Dave took pictures of the build up of lint that I had in the vent on my 2nd story roof, and it was a lot. Prior to the cleaning, my dryer was taking 3-4 hours to dry a load and I could feel it over heating. Just did a wash this evening, and it took under an hour - its functioning like its brand new again. The price I paid was extremely fair - I had called around and gotten lots of quotes from other places before scheduling an appointment with him. -
