I had an amazing experience with those guys, i had my chimney and air ducts cleaned, the guy came to my house and shows me videos of my system from inside and offered me different ways to take care of it for some couple hundred.. he was amazing and did a great job. in the end he showed me the after work video and i was very satisfied from the results. thank you guys! keep doing great jobs!!

I have had a very pleasant experience with Masters- I initially called them out to do a simple cleaning, but the tech, Josh found mold & suggested doing a deep cleaning & sanitation. Leo, and his partner Ryan were so helpful through the process of helping me understand what was going on inside the ducts and although I went with the special of $98 they went above and beyond that price. Both were extremely professional and very kind. I explained i have a little boy who is on oxygen and the air quality in the home is a vital piece of keeping him healthy. Masters Air Duct cleaning serviced my home this week and did great job!Shon was professional and friendly and took before and after photos of the ducts and box which needed thorough cleaning and disinfecting. He also cleaned my chimney, a messy job, and moved furniture out of the way and cleaned up after the work was done. All work is guaranteed for 2 years. Aviv has been an amazing lead technician from day 1. He is not only professional and courteous, he came in for a routine air duct cleaning, and gave us step by step instruction of what he was doing, as well as, offered suggestions throughout the process. His helpful team, came in and cleaned, disinfected, replaced, and renewed our system, as well as, he brought in his specialist deep cleaner, Oscar.Oscar was also so professional and kind, and so accommodating with his timing, as well as maneuvering throughout the house to accommodate our timid dog around his cleaning services. Mateo did an excellent job! Our dryer stopped working properly and Mateo quickly diagnosed the issue as a blocked vent. He cleaned the dryer vent from the inside, then went on the roof and cleaned it from the outside. The dryer started working immediately. Aldo came to clean my fireplace, it needed a small repair. Not only did he clean and repair my fireplace I also got him to clean my dryer vent which was badly needed. As far as I believe this company and Aldo did an awesome job, he was extremely clean for what is a dirty job. Everything vacuumed, wiped and no residue left at all. The repair comes with a 2 year warranty and all this at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them if needed in the future!!!!!

One of his recommendations was I should have the coils cleaned on my furnace. He showed me a video he took of the coils and how dusty and dirty they were. So I had that done as well. Update:After writing a one-star review, I immediately got a call from the office, and the person heard out the issue I faced and apologized for the expectation mismatch. He offered the refund for what I have paid.I think in the service industries, the final impression is by the actual person and how company is backing their image by ensuring the customer satisfaction.================I wouldnt recommend this service at all for the following reasons:1. I contacted them based on the flyer and cleared all question about the mode of payment and all items included. Under which payment through CC and inspection was the part of the deal. however, when the installation person showed up (no prior information about the ETA in a 3hr of time slot, I requested for a inspection prior to start the service so to make sure if I really do need cleaning since my home is less than 3yrs old. As expected, the ducts were clean, and hence, I decided not to proceed with the cleaning. The service I opted for was $59 for vent cleaning based on the flyer they have sent. but jot he charged $58 for JUST inspection - reason was that they spent time and gas. But that was the part of the deal. When I argued, the person behaved as he needed to call the office and later told me that no one was picking up the phone, so he would charge $38. And gain, I had to find cash to avoid cC charges.2. The equipment is below par. the cleaning brush was so smalland these are hookup devices mean it will not be as strong as in van machines.I totally disagree with the 5-start review on Google. it is fake. i wont trust this service google.

I had the most wonderful experience with Mike from Masters Air Duct & Cleaning!!!! He truly deserves a raise and a praise for his work. He was on time, polite, professional and did an amazing job through and through! He explained everything in a comprehensive way and worked really hard to make sure our money was spent wisely. The before and after pictures blew me away!!!! I would highly recommend this company and Mike for any other future customers. I tried reaching out to other Air Duct Cleaning companies, and their prices were outrageous for the little amount of work that they would be doing. We had a really bad mold problem that we were not aware of until after years of it getting bad he worked really hard and went in there and cleaned all of the mold out and made our air duct system looked brand new, we deafly notice a difference now we can breathe much better and the airflow works even better than it did before I give this company and Mike five stars!
