Alex and Zoma came by today and did some amazing work on our vents. They were super nice, professional, quick and cost effective. We made calls to different companies who refused to even give us a ballpark on what it would cost to clean our dryer vent, this company had prices ready, were quick to arrive, and even when it turned out our dryer vent was in a really bad state, they were able to make quick work of it and now our dryer is working amazingly. I highly recommend them and Im more of a complainer than a complimenter so I mean this very much.

The team that came out to clean the ducts was great! They even recommended and fixed the crossover ducts instead of replacing them which saved me money. They did a great job with the cleaning and were very professional. Having the ducts cleaned was one of the best things to have done to the a/c system. The system runs more efficiently and the quality of the air in my home has improved.

From the call to the scheduler right through to the completion of the work, this company gave me a confident feeling the work would be done well, reasonably priced and care about my satisfaction. The tech was wonderful. He explained the process for my dryer vent cleaning and showed me the air flow on the completed work vs. the blockage at the start. 100% satisfied here.

THIS is the real deal when it comes to dryer vent cleaning and air flow repairs. The gentleman who came out and worked on our Clothes Dryer was knowledgeable and EXTREMELY affordable. Another company wanted over $600 to JUST CLEAN the venting while Lavender Care charged less than $450 to completely unclog the venting, replace the vent on the roof and explain everything to us. We won’t use anyone else again!

So there was a funny smell in my dryer and I really thought there was a dead animal in my dryer vent. Lavender came to clean it out but found no animal but saw the vent was not properly put on and was affecting my walls and insulation. They replaced the vent and cleaned the vents. They were friendly, fast and professional! I can’t compare pricing Bc I’m not familiar but I thought the price was ok.

Jimmy was great!!! He got the stains out of my carpet and everything was reasonably priced i have pets and he got the pet stains and soda stains out as well great guy and did a amazing job i highly recommend!!
