I am a GENERAL CONTRACTOR in downtown Houston, River Oaks, Montrose, Heights and the NASA-GALVESTON areas. I have had a great experience dealing with this HVAC contractor for many years.They are knowledgeable, competitive in pricing, respectful and VERY HONEST in their estimates and assessments of the needs for repairs, cleanings or replacements.MARCS also is one of the few contractors who can service/replace the water-chiller type units found in high-rise condominium buildings, apartments, etc.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this skilled, honest contractor to anyone in the Greater Houston Area!
