When other local companies said they couldn’t make it out to clean my dryer vent exhaust, I called Master Air Duct and they were out here before the end of the day. They got the job done quickly, took before and after photos/videos, and were very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Couldn’t have asked for better than these folks.

My wife and I highly recommend Jack with Master Air Duct! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He takes the time and actually cleans out each vent( picture below) unlike some of these bigger companies that just use huge machines which are less effective. Jackie and his crew are the most nicest, most professional, most genuine and most honest people I have ever met in a very long time! They know their HVAC stuff and Jackie will beat the competition with American made products! They saved me over 50% from what other companies have quoted me last year! My old HVACs had major health issues and Jackie and crew helped improve me and my familys health quality 100 Fold! I also want to add that these guys busted out 2 HVAC Units with Heat Pumps, added a larger return on my upgraded bigger unit in the attic, relocated 2 Outside Condenser Units to better suite my yard needs with New Concrete Pads.. Jack the tech responded promptly to set appmt. He arrived and did thoro work! Very knowledgeable and explained the process, showed before and after pics of my issue. My dryer was taking about four cycles to dry, with regular size load (nothing heavy). I thought vent hose was too long. I went to cut hose back...DISCOVERED WET AND BACKED UP LINT ALL THE WAY TO ROOF. He saved us from a fire hazard!

I love these people and I love their work! They came out same day I called. Our technician is God fearing, honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, smart/savvy, and will not shirk a task.Our dryer started alarming us that there was a clog in our vent. Sure enough, the builder did not remove the net on the roof vent connected to the dryer. Jack removed it, showed us pictures of the moisture around the vent on the roof (that can ruin the decking under the shingles and tar paper), and brought the net covered in wet lint/dog hair. My wife was then able to finish the laundry and dried a wet blanket in just a few minutes. Normally it takes much longer to dry our clothes. Im thinking of the money we are saving now that the dryer doesnt have to run as long. I forgot how much I liked our dryer until Jack resurrected it.He was everything you would want from someone coming to your house to do repairs. I seriously cant say enough good. Unbelievable. Plus, he put everything back (like the dryer) where it belonged even though I told him I would do it. After seeing his work and how satisfied I was with the results, he charged me less than what I was quoted and when I tried to tip him, he wouldnt accept it. Yall, Im just telling the truth. I would definitely hire him again.

Contacted the master regarding cleaning my ventilation system in my home, as my house has been under construction for a year straight. To be honest, Im very skeptical when it comes to companies saying they clean ducts properly. I always feel its some type of lie. But I gave the master a chance, and boy, did they prove me wrong! So this morning, Jack came over. I explained my concerns, and he said, No problem. I cannot believe how thorough he was with his job. He had the proper equipment, and he got every speck of dust out of my entire ventilation system and ducts. It took him hours and hours because hes so thorough, which is why I totally recommend this company. They are reliable, honest people—good people here in our city of Amarillo ! If you dont believe me, try them for yourself. Yall will understand after Master comes to your home.
