Lavender Care did a proper job, and their good work prevents me from having future problems with my dryer, attic, and air ducts. They were prompt, very kind and courteous and took time to explain the problems to me before going on to do the work efficiently and thoroughly. They washed and disinfected all the air vents and cleaned and disinfected air ducts, bought parts and replaced the AC filter. They discovered the dryer vent in attic was disconnected and the exit to roof was all wrong. It was raining so they returned the next day to do the attic and roof work. Very careful work and treated me nicely. This is a new house for me and it needed a lot of cleaning up after an extensive remodeling job. Immediately afterwards I could smell the chemicals, but the next day the smell was just clean and fresh. The AC had quit working for a few days before this work was done. After the clean-out of air ducts, the AC mysteriously started working again! Nice and cool in addition to smelling good and knowing there is no more mold in the vents snd ducts. I heartily recommend Lavender!

They were so professional and did a really great job! My boyfriend and I just bought our first home and when we moved in we found we couldn’t dry our clothes. The moisture was not escaping at all and was causing issues. Lavender Care came in and completely removed our deeply clogged vent and even took the time to teach me different ways to notice problems occurring and check for issues. 10/10 recommend

After buying a new dryer we found the dryer vent was clogged when the dryer would not dry and the sensors on the dryer kept reading with a code that meant our dryer vent was 95% blocked. We called a different dryer vent cleaning company only wait for two days and on the day they were suppose to come out they never showed up. I took a chance and called Lavender Care Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning and to my surprise they had a tech call me back 10mins later and book an appointment for the same day. They came out evaluated the dryer vent and explained to me what I was looking at as far a the duct blockage and the vent on the roof needing replacement (due to previous hail damage). They fixed it that very day and now my new dryer is working beautifully now.

I talked to a few other professionals on cleaning the air duct and dryer vent and others would not give me any sort of price range of what the cost would be until they came out. Jimmy was up front about his prices and what it includes. He came out on a Sunday afternoon, which was very helpful since it worked perfectly into our schedule. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

Lavender Care Vent Cleaning responded to my request very quickly. Was working in an old house with furnace and ducts in the ceiling that had probably never been cleaned. Was very professional. Showed us the lint and dust in the ducts before he started and then did a great job cleaning everything out. Gave great advice on maintaining a clean furnace and system so that the furnace would work more efficiently. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Above and beyond service every time. I have used Lavender 3 times now. First was duct and vent cleaning. I wish I could share the before and after pictures. They happened to find some mold and they cleaned that as well. Second time was carpet cleaning. The third time I called them to clean my upholstery. I have never been disappointed. He started cleaning the duct and found a birds nest inside!!! Since I couldnt find any reviews on this company I was a little aprehensive about using them. I called and spoke to a very nice lady, and her cueritosity led me to use them. I received a quote over the phone and I made sure to disclose that I had stairs, because most companies do charge extra for stairs. They quoted me a price including stairs. When the guys came out to do the carpet they tried to charge me $3 per step. They did call their office and straightened everything out and made good on their original price. Overall, after the initial mix-up, they did a very good job on my carpets at a reasonable price. I would use them again.

Zoma came and cleaned out dryer vents. He removed a bird that had nested in the shoot and got stuck in my ceiling. He made it so they cannot get in anymore. Thank God!!!
