    Perfect experience! We were able to schedule within 24 hours. Communication was excellent. The friendly, experienced technicians did such a thorough job and really went above and beyond.     Juan Ortiz did a very good job. He was prompt, and our dryer vent and one of our three air duct systems. He wore shoe coverings when he came inside to keep the dirt and snow off our floors. He worked quickly and as quietly as he could. But the loud vacuums he used were not very disruptive to me nor my family. He started with a new filter in his equipment. The photo shows the filter after completing the air duct cleaning. This was the fist time we cleaned it since moving in 8 years ago. We have no idea if it was cleaned prior to that.

    David did a phenomenal job cleaning our air ducts and dryer-vent! David explained everything and showed realtime pictures ans he worked. Our system is functioning perfectly and the air we breathe in our house is so much better. If I could give more stars I would.

    I highly recommend! So professional, very knowledgeable and educated me on everything. I loved being able to see the before and after photos!! I can tell a HUGE difference with the vents! Definitely would use them again. 10/10 ! The guy who came was so friendly, I forget his name but he was so knowledgeable!

    Had a great experience with Lowes. Jose was my tech and he was on time and courteous. He did a great job and when we discovered an issue with my dryer vent, he kept working things - climbing on the roof, going in the attic, recleaning - spending a couple of extra hours, until everything was completely shipshape - no extra charges! Very pleased.

    Really great service! He was able to detect that the ducts have asbestos tape wrapped around them. Unfortunately he wasnt able to work on the air ducts because of how dangerous it is to disturb asbestos, but Im thankful he brought it to my attention.
