I hired Milton to clean my duct work and he did such a wonderful job I decided to let him replace my 19 year old AC system. His customer service and professionalism is outstanding and he actually deserves more than 5 stars for the amazing job he did replacing my AC unit. I highly recommend his services and I’ll definitely use him as my AC guy moving forward. If you need any type of AC work done contact him immediately, You will not be disappointed.

As a single woman homeowner I was cautious about who to trust to do this job. Milton did a great job explaining his process. He arrived on time and he and his crew worked diligently and carefully. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards too. I highly recommend that 1) you get your air ducts cleaned (mine hadn’t been cleaned in 24 yrs!😬 and 2) you use Milton! Very professional!

Milton and his crew did an awesome job! They were efficient and very hard working to complete the job. They covered our tvs and other furniture around the area they were working on with clothes. Also vacuumed and swept behind themselves. We highly recommend his services.

Milton is seriously the best AC person Ive ever worked with ! We had a loud noise coming from our outside unit and he came and looked at it and said it sounds like its on its last leg but did NOT pressure me to replace. Lo and behold ... a few weeks later it gave out , when we had TONS of family in town no for 2 birthday parties for our kids at our house. Milton dropped everything and within 4 hours had a brand new unit installed - he saved the day!Fast forward to this week - we are selling our house and needed some invoices to show work from last August- he answered his phone WHILE OUT TO DINNER WITH HIS WIFE and sent me the invoices needed.Milton is affordable , knowledgeable, honest, and goes the extra mile. I can promise you, you wont regret using his company.

Milton and his crew were fantastic. He gave us what I believe is a good price, explained everything very clearly, and was excellent about taking care of our floors and cleaning up after the wonderful duct cleaning. Highly recommended.

Milton and his crew were awesome! I HIGHLY recommend him! He was very knowledgeable about my A/C system and knew exactly how to fix it. He gave me options based on what he recommended to be best but also on what the bare minimum I needed to get done to fix the issues. he showed me pictures of the problems in my system and took the time to explain what i was looking at and what that meant for right now and what would happen in the future depending on what I chose to do. He didn’t pressure me into buying something I didn’t need and he was honest and his prices were fair. I’m definitely calling him for future maintenance and repairs!

He was professional, checking the system thoroughly and listing items that were good and bad about our system but never pressuring sales. Went through and explained with images what was happening and his recommendations in order of importance. In that list he even had options to boost performance and help the system last longer instead of rushing to replace everything at once. He offered solutions to little issues that we mention annoyed us. It was a pleasure to work with him, will definitely do it again.

We hired Milton to do our 1sr duct clean in 5 years. He cleaned the ducts, and gave us suggestions on airflow issue with the house. One room used to be always hotter than other. He recdid ductvwork and ad ded supply and return duct in tha troom installed soft starter on compressorandcwas done in few hours. Highly recommend Milton for any ac duct work or hvac issues in general
