I needed my dryer vent cleaned and called and spoke to the owner, Larry. He came out within an hour and a half of my call despite the fact that they were booked up for three weeks. This is a family owned business, and I really appreciated his help. I will use this company again and recommend him to my neighbors.

I highly recommend this company. I have now spoken with 5 different people within the company, and they have all been so courteous and helpful. The process with them was so easy, from the initial phone call for a quote (which has accurate with my final bill) to the final contact for payment; overall communication was great. They were able to come out within a few days of calling to set up the appointment, and arrived an hour early (after checking to make sure that was acceptable for me). I really appreciate the respect shown to my home; no damage to be seen, no debris left behind, shut off lights before leaving, etc. Your intial quote might seem higher than the competition initially, but pay attention to hidden fees and extra costs. Examples: My returns cost the same as my floor vents, dryer cleaning was included, they actually got into the furnace/cleaned the blower motor, used an aerosol for mold/viruses; all included in the intial quote, not extras that could be tacked on. After seeing the before and after pictures, I am very satisfied with their service.I called several companies, overall Midlands is a great value.

Midlands cleaned the ducts in our home and our rental house. They were in and out in just a few hours and left the houses with an amazingly a clean smell. We had no idea how much stuff was sitting in our ductwork. What a difference! So glad we called them.
