    Chris from masters carpet cleaning is an absolute ANGEL. He is SO thorough and detailed, and even came back for me a second time because the previous tenants had cats and dogs and the smell in the carpet just wouldn’t go away no matter what we did! When we first viewed the home I thought the carpet was brown, it’s actually tan and they restored it beautifully!! He even moved my washer and dryer off the wall so that I can scrub the walls in the laundry room. I am so thankful for his help and advice! We will definitely be using you guys again in the future and I recommend anyone who wants real dedicated professionals to use their services!!!! ❤️

    By far the best company I’ve ever dealt with. Jeff runs a 1st class business with top notch employees. Chris came to my house to clean my AC ducts. Chris is a straight shooter, honest and friendly person. He did a fantastic job! He went over and above to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve had a few health issues and Chris saw a few other things that needed to be done at my house and took care of them, saving me hundreds of dollars. What a great guy!! I will always be grateful and continue to use Masters Cleaning in the future.

    Chris came out to get out a pet urine stain today and he was the nicest guy. He was so knowledgeable and updated me on everything he was doing and what to expect if the spot comes back. Masters has been around a long time and I used them many years ago before I moved away and Gary the owner at the time was always so nice and their work is impeccable. Give them a shout if you your floors cleaned. They specialize in all floor types not just carpet

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service. Chris arrived and went right to work.He was both informative and professional. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided. When we paid the invoice (credit card), we wanted to tip him with cash, Chris absolutely refused our tip, stating it was his pleasure to serve us and his Employer pays him well.     Jeff and his team are outstanding. They are very professional and quick to respond. I have used them personally for my home and business and they never disappoint.My mother had a flood in her home and Jeff responded immediately. Him and his entire team that responded literally gave my mother a peace of mind in a situation that she was so stressed and upset about. After he left that night she was in a nice hotel room, relaxed and knew that MCC would handle everything with care and attention to detail to be sure she receive the best.I wouldnt recommend any other company for your carpet cleaning or remodeling needs.     After a week of trying to get my office cleaned due to a water leak from the tennant next door I found these guys and they were able to get me scheduled in within 24hours and the guy who came out did an amazing job. My carpet practically looks new . It had water stains from the water damage and they were able to get it all out. Fast and quick as well. Will definitely use them again.

    Jeff services our carpet and we are thrilled with the results. He was able to get all of our stains and spots out despite our doubts due to how long the stains have been there (almost 4 years) and not knowing what it was. You could tell he had been doing it for a while and was able to give us his opinions and real expectations.He was respectful, thorough, and the service was great. He did not try to upgrade us just for the sake of making money. Our rooms are smelling and looking great.Scheduling masters carpet cleaning was easy and quick. They informed us they were going to call at 730am the day of cleaning to let us know what time to expect them and indeed they called at 730am.Lastly their prices were very affordable especially with the service they provided. We highly recommend Masters Carpet Cleaning.

    After being stood up by several carpet installers/companies, Jeff came through and saved the day! He asked me the date I wanted everything done by as he knew I had other things pending around my carpet install, and he made it happen. He called me within an hour of leaving my house with a quote, along with samples. He even called me the day he went to get the carpet as he saw some other options I might like. He is a great guy. Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He even called after the carpet was installed to make sure everything was to my liking. Wow, talk about outstanding customer service! I have already given his number to a few people and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have carpet installed! Extremely happy customer! 😊

    I am so grateful to have found Masters. Not only were they easy to work with for determining pricing, as well as setting an appointment that was convenient for me, I received a call before arrival, and my carpet looks amazing! Let’s just start with I have off-white carpet through-out, a dog, and a teenager. Accidents happen! What was most amazing though, is Jeff was even able to get out a couple of spots of dark hair dye. My carpets look fabulous and my house smells amazing. He is definitely a carpet cleaning wizard! I highly recommend this local, family-owned business.

    I called Master Carpet Cleaners. Jeff sibley, the owner came out, and shared several different processes for cleaning our carpet. He scheduled the work for the next day. He and his crew showed up on time, were very professional and did a good job cleaning the carpet. After discussion, the area rugs were removed as they would have a deeper cleaning by doing it in-house.We had been wanting to have the grout cleaned with our tile. Jeff had a crew out in no time and the difference not only in the grout but on the tile was amazing.On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest, this company receives a 5+. Not only was Jeff personable and professional but so was his team. Their pricing was very reasonable and they worked efficiently and completed the different projects in a timely manner.If you are looking for a great company to work with, look no further.

    Masters Carpet Cleaning was very thorough and respectful of my furnishings when bringing in the equipment.     We had our beige couch cleaned. With kids and pets, the sectional has become quite dingy and stained over two years. The tech did a great job! Couch looks brand new. I believe the techs name was Chris, his attention to detail was amazing and he got the couch way cleaner than we expected. They are definitely my go to couch and rug cleaners.Great responsiveness with estimate, good value, and fast appointment turnaround.

    Excellent work! Super nice gentleman named Jeff did an excellent job. They called two days ahead to confirm what time worked best for me, and called again day of the job first thing in the morning to confirm their expected arrival time. He arrived on time, was super personable, explained what he needed to do at each step. He was also very considerate. He made sure I had towels at each doorway so that I did not slip and hurt myself if I walked on the wet carpet and came back out to the tile area. Genuine and friendly. Plus the best carpet cleaning job I’ve probably ever had. He was able to get it cleaner than the previous two companies we’ve tried. I will definitely use masters carpet cleaning from now on.

    I was referred to Masters by a friend who has used them in the past. I had them clean the carpets in a new rental property & they looked so good! I decided to have them come out & clean our upholstery & they restored my chairs & benches to brand new! So glad I called them because I was going to donate them to Goodwill!     We had our carpets, rug and couch cleaned yesterday. I was totally worried about having anyone come in during this time but they made me feel super comfy about it. It was a zero touch experience!     I don’t usually do reviews, but with the quality of this service-I felt compelled to tell what a great job my technician, Sean, did. A huge amount of coffee was spilled onto our new carpet, and within 1 hour of my call, Sean came out to clean the stain. He was professional, courteous, and took care to protect our house from getting “dinged”by his equipment. Not only did he CHEERFULLY re-clean the area because I thought I could still see a bit of the stain (it was nit-picking, really). He obviously knew what he was doing and my carpet looks great. What was so impressive was how well he cleaned up after himself. Not only was the carpet cleaned, but he sprayed and mopped the kitchen and laundry room on the way out (where his lines had laid across our floor. Our kitchen floor looks so good, in fact, that I asked about the product used - and he was kind enough to send me a link so I could get it for myself. From beginning to end - have never had a better service call. Will definitely be a customer for life. Cannot recommend highly enough. Whether for stains or regular cleaning, Masters Carpet Cleaning (family owned) - is the way to go.

Very friendly and professional; used corner protectors on our walls; after completion - wiped the floor down where the hose was laying; carpet looks great.     They were great with communicating and professional suggestions. My carpet had 2 pit bulls that potty trained and it was HORRIBLE!!!! They showed up on time, we’re extremely professional and considerate. Sean and his helper did such a great job it was literally unbelievable. I was ready to rip the carpet out and it now looks, smells, and feels like new. I am absolutely floored at what a great service this is. I mean literally blown away. And I’m the guy who picks apart everything and is an extreme perfectionist.     My carpets look and feel brand new! Jeff S. did amazing quality work on our home floors. Today I learned this is a family owned company. They truly take pride in their work. He took his time and was very thorough with his pretreatment and cleaning. Other companies offered specials but pre treatment would cost extra. With this company all of it is included in the price. No hidden charges and fees. There was not a spot Jeff missed not even a closet corner. This is not a franchise that will send you just any contractor. This definitely shows in the results and customer service I received. This company was recommended to me by a friend who also had an amazing experience. I canceled my scheduled cleaning with another company and left a voicemail with Masters on Saturday night. To my surprise they called me on a Sunday to schedule a cleaning for the next morning. He arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. He was actually early. My carpets were thoroughly cleaned but not left soaked. I am very happy with the service I received today. Cant believe how affordable this was, especially with how great my carpets look now. No bait and switch! Just great customer service and clean floors. I will definitely call them again in the future.

    Jeff is absolutely amazing. He always wear slip ons without having to be asked. He try to come at the most convenient times for you. He once got wax out out my carpet that had been in it for years. This company is great at providing service and Jeff is great at representing them.     I usually dont post reviews on services.. but I have used these guys for years at multiple locations. They are always on time, professional, honest and above all else thorough. There is no scam situation or bait and switch is what I think they call it. They tell you up front what you pay and they are by far fair and the most reasonable on the market especially for the quality of work provided.. the best thing is that every time I call I know who I am dealing with and its usually the same guy (the owner) or his son both amazing and friendly that come out and do the work. Its a small family owned business and they are beyond exceptional at the craft of carpet cleaning as well as have the best people skills and exude familiarity and trust. Very kind people and obviously Im extremely happy with them and will continue to use them as often as needed. I felt compelled to write this because Ive been scammed a few times before meeting these guys with other big name companies and have ended up paying 3 times as much as the initial quote given. I really hope this helps people make this company their choice and avoid the big name companies that will ultimately screw you over. Just being honest... Thank you guys for coming out yesterday. My family always has great things to say about your work.

    Master Carpet Cleaning is without doubt the finest carpet and area rug business that we’ve used in the last 35 years in the DFW area. And we’ve used a number of them for our rental properties and our home. Jeff runs a first class business and has crews capable of doing outstanding work. They are dependable, polite, careful with your property, conscientious, and thorough. When a difficult stain reappeared after our duplex carpet dried, Jeff insisted on returning and treating the area again at no charge. His integrity and thoughtfulness is hard to find in todays “hit and run” approach to customer service. I would trust him with any cleaning problem and, in fact, am sending him several expensive, silk area rugs to clean at his facility.

    Two days before I closed on the sale of my home, the refrigerator ice maker water line leaked under the baseboard and padding of the adjacent livingroom carpet. Jeff from Masters came immediately. It was a minor disaster but Jeff handled it masterfully! He pulled out the soaked carpet pad and replaced it. He disinfected everything, and dried out the dry wall that had an absorbed water. I was out of town and Jeff looked after every detail and went by the house several times to check on it. I could not be more pleased and satisfied! Call Masters for professional service with hometown courtesy and pricing. Others price gouge for emergency work, but Masters takes care of their customers at reasonable rates!

    Jeff and Chris are awesome! Hire these guys - don’t look any further. My son’s room had some “mystery stains” that had mold growth on the carpet. Their magic machine was able to get it all out - even out of the pile. Then they moved onto my son’s bathroom. Let’s just say maybe he’s dreaming of being a fireman. They were able to get all the yuck out of the tile and grout and sealed the grout. He even told me what I can use to clean the bathroom in the future if my son gets carried away. They are my heroes!!!

    Loved these guys! I called them this morning because my daughter spilled root beer on the carpet and a chair , on top of regular pet wear and tear , and i really needed someone to clean the soda out before it set. I called before they opened and didnt even leave a message, then i got busy with work and decided to find a company later in the day when i got a break but a nice woman, ( i believe angie?) , called me as soon as they opened and was able to squeeze me in as an emergency appointment (without emergency appointment prices). The proactive call was extremely helpful for us work at home moms who get distracted very easily lol. I got a notification of my appointment time immediately and then got another when the guy was on his way . I asked him about the chair and he told me an easier, faster, cheaper way to clean it so that they didnt have to charge me for something that could easily be done myself (MY MONEY SAVERS!!!! LOVING THIS!!) .. the fresh root beer stain, along with the old set-in tea stain and all the pet memories are now gone :) . I am definitely pleased. Thanks for coming out! We will call in a few months for a follow up when needed!
