Blane and Jeremy did an great job on our carpet. Our carpet was not new when we moved into our home 10 years ago. Not only does my carpet look like amazing now (even in my dining room), my house smells amazing!

Lubbock Steamer Restoration came out today to steam clean all the air ducts, return, and a/c-furnace area and to clean the carpets then Scotchguard. Kohl Angeley and Orlando Rios arrived 15 minutes early, to do a quick walk-thru, which was great. They were both professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, exhibiting excellent customer service, while keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Breathing and air quality is already very much improved!From the first phone call, free estimate, to completion of services; top-notch quality! I highly recommend Lubbock Steamer Restoration! I will definitely hire them again.

I had Lubbock Steamer come to Big Spring 2 hours away to clean my grandmothers carpet. The ladies in the office were very kind answering the phone and willing to work with my schedule. I was kind of nervous about them being on time since they were in Lubbock. But, no they were very timely and professional. The 2 gentlemen that arrived were very nice. They moved all of her furniture with care and left the place looking and smelling amazing. They even did give me a heads up about the slipping hazard of my grandmother going from the carpet (since it would take a few hours to dry) to her tile. I was very grateful for that! I just simply placed her bath mats right on the tile surface to remind her to dry her shoes. They were great and affordable! We will absolutely be calling them again. Great job Lubbock Steamer!!!!

Very happy with my experience with Lubbock Steamer! Im mad at myself for not choosing them sooner. I just moved in to my house and had an incident with the carpet in the kitchen. Called a carpet cleaner out and it looked okay until the next week, called them out again and still no improvement. Recently our dog got sick and went all over the house, I was hesitant to call the same carpet cleaning business again until my mom told me about Lubbock Steamer. I am so glad she told me about them because they did an excellent job! We went out of town for the weekend and the kitchen still looks great and looks so much better then when the previous carpet cleaner came out TWICE. They were quick and efficient. I will continue to use Lubbock Steamer from now on and the owner called me the next day asking how they did. Great customer service! Thank you, Lubbock steamer, for exceeding my expectations and very happy to say they will always have my business!

Teresa, Michelle, Sam, and all of the staff at Lubbock Steamer are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I use them professionally for my business and they have been able to assist me on the fly MULTIPLE times! The staff that they employ for both carpet cleaning and General cleaning are TOP-NOTCH. Everyone is extremely courteous and professional!I call Lubbock Steamer usually 2-3 times a week for work and every time I call Teresa, Michelle and Sam always greet me by name and make me feel like part of the family!Tomas with the carpet cleaning is extremely attentive to detail and VERY knowledgeable! He explains the chemicals he is going to use and keeps me informed every step of the way!The General Cleaning staff is always on-time and always has me do a walk through of the unit before they leave to make sure that I am happy with the service!I have NEVER been disappointed with this company and I will continue to utilize there expertise for my business and in my personal home! We had Lubbock Steamer come out and couldn’t be happier. The steamed and sealed our kitchen tile, it has never looked better. They then cleaned our carpets and got out stains other companies couldn’t remove from previous visits. I would 100% recommend them again.

Excellent company with integrity and honest employees.. Guys came out to do a Vent cleaning and I asked them to check it out first and examine how dirty it was before starting the job and to see if it really needed a clean. Orlando Rios to a look at it and showed me the results and thankfully it was still pretty clean and I didnt need waste my money, Thx.. will definitely be calling this guys back when I need any work done.

These guys went above & beyond for me - even going as far as to go buy me light bulbs in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. The entire staff is super sweet. They restored over 1,000 square feet for me after a huge water leak, they dealt with insurance on my behalf, and they cared when I told them I was going crazy from the quarantine. These guys are awesome!
