I considered a chimney cleaning for a rental. That proved unnecessary. David suggested a dryer vent cleaning. Omg. it was like a vulcano erupting and lasting. I was shocked. I was not aware that many house fires can start with a blocked dryer vent. Seeing the amount of lint being extracted, I am less doubtful.David @Lone Star gets my highest praise for price, value, performance, punctuality, customer service, and courtesy delivered with a smile.

Lone Star arrived on time and provided me dryer vent & duct cleaning services and vent covers for my vents. He went above and beyond in troubleshooting the kitchen return air vent which had collected unsightly grease from cooking and soot from fireplace over the past 45 years. He provided me expert advice on options on how to remove the vent and clean it. Davids prices were extremely fair--1/10th of what a competitor company had wanted to charge me for similar services! David was knowledgeable and experienced and answered all my questions willingly and on the level. My vents look fabulous now thanks to David.

Very reasonably priced, easy to communicate with, and gets the job done timely. Seems most negative reviews here are not related to the work being done by the business, but in regards to driving around town. If you need someone to clean your chimney or dryer vents for a good price and easy to work with then this is your company.

David just finished cleaning both my chimney and my dryer vent. He did an amazing job. Very responsive and answered all my questions, had the best rate and did a fantastic job resolving the clog in my dryer vent system. Totally recommend and really appreciate me his fast and friendly service without any sacrifices in quality of work.

David did a wonderful job of cleaning the air ducts and the dryer vent in my home. He arrived on time, was very professional and efficient, and charged a very fair price for the work. He had the dryer vent part I needed on his truck, so the whole job was done very quickly. I would definitely hire him again. Highly recommend!

I’ve now had them clean 3 times over the years and each time they’ve been professional, efficient and fair. The owner is very honest and straight forward which is sometimes hard to find in home services. I made the mistake of hiring another company because I got a coupon, and I ended up having Lone Star come out and redo the job. I will continue to use them for regular cleaning of my duct and chimney.

David was very quick to respond and showed up to my house the very next day which was a Saturday! He showed up and started 15 minutes early which I really appreciated. He answered all my questions and made recommendations on how I can upkeep my airducts. He did a great job cleaning and was cost completive.

I had been looking for a caskets that were affordable. I went to funeral homes and they try to charge outrageous prices for the most ugliest undignified looking caskets. Im not saying my loved one wasnt worth the prices for the $3000.00 ones. But the ones I wanted, that would best represent my grandparents, were just not in our budget. I came across this company Lone Star Caskets. They went out of their way to meet me. Answered all my questions and were willing to find me what I needed.When the time came I called at 1:30 am. I thought I was going to get a Voice Mail or even some angry person on the other line. Instead I got a warm hearted ear and they were willing to take my information over the phone and help me get what I needed the next day. I was remembered when I needed them most. I was treated with respect and like a family member, not just another customer when it counted. I couldnt be more grateful.The funeral home was less then pleased that I got my caskets else where, but Im Glad I did. My family all thought it was a beautiful ceremony and the casket was the best feature. I used the money to take care of my grandmother now that my grandfather has passed.Again Best Decision I made.MJ Ramirez Kyle,TX.
