My first carpet cleaning in my home after 5-6 years and first time using Lone Star. John was my technician and did an incredible job. The experience from beginning to end was great. He called me in the morning to give me a time frame of when he would make my appointment within the hour, he called me when he was on the way, and arrived on time. We went over my needs for the carpet cleaning and he gave honest recommendations on the work to be done. He completed the work quickly and I am very happy with the turn out! It looks and feels great. And I feel so much better about it too! Thank you!

Amazing work!!! We had Chris and let me tell you that he was the most professional and friendly individual! You can tell he has a passion for making customers happy. He took his time and made sure that I was happy with each room. I was amazed at how dirty my carpets were. I should have done a before and after. I have two huge dogs and they shed a lot. I didnt realize the amount of hair that was built up in the carpets. It was almost gut wrenching to see. Though my carpets didnt look terrible he came in and showed me what they needed and should look like! I would recommend this company if you are looking for a perfectionist to come in and take care of your floors and I would recommend Chris every time. I am so happy with the service and outcome! I just might sleep on my floor tonight ;)

Im not usually one to pay to have my carpet cleaned because of the hassle and cost, but it needed to be done and using Lone Star was a great experience! Our tech, Paul Walker, totally accommodated to my schedule and came earlier than originally planned so I could get to work. He did the job quickly and thoroughly (not only got all the spots out and left it clean, but he even raked it when he was done!!). Not to mention they are extremely affordable for the quality work they do. I would definitely use them again.

Paul was very thorough and its so nice to see someone enjoy his work, do the job to perfection and still be personable. I had 2 terrible places in a bedroom carpet where my sons dog had chewed 2 very large holes and Paul fixed them to just perfection.I will definitely call again if I have any future problems . Paul and his team at Lonestar are great! I initially had an issue with the carpet cleaning and had to have them come back. Paul sent someone over to look at it the next day and have someone to rectify the situation immediately. The work was done timely and at a fair price. It is good to see a small business care so much about the customer. I greatly appreciate the time and attention Paul and his team gave to my home. I had a wonderful experience with Lone Star and would would definitely recommend!

Paul and Lone Star Carpet provide absolutely phenomenal service! Paul is both highly skilled at his craft and an excellent communicator. He is also very personable and a pleasure to work with. The work provided by Lone Star was excellent on every level, but there were several subtle things what made a significant difference; Paul personally took the time to answer any number of questions I had about the work he performed but he also went above and beyond by advising on other home repair projects I had, that had nothing to do with his carpet care service, these included him taking pictures of supplies at Home Depot and emailing them to me! Paul and Lone Star are exceptional and I could not give them a higher recommendation! Thank you Paul!

They have done an awesome job with steam cleaning my carpets in the past and they repaired my carpet where my dogs had torn it up. The repaired spots look like nothing ever happened, and has held up beautifully 2 years later. I just had them come out and repair another spot since were getting ready to move, and it looks great. John was on time, very professional and works quickly. Will definitely be sticking with this company.

We had them come out to look at a carpet repair after our dog pulled up a corner of the carpet & destroyed the padding underneath. They immediately asked for pictures when we initially contacted them and gave us an estimate. They came out within a couple of days and did an absolutely fantastic job! Our dog didn’t maul the actual carpet too bad, so the repair was pretty quick. Super great service if you’re in an apartment or need repairs without wanting to replace the carpet in the whole room for a smaller hole or re-stretching. I would definitely recommend going to this family owned business for your carpet needs!

We have used Lone Star Carpet Care & Restoration several times now. Each time we have been blessed to have John Rackley come out to clean our carpets. John always calls the morning of our appointment, letting us know the time frame he is expecting to be at our home. He also calls again when he is on his way, which is greatly appreciated. John is very kind and his knowledge of carpet care is very helpful to ensuring our carpets continue to stay clean long after he leaves. John works very quickly and yet his cleaning service is very thorough. He does his job with excellence and goes above and beyond to ensure our carpets look amazing! We highly recommend him!

I Bought a new home and found out, last minute, that I Needed the carpet in the house I was renting cleaned before I moved out. I called Paul. I called Lone Star Carpet Care & Restoration because my cat tore up my carpet in several doorways of my home. (Before I knew about this company, I had contacted another company that never showed up and didnt even call to let me know they would not be there) So, when I called Lone Star, we set up an appointment and they showed up at the time they said they would be there AND they did an AWESOME JOB repairing my carpet! It looks great!!! I plan on using them again to clean my carpets because they did such an amazing job on the repairs and were very professional! John has been our service technician for a total of 3-4 times and has done a fantastic job every time and has been amazingly courteous each and time he comes. My experience with lone star was excellent. I needed someone to come for a move out carpet cleaning. We were helped by John, who was extremely respectful and efficient. He showed up early, on short notice, and took the time to fix mistakes made by the previous person who cleaned the carpet before we moved in and made note of the issues on his paperwork for us to turn in to the property management. If I need a carpet cleaning service or my car scotch guarded I will definitely use his service and recommend lone star to others as well.

I called Lone Star for an appointment. The line was busy but then the owner called me right back personally and was very courteous and straight-forward with services and pricing offers. They had very reasonable lead time for an appointment and they worked around my schedule. Service Tech Darren called me in advance to let me know when he was on his way. It was within my appointment window as scheduled. Darren arrived and was very courteous and professional. He gave me a quick and fair quote after inspecting the condition of my flooring. He made sure I was comfortable with the quoted price before getting started. He was respectful of my home throughout the job. I would definitely recommend Lonestar and you should ask for Darren if hes available. I have not been paid to post this review

I had the best experience with my technician. He really listened to my concerns. I had pretty bad carpet stains that were left from our lovely renters. He did an amazing job restoring it back to life and the best thing he didnt over charge like some companies. He only charged went needed to be done! Lone Star carpet did an amazing job on cleaning and repairing carpet in my home, after having renters in my home with significant damage. Originally, I contacted them for tile and grout cleaning. After that first service, I felt confident in their services and quality. Then I contacted them for additional work on my carpet. Sections of it had significant damage, beyond repair; however Paul came in and assessed the situation. And he provided a creative and cost-savings solution that went above and beyond what I ever expected. I highly recommend using this company.

We have a new baby coming in a few weeks and we wanted to make sure the carpets were prepped for his arrival! While I was given a pretty wide arrival time, the company made it right and sent over Chris to get the job done. Due to a last minute change, Chris was already off his shift, but packed up the truck to race over in time to fill in for the other technician and was able to finish everything. Chris knew his stuff, and you could see an immediate difference in the rooms he completed. We will be using these guys in the future, and telling all of our friends and family. Great job!

I purchased a groupon for 3 rooms for a basic steam clean. I was a little wary about using a new company, but the price was good and said why not. Scheduling was a little of a challenge because I submitted the form online and was sent an email response telling me when my appointment would be. I had to change my appointment and tried calling several times with no answer.I wasnt aware this company primarily works digitally. Meaning that everything is handled through online forms and email. That wasnt a problem once I realized this because I called several times with no answer, but after a 4 time trying someone finally answered and let me know to respond to the email address that was sent to me, but he also gave me the address in case I didnt have it any longer.After I sent an email to let them know I needed a different time they responded back within 3-4 minutes. John, the tech, called me to let me know that he was going to be here between 10:30 and 12. Once it was 10:30 he made a follow up and said that he was approximately 30 minutes out. He was here earlier than his estimated time; which is great because he was punctual.Before he started any work he asked me if I was a groupon customer, then explained to me how the service worked. John let me know that it was for a basic steam and disinfectant of the carpets. Then he evaluated the carpets to be cleaned searching for pet stains and stubborn stains. Once he finished he explained that with basic cleaning it will only remove surface stains and recommended the deep treatment. I knew that my carpets were in bad shape so the high traffic room was treated. He did regular cleaning on the rest of the carpets.Let me explain my high traffic area.... I have 2 toddlers who drool and spill things all over the carpet and already knew that I needed something special to remove the mess they created. My beige carpet was riddled with dark black spots all over. I was doubtful that he would be able to remove the stains even with the treatment. I have to say that my carpets look great and the stains were removed.John was phenomenal tech. I really appreciate his work because he was honest and completed the work quickly. I was very pleased at his professional attitude and that he was not a pushy sales person. I will definitely be using Lone Star for my carpet cleaning needs in the future. Once again I appreciate the ease of using your online system (once I realized how it worked) and John is an asset to the company with his professionalism, patience, and honesty. I whole heartily recommend this company because I used to use another well known franchise but Lone Star has much better service.

I got a Groupon for each of 2 houses I had to have the carpets cleaned at. The first house was a mess because we had the popcorn ceilings scraped, smoothed and painted, plus we were doing remodeling. I didnt realize that I had to vacuum the carpets before they came. The first guy [I think his name was John] told me I needed to vacuum, that I would have to reschedule my appointment, and could not leave the place fast enough!! Was not happy with him. I originally had them scheduled for 3 days before we were moving in, so that the carpets would have time to dry well, but I had to reschedule for the day before we were moving in.The second guy who came out, his name was Theo, and he was wonderful!!!! He was very polite, did a fantastic job, was professional and quick. I asked if I could request him to do the job at the house we were moving out of and he said yes - so, needless to say, I did. He showed up today and did another fantastic job for me! I would probably have never used this company again based on my first experience, but I am thankful I gave it another chance, because I ended up with the BEST!

We didnt have extra carpet so they can patch it, the tech went to out and was able to get some carpet. He checked in at all times to keep us updated scheduled us for times that were convenient with my schedule. Final product was just like normal.

Lonestar restoration came out to clean the carpets in my apartment which Ive been in for 5 years so the carpet had some very old stains...bad stains which I didnt think would come out. The technician , Chris was very thorough and when he was done I was so impressed. He got out the deepest stains and my carpet looked great! The owner called me himself and came to clean the carpet. He apologized profusely for his technicians behavior. I WILL use this company again.I had previously purchased a Living Social coupon from this company. The results were so nice I had no misgivings about purchasing another. The technicians came today and told my daughter that they could not clean the carpets because there was dog urine all over the house. He said that unless we paid $30 per room, he would not be able to perform the service. My dogs do not urinate in the house. I will never use this company again.

Perfect!! Excellent job with the carpet in my home. Service was extremely effective and professional. The company representative arrived at the time scheduled and finished before approximate completion time. Scheduling a service can be a little frustrating when you aren’t sure what’s involved but that was not the case using this company for the services I needed. I truly cannot understand how a customer could possibly have anything negative to say. My guess is they are just impossible to please in which case should not be able to write reviews ever. I don’t even care if my carpets need maintenance again soon. Using lone star for this service was a pleasant experience.

It’s easy to write a positive review when everything is going right, but much harder to write a positive review when everything is going wrong. We were turning over the keys to our rental and the last to-do item was the carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, there were some issues with scheduling due to a family emergency with our technician. Due to the time crunch, the technician (despite what was going on with his family) made sure to still come out even though it was past their hours of operation to make sure we were taken care of. Not only did the company bend over backwards to try and fix the situation, but the owner called me the next day to ensure we were happy with the job done. This company shows a great deal of care and attention to their customers and I am beyond happy with the work that was done!

Lone star has repaired and cleaned our carpets several times! We have 4 pets so our carpets can get grundgy very quickly. Lone Star is always professional, fast, and leaves our house looking like we have new carpets. On the few occasions our dog has dug the carpet up theyve come in and patched the carpet so well we had a hard tine figuring out where the patch was. Cannot recommend them enough! Love them!!

My experience was very positive! I wasnt able to use the groupon I purchased due to time constraints, but I needed the carpets cleaned in two days before the lease was up. I emailed, they called me, they were there within a few hours. My husband saw the results and said: I wished they looked that good when we moved in! While we couldnt use the groupon, they did suggest and honor another deal on their website. Kristin, Paul, and John were all extremely polite and accommodating, making sure we got our receipt for the landlord. Final price for 3 rooms plus hallway plus these awful awful dark rust stains (which were removed! They were honest about not knowing if it would all come out, but it did ) was still cheaper than if I had to do it myself. Thank you guys!!

Sevastian was great to work with. I took competitive bids and he had the low price. He changed the estimate several times for me with changes in scope, which included tile demolition, carpet, and vinyl plank. When we needed some extra pieces for some repairs he dropped them off at the job site in a timely manner. All this was done over the phone with pictures, phone conversations, texts, and emails since I am out of state. Great job. Couldnt be more pleased.

Im a very happy customer. Ive had my carpet cleaned in the past by several different companies and no one was able to remove the smell from my dogs accidents until I called lone star. The technician John came out and within an hour he had removed all odor and urine stains. The smell wasnt covered up like it was by other companies.He was full of information and was extremely helpful. He explained that I was making the carpet dirtier by spraying other chemicals from HEB on it. It was cleaned last week and it still smells good. The spots didnt come back like they did in the pass with other companiesAll the urine spots came out and there was only a few bleach spots left that Im not worried about. I will call lone star for now on and I will always ask for John.

Chris customer service was impeccable and there was no high pressure to sell a ton of upgrades!We have 4 cats that are fixed and had no idea they were marking their territory by spraying. We spot clean and deodorize regularly, but OMG... with a black light shining down, a few areas looked like a litter box! Chris was fair with his price and made the yuck go away!I will be using Lone Star Carpet Cares services again and would highly recommend this top quality business.

He replaced the pad and reset the carpet them steam cleaned that and an area where the other repairmen were working and made the carpet look new. He was most friendly and very polite. I am very pleased with Steven and Lone Star. They helped me get our house ready for new renters to come in cleaning all the floors and fixing a bleach stain in our living room. What stick out to me is that they were scheduled to do my house the same day as the storms hit San Antonio and they were flooded with emergency flood calls starting in the middle of the night. My job was important to me but was not amongst the emergencies. Not only did I get phone calls to clarify the emergency my house was also completed the same day and Steven the technician came after dark when I knew he had already been working on the emergencies for over fourteen hours before he came to my house. I did not mind being bumped a little but they went above and beyond to make sure that I was serviced even though they were inundated They did a great job and took great pains to make sure everything was done above and beyond what I expected. I am very grateful.

I was scheduled to have my carpet cleaning with another carpet cleaning company and had the worste experience, however, ONE call to Founder, Owner and COO, Pual Walker made all the difference in the world. Not only did he offer alternate suggestions (since they were not open on Sunday), he personally asked one of his Best Senior Professionals if he could do a last minute & un-scheduled call on his DAY OFF. Despite a full day of church and family commitments, Mr. Darin Adams came to the rescue and got the job done in record time!!! I couldnt reccomend Darin Adams and Lonestar Carpet Care more!! I will definitely be using them again and again and absolutely referring them to all of my friends and family.My only regret is not calling them sooner. We just purchased a house and the carpets were not in the best condition so we decided to hire a professional carpet cleaning company. I purchased a full house carpet cleaning Groupon and crossed my fingers that the carpets could be cleaned. To be honest I knew there was the possibility that the stains in the carpet may not be able to be removed with the basic cleaning covered by the Groupon. In addition I fully expected the technician to arrive, perform the basic cleaning and then try to up sell me premium services to restore my carpets. What I was not at all expecting was the honesty from the technician. The technician, John arrived and after evaluating my carpet advised me that although he could treat the stains and possibly make them look better he didnt recommend sinking that much money into carpets that in his opinion need to be replaced. John, offered without hesitation to process a refund of the money spent for the Groupon. I know most other companies would have a done the basic cleaning so they could keep the money already spent.I have to say in this day and age where customer service seems to fall by the waist side it is refreshing to know that there are still good honest people out there. Thank you John, we may not have been able to use your service but we will recommend you to our friends and family.
