They were able to come out same week that I called and got 2 year old pet pee and vomit stains out completely with their topical stain removal process was worth every penny! I am new to the Dallas area and was in need of an immediate carpet clean. It was very.last minute since the vendor I was waiting on canceled on me. I called around to several vendors but could not find one. I got a hold of Miracle Steam around 4pm to find out they could assist. They came out, were very professional and has the carpet looking so amazing. I definitely will be using them as repeat business. If you need a carpet cleaning company, I would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job cleaning my carpets and the technician was friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed in the scheduling aspect of the service. They gave me a 3 hour time range (2-5) but the technician didn’t leave his last job till 5, which was over an hour away and I had to reschedule (which they worked with me in getting an appointment the next day). I understand things happen, but please do better in de-conflicting jobs, especially since you already have a 3-hour window to work with!

I found Miracle Steam through a friend who highly recommended their services. BB and the staff are amazing! They are very professional, kind, timely, and do a great job! I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to a schedule conflict. BB called and informed me of an opening and asked if I wanted to take that time slot. The technician, Justin, did a fantastic job with the carpet. There were chalk stains in a small area of the carpet and we were worried that they might not come out but, they did! I highly recommend Miracle Steam and will be using them again!

Wow! What an incredible experience with steam cleaning our area rug with a local to Irving company. Only had to wait one day for an appointment. The owner, a military veteran, called me himself to let me know when they were getting close. He took time both of the phone when I called to ask about services and while they were here to make sure that I was educated on their methods, why they recommended certain methods, and how I can protect my rugs and furniture from our dogs and wear and tear. I was referred to Miracle Steam by someone who told me they made her grout and tile look brand new. They were not even lying. Our tile and grout is 17 years old and ours looks brand new TOO! I knew my tile grout was white but never thought it could be brought back this good??? Charles was very enthusiastic and explained upfront he wanted to provide results that were nothing less than excellent and the best customer service possible - and he did. I had no idea my tile grout was tan, I thought it was dark grey and my kitchen looks beautiful! The technician was extremely kind and courteous and walked me thru my house after to make sure I was satisfied with results, amazing customer service. When the last company we used to clean our floors finished the technician said he was done, asked for payment and left which I thought was fine until now.
