    I’ve put off too long to get my air ducts cleaned and finally chose Mountain Air Duct. Today they showed up on time, two young men, Ryan and Brandon. They proved to be very knowledgeable and did a great job and were just enjoyable to have around. Pricing was reasonable considering time and effort and it was done in the time stated. Pictures before and after were nice to see and with the ducts they include the dryer vents. Our furnace set up gave them quite a challenge but they figured it out and left everything in great shape.

    Seriously amazing work and the nicest people! Fixed an error my roofers made and found that some of my vent covers were on upside down. They were so helpful, showed me how to do the filters properly on my aging furnace too (who knew some furnaces took more than one filter… not me)! They just went above and beyond in every way possible, not a single trace of anything left behind. I’d have Brandon back any time, they even made friends with my giant fur kids.Thank you for taking care of my little humble abode!

    I previously used Mountain Air when I was having dryer problems and they came out very quick and cleaned our dryer vent. Based on that very professional service, I had them come back to clean our air ducts throughout the house.     Fantastic professional service. Called them out originally to clean a dryer vet. Decided to let them clean all the duct vents. Shocked at how good it was. Kevin did a great job. Showed me photographs of what he was seeing in the duct area. Removed 2 dead mice. And all sorts of other items.Highly recommend them. Extremely professional. Clean. 100% clean up after their job. Noninvasive. Highly recommended. I had never paid to have this done in my life, and now I feel like I’ll have it done every five years.

    Looked into this company, as well as many others prior to contracting with them. The reviews are right, Kevin is a very nice dude. He fit us into the schedule with little issue knowing that I already had an appointment for a furnace and AC replacement. He has (had?) a pretty bad review just days prior. I asked him about it and he was open and honest about what happened and what he was doing to make it right with the customer. Let’s be honest, people make mistakes and not every experience will be 1000%. I liked the human err of the situation and how he, as the owner approached making it right. I hired them on the spot! Ryan came out (also, he has a twin bro, so that may freak some people out ! 😂) Ryan is a super good dude, tried hard and is learning to master the craft so to speak. He’s going to go places in the industry for sure. I will request him if/when we do this again, because he has good ambition and drive, plus, he knows us now. If you get Ryan at your house, you’re lucky, as we were! It didn’t go perfect, and no one should EXPECT perfection, but Kevin and Ryan made sure to make it right, make it perfection in the end and that’s all that can be expected. I put a lot of thought, effort and “research” into hiring this company, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Ryan - kudos to you for your professionalism and willingness. Kevin- kudos to you for running a business that reflects your values. BTW- my dryer sucks, so I’m likely to call you semi-annually to clean that dumb thing out so we can dry our clothes better.

    I called mountain air duct at around 9:30 am to get my dryer vent cleaned. They happened to be in the area so Kevin told me he would be at my house within a couple hours. He arrived at the time promised and got my dryer vent cleaned within twenty minutes. Kevin and his assistant were very personable, efficient, and easy to work with.     Great experience! Very polite clean and professional. They did a great job and kept my house clean throughout the duct cleaning proscess.     Douglas did an incredible job cleaning my air ducts. Ive never had the air ducts cleaned because I didnt feel comfortable with other companies, but Douglas has a wealth of knowledge re: home building and knows how systems works and what is required. We have a steep 3 story house and Douglas worked tirelessly to ensure all ducts and intakes were clean. He even found some that I didnt know were there. He explained everything he was going to do beforehand. When the job was over he sent detailed pictures of the finished job. Ive already received a request for Douglas to come and do a family members house.

    The first time that I scheduled an appointment with Kevin was on August 2021. He cleaned out the ducts and the dryer vent. I had previously paid another company to have dryer vent cleaned in March of that same year. Which was not done properly. I thought something was wrong with my dryer so I purchased a new one.     Had Scott come out to the house today to clean out our dryer vent because our new dryer was taking 3 hours to dry a small load. He did a fantastic job! Our venting system has several elbow turns and Scott worked very hard to get through the blocked area. He explained everything he was doing and even had a camera view into the vent duct.     We tried to hire several companies to clean our dryer vent which sits on top of our two story house. Each company refused to clean our top vent and claimed they could simply reach it with their tools from the inside since they didn’t have ladders tall enough to reach our roof. We tried that and the dryer still was not working properly. We contacted Scott who said he was willing to climb on top of our roof for us using the same size ladder all the other companies had. He got up there, took a picture of all the gunk, and cleaned it for us both inside and out. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend this company wholeheartedly as he spent an hour of his Saturday to clean our vent thoroughly for a fair price. We will be using Mallard first thing from now on!!!

    Highly recommend Mallard Air Duct Cleaning! I called him to clean out a dryer vent I was getting concerned about since our dryer was taking forever to dry. He was able to come out the same day and his rates were very reasonable! He was friendly, informative, and took great care of our home. He probably spent a lot more time on cleaning out our vent than he planned (it was bad in there!) but stuck to his original quote and took extreme care to make sure he did a thorough job. Will likely call him in the near future to come clean our air ducts as well.

He found out that the roofers during the past hail storm didnt repair the vents and just covered it with shingles.
