Thank you Military City Air Conditioning! Theyve visited my home twice and both experiences were exceptional. The second time I had an issue with my heater not turning on. Albert came, checked my thermostat and my unit. It turned out to be a loose wire and because nothing was actually broken we werent charged anything. In a world of greedy businessmen, Albert was honest, fair and generous with his time. I will continue to use this company for all my a/c and heating issues.

Man, I can’t say enough good about Albert and his entire company. Albert has been helping me deal with my absolute nightmare of a home warranty company for the last month or so. He made multiple visits to my home to gather documentation, photos, and detailed assessments of my HVAC system for the home warranty. With his help, we finally got a full system replacement approved, and today, him and his amazing team came out and installed a brand new air handler and outdoor condenser unit. He gave us an incredibly fair price and did not attempt to upsell, even told us that we didn’t need an additional cost service that I was expecting to need. They were detailed, considerate, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We finally have working AC for the first time in two months and I couldn’t be more grateful! He explained to me what was going to happen if the blower shut off and what to do. It really helped to know how to save the outside unit and to not get any other damaged. As soon as the part came in Alberto was out in the morning to install the part. Amy in the office does such a good job communicating and keeping me informed. Great company. I have a service policy with Military City. I never thought that I was going to need it but it really helped in my current situation. I used this company about a year ago to get a new air conditioning system for my home. The older one was at its last legs not functioning efficiently. Albert came out on short notice to hand me a quote for a new one. The quote beat out the other 3 companies I inquired and saved me thousands of dollars. He was able to schedule me a week later. It was time for a new A/C unit, and I called three companies for quotes.The first company sent one of their salespeople to provide a quote. When I asked him if he needed to go to the attic to figure out the cooling issue in the back room, he said, Thatsnot my job, and its too hot. He suggested large vents be installed to clear up the issue. This was not the correct solution since Military City Air Conditioning and Heating suggested another approach after their inspection and that room is cool now.The second company provided a quote over the phone and would not give a written quote or come to the premise since they had served the A/C in the past.The third company, Military City Air Conditioning & Heating: The companys owner, Albert, listened to my concerns about the cooling issues and the new A/C unit. Albert first asked me, Where is your attic? and did an inspection. Once the quote was received, it was confirmed to me that Military City Air Conditioning & Heating was the company for the job.The installation day confirmed that I selected the right company for the job. Peter and Johnny, the A/C Technicians, are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Also, Albert was there to oversee the job, which I was glad. However, I saw it was unnecessary once I saw Peter and Johnnys quality of work.Give Military City Air Conditioning & Heating a call for a quote, and you will be satisfied. My neighbor did and she is very satisfied.

We recently had to replace our air conditioning unit and decided to use Military City Air Conditioning and Heating. The owner, Albert, really went above and beyond our expectations to make it a great experience. We had a couple of other companies come to our house to troubleshoot the problem and give us a quote, but they didnt provide us with any reasonable solutions that were affordable and we were beginning to dread the process. However, as soon as we contacted Albert, he was able to let us know exactly what needed to be done and gave us multiple options along with his recommendations on how to proceed. He was very easy contact for questions and I felt like I could trust that he truly always had our best interests in mind. The other A/C companies we worked with seemed unwilling to spend any extra time to work with our home warranty company and seemed to do the bare minimum. Albert was very knowledgeable on how to deal with our home warranty provider and spent the extra time to make sure everything was in order. He even let us know that we could utilize a cash out option that ended up saving us a lot of money. Albert installed a whole new HVAC unit (which is running great), completed a lot of duct work, added some new return air vents, and he completed it all within a short period of time and at a great price. I would highly recommend Military City Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone thats needing any heating/air conditioning work done.

She was able to get me an appointment right away and was flexible to work with my schedule since I had an important work project that was limiting my availability. I also liked that she explained the next steps about receiving an email and text to confirm my appointment.Albert completed the first check-in of my system issues and explained what he found and what the best resolution would be based on the issue and year of my unit. Albert, Peter, and the team did outstanding work start-to-finish. A lot of companies around town send out salesmen but Albert doesn’t play games or look to drain your wallet. Our unit was failing and a friend recommended Military City after being quoted a ridiculous amount from another company. Albert managed to get everything here in no time to start the install, with higher quality equipment for a fraction of what the other guys wanted. We are very happy with the professionalism and expertise these guys offered and the quality of their work. I’ve been in commercial construction for over a decade and don’t see this degree of quality very often. Transparent, honest, and genuine - Albert will look out for your best interest and I will always recommend to others with HVAC issues moving forward. Albert and his people were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and understanding. Very easy to establish contact with and setup.AC failed and my pregnant fiancé was staying at home. I was mainly concerned with keeping her comfortable. They were able to come out sooner than others. Unfortunately, the issues of my old AC system would take a good sum on top of a long wait to get the warranty parts from the manufacturer. At that point I decided to upgrade my system. There was still a wait but Albert and his team were very accommodating for our situation. They personally lent us a portable AC unit to cool a room so that at least my fiancé could be comfortable. Got the new unit installed and tweaked and so far couldnt be happier.I will definitely continue to use them to maintain the new system.

This company has to be the best in the entire state of Texas. I have contacted many companies to find the appropriate company to install a new HVAC system. To be honest, many of the companies are seriously taking advantage of the COVID-19 excuses to raise the rates as high as the law allows them to. One company had all their prices within a $200 spread. We are talking about Trane, Goodman, Daikin, and carrier. No matter which brand you choose, it is all within a $200 bracket and over $11,000. If you are going to have a HVAC system installed, Call Mr. Albert, the owner of Military City Air. He is prior service and gives discounts to the Military Community. Honestly, the other companies quotes were $3,000 to $4,000 markup. Honest, respectful, and gives you all the answers up front without a bait & Switch, hidden costs and he is not shady salesman. I am 100% pleased with the service he has provided. The two technicians, Peter and Ronnie are the best in the business, also very professional and straight up people. Give them a call, you will not regret the call.

Our second year living in San Antonio and our A/C started cycling on and off, so I jumped online and researched local A/C repair companies with good ratings. Military City Air Conditioning and Heating consistently received legit good ratings so I contacted them and had a nice conversation with Amy who set up an appointment the following day. Peter, our assigned technician, initially thought that the txv and filter drier required replacing. However, upon deeper analysis, he determined that the mainboard was faulty, a much cheaper repair. Peter could have simply made the repair and been on his way; however, he said the unit is not very old and wondered why it failed. Peter went the extra mile and determined that the flashing for the vent above the unit was leaking. He went on the roof, reset, and sealed the vent/flashing. I am very impressed with Military City Air Conditioning and Heating and they are now my go-to for any A/C issues. I highly recommend them.
