and was professional, kind and engaging. Zach was energetic, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in answering the numerous questions I had. He and Anthony were on time and worked hard to get the job done thoroughly.     Zach and the rest of the crew arrived exactly when they said they would and were all very pleasant to deal with. Communication was great throughout and they actually came in a little under what my estimate was on. They did not do any work that was not necessary and explained everything well. We will definitely be using them going forward on our renovation projects to get the construction dust cleaned out of the systems.

    Alicia was very thorough and communicated great to make the process very easy. She was short staffed so our plenum replacement took her until into the evening but she made sure everything was running correctly before leaving the job. I would highly recommend!

    I cant thank Mr. Duct cleaner Arlington enough for their exceptional service. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and understanding of my concerns. Zack and Anthony were not only timely and friendly, they addressed the mold issue in my air ducts promptly and also took extra steps to ensure it wouldnt return. My HVAC Blower Shaft proved extremely difficult to remove but instead of giving up they went above and beyond until they found a solution for me. They have fair and reasonable pricing for the work that they do.Their thoroughness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with mold/duct problems – a solid five-star experience!

    I’m so pleased with my duct cleaning. Air quality is really important to me so I needed a really good job and that’s what I got. The company came highly recommended.     Zach and Andy did a great job replacing air ducts, cleaning, and fogging. Kept me informed throughout the day. Quoted me worse case scenario and came in under once they checked everything and didn’t sell me something I didn’t need. Took care during the removal process and walked across the attic to the other side of the house to not bring trash through the house. Give them a call if you need duct cleaning or replacement. I trust them over a regular hvac company.

    Loved these 3 Guys. They were honest and went into depth about the work that needs to be done. Highly recommend Zach and his team. Scheduling was easy. And always arrived on time. I cant get over how honest Zach was with me. That is something you do not see in todays society. I hope to work again with this team soon.

    Ryan and his team are without a doubt the best HVAC team within 200 miles of DFW. Bailey specifically is very nice and accommodating when it comes to getting you scheduled and taken care of.     Zack and Anthony did a great job! Showed up on time, courteous and polite. Provided before and after photos, took pride in their work and left our home spotless afterwards.We recently had a floor renovation removing all tile and carpet which left mass amounts of dust. We werent anticipating this post expense but after researching, it is recommended to clean out the ducts. Glad we did.Would recommend this company to anyone looking to get ducts cleaned.

    Mr Duct cleaner came out today and they spent the time and cleaned our 2 heater units and also all the duct vents for our house. I appreciate the work the two workers did. They cleaned up after the areas and left areas clean after working in the areas. Definitively glad I chose them to do the work.

    We hired Mr. Duct Cleaner, or more precisely, Les Clow and his project manager Jason Abbot. Their quote was very reasonable and work was impeccable. We had them replace the ducting in our home, and install air purifiers in each of our air conditioning units.The work was done in a day and they left the house in better condition that when they started. Les and Jason know how to run a business and know how to find reliable workers. Zack, Anthony, Emile and Lane worked with Jason and were trained how to work efficiently, follow directions and how to be respectful with the home owners.We will certainly keep their number for any future HVAC work we may need in the future.
