Wanted to say how pleased , we are to have the service done. Dale Stephen’s. came out and checked out our issue with heat not working. He saw the issue and We sat down and discussed what options we had. We decided with the age of the furnace and what would be best for the future for our home was a new one.Next day Dale S. And Brandon came out and discussed the plan for the install. Made sure they protected my flooring, answered all questions we had, and was very polite and helpful. NOW we have heat and feel secure. Thanks guys!! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dale and the other men did a great job putting in our new air conditioner / heater. They were all very nice and polite and cleaned up their mess afterward. They also were very informative and very helpful. Our air conditioner and heater now works more effectively and efficient. Instead of taking 65 minutes to reach the desired temperature it only takes five minutes. We are enjoying our new unit. Thank you so much, LenAire.

Called initially for a cleaning and to have our system checked over since it is a little older and were not sure the previous owners had ever serviced the A/C. Faith was able to get someone out to look at the unit a day later. Jordan and Brendan came out to look at the unit and duct work. They sat down with us and explained everything, honestly. That wed likely need a new system in the next few years; but they could service it as was. We just said lets replace it now. The following week Brendan, Zach, Marcus and Jericho came out to start on the system. They were extremely professional, polite and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for A/C repair or work.

I recently used LenAire for the first time. I called them just for an annual system inspection and they sent someone out within a few hours. Brandon was professional and very knowledgeable. He informed me my evaporator coil was so dirty he couldn’t even properly check the pressures on my system (I already knew it was dirty and needed cleaning just didn’t realize it was that bad). He went over my options and I decided to change out the 11 year old coil with a new one. They were out the next day and got the work completed. They also threw in a cleaning of the rest of the system. The house went from being 80 degrees when I got home from work to being able to keep up with the summer heat and being 72 when I got home. Then today (3 days later) my blower started making noise. I called again and they had Brandon back out same day. My bearings were bad in the motor and he had it changed out and back going in an hour. His and LenAire’s customer service is top notch which is hard to find nowadays. While they are probably not the cheapest company around their service makes up for it and I’ll be calling them from now on to service my A/C.

After doing our best to arrange service with local businesses and getting nowhere, we looked for recommendations for heat/air repair companies. LenAire was the first company recommended and I’m so glad I called. I spoke with Faith on the phone and she quickly gathered all the necessary information and put my mind at ease. I was told Brandon would stop by that very day to take a look at our units. He showed up on time and went right to work. He was ableto identify several problems with the original install of our two units that were absolutely dangerous to our home. He gave us his recommendations to fix the problems and added so many pictures to document what was wrong and how it was fixed. I know nothing about heating and air, but his down to earth explanations made it understandable to even me. We followed his advice and he, Jericho, and Mason were out to our house first thing the next morning with everything needed to secure our two units and our home. We are so happy with the professionalism, friendliness, and timeliness of the work done. We now have the peace of mind knowing that our units have been properly reinstalled, secured, vented, and safety measure insured. I have intended to write this review for literally years! I cannot say enough good things about LenAire!! In 2017 they put our whole new unit in. They came and assessed our air flow..added some ducts..and steered us to the best unit. They just know what they’re doing. They have serviced our unit every year. And anytime we called them with a problem they always came same day to fix it! We have had three servicemen..Brandon, Jordan, and Dale. All of them know what they are doing..are very respectful and explain everything so well. The latest…Yesterday we woke up to our air not cooling. I called as soon as they opened. The ladies answering the phones are ALWAYS sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. SHOUT OUT to Brandon !!! He was at our house by the afternoon and fixed it! A cracked pipe and added coolant. Brandon serviced my outside unit and was able to find a solution to the immediate problem of no air flow into the house. I called another ac repair. They gave me the run around. They told me I needed services without even servicing. Len air came checked every component, put the machine on everything piece of equipment and did a great job. If anybody I cant speak for no one else but len air is more trust worthy they employees didnt have a problem doing they job. Shreveport ac employee told me he couldnt service it they sent 3 different guys the first one said he was to big to get n attic. Len air should be ur first choice. I experienced Shreveport ac n Len air in the same day. Shreveport ac said they was sending a fourth Len air got the job done same day. Thank you Len air its 105 today

Everyone involved in replacing our A/C system was great. Professionals from start to finish Marcus, Patrick, Dale and Samantha were able to answer questions and give honest feedback on the age of our old system. You may not like the answers they give you, but they shoot you straight and have the skills to get your home cool again! Thanks again, and keep up the awesome work! After a couple of years, our evaporator coil began leaking. We called LenAire and Brandon came out the same day to top off refrigerant and they also ordered a new coil under warranty. My heat pump had been installed within the past few years by a now retired, self employed, technician. So, when the a/c stopped working recently, i didnt know what to do. When I contacted LenAire, Inc, my call was politely and professionally handled, making my decision easy to invite them into my home for repairs. The service tech Dale was on point with answers to all of my questions and he also eased my concerns regarding my recently installed system. He was honest concerning the issues at hand giving me an affordable quote for my needs. At which time, he also explained the service agreement that they offer and showed me how I could not only save money but also how they would keep my unit serviced correctly. Its a great comfort knowing that they will inspect my system bi-annually along with several other perks that are included as a part of their service agreement. This was exactly what I needed. Had problems with our ac unit and called LenAire to service our unit’s issues. They sent Dale out who was one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have ever met. Marcus gave me all the options and was able to answer all my questions. I worked with Samantha on the phone after business hours on Friday to get everything finalized and scheduled. The install was able to be completed on Saturday; very fast turnaround. Jeremiah, Reggie, and Ryan worked all day Saturday to get the system installed. Brandon also stopped by with some supplies. All the technicians were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Everything was nice and clean when the technicians left. I had a cool house and quiet system by 5PM on Saturday. I spoke with both Jillian and Samantha on Monday to get some follow up questions answered. Patrick and Ryan came back out Monday to look over the install and button up a few items. Patrick explained a few items on the system and was able to answer the remaining questions I had. I appreciate the fast, honest service that LenAire provides. LenAire, Inc. was recommended to me by a friend and the reviews on Google were excellent. So glad I used them. Service was excellent by Dale and he explained everything that was going on with my unit and explained in detail the charges that I would incur before he did them, just in case I need to change my mind, and to also let me know what I was dealing with. He made the repairs and cleaned my unit and now my A/C works again, efficiently as it should. Dale was very personable, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The repair and service wasnt cheap but it was very reasonable as I have a high end unit. After all, you get what you pay for. Worth every penny! I will now continue to use them.

Scheduled a service call to come check everything over before the summer got too hot. Marcus arrives and is extremely nice and professional as he explains everything he will do and document. After everything is said and done, a dye test is done to check for leaks due to a low freon reading and the following week I get a followup visit.Upon checking things over for leaks, the coil was damaged accidentally. After explaining what happened with the owner, everyone is onboard with fixing everything at no charge. This could have easily been put on me, the homeowner and I was dreading having to state my case to get it fixed, but Marcus was honest and LenAire made things more than right in my book with zero hassle. That is something you just dont find anymore very easily and that is integrity in the business world.From the time the coil was damaged to the time Brandon and Hunter came out with the new part, installed it and got me up and running like better than new was only a few hours total and that is driving all the way across town. I cant say enough good things for everyone that was involved. Everything was handled professionally and with a great attitude. I definitely will do my business with LenAire in the future. Professional and knowledgeable! Over the past month I have had Patrick and Jordan over to the house to discuss air conditioning options and install new ductwork. They were polite and clear in their explanations. The work that they and their helpers did was clean and neat. Any time I needed to speak with the office there was always a friendly person on the other end of the phone. I never had to worry about them being late either. Also, I highly recommend that you have them perform an air balance analysis on your home. Their improvements eliminated over 75% of lost/unbalanced air from the return to the supply ducts by sealing up leaks throughout the existing systems and adding new ducts to other rooms that weren’t previously conditioned. The systems were originally installed very poorly by another company and LenAire substantially improved efficiency and comfort in my home. Thank you!

We had AC problems at our business and called Lenaire. Dale came out and was great. He quoted us a price but advised he wouldnt be able to get the parts until Monday. We agreed to the price, and also decided once that job was complete to get them to service 2 of our other units. Monday, I called in to check our appointment time and the young lady kept putting me on hold and finally said they had to go and get both of the parts when Dale had stated he had one part, so I agreed, and she stated she would call me back. She called back a few hours later and told me how much it would be, when I advised that, thats $140 more than the quote I was given on Friday, she stated they were different parts, and that the technician quoted me for residential parts and didnt know what he was doing. When I questioned why was he making quotes if he didnt know what he was doing, she just apologized. I honestly dont believe her because Dale was very thorough in his explanations of what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem, he even sent me pictures of the unit since it was on top of the building.Im not sure if Im being deceived with the sudden price change, but I dont like feeling like I am. It causes me to lose all faith in your business and brand. I guess, Ill just have to find someone else to service my other two units.UPDATE: Received a call and Lenaire honored the price I was originally quoted.

However, they called that afternoon and let me know they would be there the next morning, and Jordan was right on time. He got straight to work, but in no way did I feel he was rushing the job. They arrived on site and I met with then and they explained what was going to take place and then they started work. When they had completed their work and cleaned up the area, I was given the paper work and they again went over every detail with me. Both men were very professional with their work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and offered advice on preventing the problem from reoccurring. Only charged $85 for service. I work at Northpoint community church, we had a a/c unit go down in the middle of a Bible study class at night. I called LenAir the next morning and the lady said that the tech was booked for the day but she would see if she could work me in, about an hour later she called and said the tech was on the way. In a very short time the tech arrived and ask me which unit. I took him to the unit and he started work. In a little while the tech came to me and said he found the problem and showed me several burnt wires, i authorized the repair and it was repaired very quickly. The tech was in uniform, very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable , he told me he was finished, did the paperwork. I was well pleased with the price. Dale is an exceptional technician and i will request him in all future repairs.

Beginning with the first phone call to LenAire (fielded by Jillian), I received excellent customer service. Each LenAire representative that I spoke to or met with was friendly, concerned, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Through each step of the process to determine the existing situation through to the actual installation of a new unit, I received timely return phone calls, feedback/explanations, and updates from Jillian, Samantha, and Leonard. When the weather turned colder than I had expected, it only took a phone call to schedule the installation of the new unit a week earlier (on Christmas Eve Day). I was kept informed of the time to expect Patrick and Cody. They arrived at the expected time and did exceptional work. The new unit was larger than the previous one which required modifications to the existing wall space. No one would ever know by looking at the wall that the space was once smaller than it is now. I am satisfied with the service and product provided by LenAire and will recommend them to others.

I am so impressed with LenAire and their high quality customer service that I had to share. I called them on a Sunday morning because my unit wasnt cooling and it was miserable. Jordan was at my house by the afternoon and determined I was low on freeon. He gave us some options but we took the cheaper option to just fill it back up. Three weeks later we had to call them back. My system was frozen over so Jordan was unable to determine the exact cause of my problem but we were almost certain it was the freeon. We discussed options based on it being the freeon leak again. The next day after my unit thawed Dale came out to the house because he was already in the area. I really appreciated that they are working as a team and are able to get someone to help me! Dale confirmed it was a freeon leak and followed through with the solution I had chosen which involved returning later to locate the leak. Three days later the unit stopped cooling yet again. Needless to say I have a terrible leak! Jordan returned, checked out the system, and laid out our options. I am so thankful for the professional, caring, nice, patient technicians that have helped us with our ac unit!! Dale offered insight on some things we hadnt thought of before. Jordan helped think of all the combination of options we have and ways we could make it work. He also explained our system and what might work better for our house. He was patient while we pondered over our options and was not pushy which we appreciated. They are just GOOD PEOPLE doing GOOD BUSINESS.

Very pleased! I called mid-day and they had someone there in just over an hour. Steve was great and trustworthy! My furnace is 4 years old so it would not be a surprise for my system failure to be because of some type of broken part. I was able to look up the code that was flashing on the circuit board and according to the code, I had a bad pressure switch. Luckily it was only a clogged vacuum line for the pressure switch. Steve could have easily taken advantage and charged me more. Looks like I have a new HVAC company.

I had a great experience with len air. My air was banging then quit. I called them, and Dale , who i immediately felt at ease with, was at my home within a few hours. He spent at least 2 hrs inspecting everything, from one end of the house to the other, including the attic. The heat index was at least 100 but he didnt rush.. I was amazed at how thourough he was. My sister had had the sir checked only a year before but Dale found thing the other guy didnt mention.Dale gave me at least 4 options for what i could do to fix things. From the lowest to highest price option.I was so pleased with len air and would reccomend them to friends and family.
