They were an excellent company to work with and Bobby is extremely professional. I called for help and they showed up two hours later. Then I had a different appliance, our oven, that is no longer sold, where the outer glass door had been broken. Where two other companies told me that I would need to buy a new oven, they found a replacement door and delivered/installed a week later. I’m super impressed with them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

They are amazing! Will be using them for any future repair services we need. I own a hair salon in Frisco and we had a cape get stuck in our washers agitator. The first company we called which was highly recommended by many people, the guy came once, said he was leaving to get more tools and just never came back. After calling longhorn, Bobby was extremely helpful. He came to the salon three different times, for hours each time trying many options, he did everything possible to fix our washer instead of just telling us to order a new one. He went the extra mile to fix our washer in a timely manner and it saved us hundreds of dollars since we didn’t need to buy a new one.
