The technician, while especially skilled and thoughtful, presented the tasks he would perform, explaining thoroughly, and answering any questions. He worked diligently while being mindful of our home environment, ensuring minimal interruption of my day. In fact, I found the technician extremely pleasant to work with.The original estimator explained the process, what to expect, worked with me to manage any possible discounts, and they were reflected in the quote. The best part was the amazing difference that it made for our old’ish ducts. Overall, I would recommend this company and its service to close family and friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased and had our our Navien tankless hot water heater installed a few years ago through Metal Craft. Weve always had a very positive and friendly experience with everyone from the office staff to maintenance employees. Every year we have our unit serviced under our warranty agreement. The service tech is always very professional and, in my opinion, represents Metal Craft in a positive manner.

We got a quote from another A/C repairman that said we needed new ductwork, return air, and a new system. We had these guys come out and they sealed our ductwork, corrected and added returned air ducts to our bedrooms, and installed insulation . Our current system did not need replacing and works better than ever. Thanks!

Ive heard all my life that it just takes the right tool to do a good job. Well sometimes it takes the right pro who has the right tool. We stopped by Metal Craft today and explained our problem. The receptionist called a machinist and in a couple of minutes he fabricated what we needed and solved what had been a problem for us for wks. Great job.
