Had Lone Star Pro Flow come out for a dryer duct cleaning. Our dryer would take forever to dry clothes. Jason was great. Very professional and informative. He was fast and worked clean. Price was fair and made good recommendations for future services.

Cleaning out our dryer vent was something we had never done. However, Jason was able to pull a lot of lint out of the line and now our dryer works like new, drying clothes much faster than it did before. While everyone’s different, Jason advised us how often we need to have this done, which I really appreciated. Jason was extremely efficient and I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. I’ll definitely be calling Lone Star Pro Flow for future needs.

Great customer service and assistance! Came out to help clean our dryer vent and was very informative, professional, and helpful. Owner was great and very fair which we really appreciated. We absolutely will be using them next time for dryer and AC clean out.

We had an excellent experience with Lone Star Pro Flow! Called them when we noticed black mold growing in the air vents and they came out right away to offer a quote, then altered their schedule to get us in quickly. The price was absolutely fair based on the size of the house/procedure and was a much more honest and realistic opinion than the number of other companies who had come out and attempted to upsell us without even inspecting properly. Everything was left clean as they vacuumed the floor before leaving, and there was no chemical smell in the house. Happy that we found them!

Had a wonderful experience with Jason and crew. They were immediately responsive and worked around my tight schedule. They did a great job on my vents and even showed me videos and pictures of the work they did. They definitely gave 5 star service, and I would have them back again!

Jason was very professional, easy to work with, and informative about how important it is to keep you dryer duct clear. Also, how often it should be professionally cleaned out so it keeps you dryer working properly. I would recommend them if you need this service. They also clean out A/C air ducts as well.
