    Malcolms saved me and my family from summer discomfort without delay. Our A/C decided to break down in the middle of the night ahead of one of the first hottest days of the summer.     I called after 8 pm one evening when our AC went out. Mr Malcolm told me he would be there by 9 am the next morning. He was about 15 minutes early!     After looking around for an AC company and reading reviews I decided to go with Malcolms. Im glad I did , I called and spoke with David and told him my issue and asked if I could set an appointment for Friday . He followed up with me Friday afternoon to confirm and then showed up promptly at the time we discussed. He was able to figure out the problem and have me up and running in a short time . He was highly professional and walked me through the work he was doing . I would highly recommend him to anyone I know having ac issues and will be using him in the future with any new issues that might come up .

    Great service! He dropped what he was doing once I called and told him I had no AC and I care for my 80 yr old mother and the home warranty said it would be 3 days or more in this triple digit heat!     My a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. It was miserable! I tried calling several people at 9:30 on a Friday night to see if anyone could help me. Other companies told me I would have to wait until Monday for service. I called Malcolms, and David saw me that night! Within two hours my a/c was working again. He was extremely professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and fixed my a/c right. I will only use Malcolms for my heating and a/c needs, and I recommend him to everyone. Awesome company!!!

    I could not be more satisfied with the way my call and repair was handled, David came out within 10 minutes of the call and the repair was made in about the same amount of time all in all from call to finish took 20 mins. David was kind and thats such a blessing in itself.

    David Malcolm was great. He worked around our schedule. David was very efficient with his time and fixed any electrical issues we had. He came out one Saturday to diagnose issues and only took an half hour if not less to fix what he could with supplies on hand. Came out next Saturday and fixed all other issues within less than an hr. I would definitely recommend him. Good work!

    David is a strong recommend. Both times we called we have been pretty surprised how quick he can get us on the schedule and complete the work and he has never taken us for a ride. Its hard to find contractors that you like and want to call back--well definitely stick with him as long as hes in the business.

    We had such a great experience with David. He came out to our house for a service and looked everything over, told us more about our unit (since we just moved in not long ago) and addressed any concerns we had.     Our AC unit stopped working suddenly in the middle of the night. We called on Saturday morning first thing and David came out within a couple hours to come take a look. He was on time and made quick work, having our unit back to normal within 30 minutes. Pricing was reasonable and I would highly recommend!

    Service was professional and personable. Our AC went out during the night and I did not find out till the morning. I called Malcolms Heating & Air on a Sunday morning and explained the issue. He was able to be out to our residence within 15 minutes and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. The arrival time and repair time was unparalleled and I will always call Malcolm first with any AC issues.

    Our air went out Friday night .We needed rescuing. Filled out a request for an estimate. Received a call from Malcolm and then looked up he was there. Very polite, efficient.     David Malcolm responded immediately and professionally to my call on a July 4th Sunday evening around 8am. My tenants A/C was not working. Prior to calling David, I tried calling several places, left them messages but no one responded that evening. I was grateful that David responded and got the A/C working for my tenants. Apparently there was a leak that flooded the floor underneath the unit. David went above and beyond to remove the excess water. I was expecting a huge bill but his cost was reasonable and affordable esp on a holiday weekend when I know he didnt have to respond to my call. He was personable and professional. I highly recommend Davids excellent service and definitely will use him again.

    Not only did the previous company not fix the problem, they charged me for a new thermostat I didn’t need. Within 3 minutes of listening to what my AC unit was doing, David had already opened the closet and pointed out the problem. A very simple problem that he fixed then checked again before leaving. He also serviced the outside unit. Unlike the companies before who just charged and rinsed it with a water hose, David took the top off and cleaned the entire unit, inside and out, motor and all. Great price, even better service. Highly recommended.

    I called Malcolms on a Sunday morning, and was immediately greeted by a technician rather than a dispatcher. He told me he could be there in an hour or less. Every other AC repair company I called said it would be at least 5 hrs.     Awesome! The AC bombed out tonight. Left a voicemail expecting to hear from them tomorrow. Within a few minutes, we got a call back. Once he found out we have little ones, he was hoping in the truck right away. Then he was here! He fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Malcoms is the best AC repair service you could hope to have.     We had a leak from AC unit spreading through kitchen ceiling. He came out within the hour on a Saturday morning and had the issue fixed within the hour. He’ll be coming back to make our float device switch placement meet code and change the size of a drain line for us. Given our unit is only two years old tells me a lot about the previous company. Thankful we found this one. Saved information for any HVAC future issues. Highly recommend!

    I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Malcolms. I have a ductless air conditioner and I needed help with the installation. I called the big A/C companies first, but none of them wanted to help me since I didnt purchase from them. But one call to Malcolms, and David was there the same day to help me out. He explained every step, checked the work I had already done, and got my air conditioner running in no time at all. I learned my lesson...Malcolms will be my first call from now on!

    A/C went out on my house while out of town and was looking for someone in the NRH area who would be honest and clear with the work that needed to be done to fix the problem. Malcolm was able to do that and accommodate the later appointment time needed because of my work schedule. Pricing was fair and he explained every thing as he was doing it which luckily did not end up being a major issue. Highly recommended!

    I happened upon Malcolms when they were working at the neighbors across the street. I was having issues with my unit and David agreed to come look at it when he was done. He came over and easily found a leak in the system that the previous repairman somehow missed. The repair was completed and he left. About 5 hours later the unit stopped running, which was a new problem. David immediately came back even though it was Saturday evening and replaced the capacitor. Sunday afternoon, the system stopped running again, and David once again came to the rescue and replaced the contactor. The unit appears to be running great now. I cant say thanks enough, especially with the extreme heat this weekend and with an 8 month old baby at home.

    After having installed a 2nd a/c unit but still had cooling issues every summer. Called Malcolms for help, he decided to check the lines for leakage which he suggested after hearing my problem. After testing it was found to be the problem, set up time and brought crew to replace faulty line. Very professional, no added surprises, cleaned up after completion.     This company was so great! I am 37 weeks pregnant and my A/C went out on the last day in June when there have been triple digits for outside temperatures! The service guy showed up at the time that was convenient FOR ME! He fixed everything and was very knowledgeable about what to do! He was in and out in about 30 minutes! I thought that the price was fair (I would have paid a million bucks because I felt like I was slowly cooking my unborn child) and I don’t feel ripped off.     Let me start by saying these guys are amazing. I typically dont write reviews but after my experience with David Malcom I was more than eager to share my experience. My heater went out on a Saturday afternoon. I tried to replace a part with no luck. I called David Malcom at 4:00pm saturday evening and after a few quick questions he was able to pinpoint the issue and get the heater turned back on. I have a newborn so this was extremely important to get the heat back working. I cant say thank you enough to David for his professionalism and assistance.     We have called Malcoms twice and both times, I was impressed with the responsiveness (on site in less than 2 hours), reasonable cost, and expertise. The first time, he replaced my contactor and capacitor and a lot of wiring on my outside unit after the electrical components had combusted(the unit was from 1978). The second time my old compressor finally seized up, so I bit the bullet and decided to replace my whole system (inside and outside units). He had it done the day after I called for a quote! And it only took them 4 hrs to get it done, and several $$$$ less than expected. Before, my old unit would run all day trying to get below 77 deg. Now we are chilling at 74 all day, and it runs a fraction of the time. Give this guy a call! Youll be glad you did.
