Sean was very professional and did excellent work. Little did I know, my exterior dryer vent had been covered with metal mesh by a pest control service, and was trapping all the lint, creating a high-risk fire hazard (especially with a propane dryer). Sean took care of everything and even went out of his way to help me re-configure the washer and dryer to make my life easier. I felt it was a great value, and I have already recommended him to several neighbors and friends.

Lake Travis Dryer Vent Cleaning did a fantastic job! Great communication before, during, and after the service, including photos before and after the cleaning. Sean and Beau are extremely polite and knowledgeable, they arrived a few minutes early, and they left their work area super clean! Also, they were so nice about my dog trying to help them. :) Beau even came to the rescue when the dog turned up with a hummingbird in her mouth. Great guys, great work, great company. Used Sean in late July after not having our vent cleaned in a number of years. Super easy to schedule online and did an exceptional job. Great at explaining all he encountered and he replaced the vent house with a much better one than the flimsy things found at home stores. We ended up with a non-heating problem in our dryer about two months after his service and in an effort to rule out all possible problems, Sean re-visited our house free of charge to ensure the roof flap or vent hose were not the issue. He not only ruled out the vent system as the culprit, he stayed and troubleshot an electrical line issue as the problem. Definitely goes above and beyond to help his customers - highly recommend!!

Rain or shine. Due to the cooler weather and rain, I gave Sean the option to reschedule. He said he thought it wouldnt be a problem working in these conditions. He arrived on time, told me exactly what he was going to do, and proceeded to clean the vent. He showed me before and after images of the work done (and it definitely needed cleaning). He replaced some parts that I knew needed replacing. The peace of mind I now have after having Sean inspect and clean the dryer vent was well worth the call. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. Had my sister not told me about dryer fires, I would have never thought of having this done.

Lake Travis Dryer and Vent cleaning did such an incredible job today! I was having issues with my dryer getting my clothes dry. Sean a (firefighter) was so detailed and knowledgeable about where my issues were and how important it is to keep my vent clear of debris. Quick and easy to make an appointment online. Great communication to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Very thorough cleaning of our 6YO Samsung dryer and 3 year old homes dryer vent from inside the machine all the way to the roof. Lake Travis Dryer Vent Cleaning provided the best customer service I have seen in years. Our dryer was spinning but not heating. Nothing would dry. Before calling our appliance warranty company which typically takes a month before they can be onsite ... we thought perhaps Lake Travis Dryer Vent could help. Sean (a firefighter) was so professional and thorough and fixed our dryer immediately. Upon arrival he evaluated our dryer and vents. He even provided pictures as our dryer vent is on the roof. Before proceeding he honestly informed me our issue was due to a repair needed on the actual dryer, not necessarily the dryer vents. He gave us the option to proceed with the dryer vent cleaning (which had never been done and our home is 5 years old. Yikes. The vents needed cleaning!) or we could cancel the appointment at no charge. We proceeded with the much needed vent cleaning. At the end of the appointment he informed me he could repair the dryer. If I was interested. Um, yes please! He took a picture of our dryer serial number, went to pick up the compatible parts and returned to install. Dryer successfully working again! Talk about going above and beyond.The before & after pictures were eye opening. This is an extremely valuable service and I’m thankful they are in the area. Scheduling online was so easy. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Sean was very polite, professional and fixed our dryer vent situation. Our dryer was giving a d90 error and stopped working. I contacted Sean towards the end of the day and he saw us the very next day. He knew what he was doing, cleaned out our vent and replaced a faulty vent cap and followed up with an email with before and after pictures of the clogged vent. Highly recommend this company.

Sean is wonderful - competent, diligent and a super-nice guy. Our dryer vents through the roof and had a screen to keep small animals from entering. Our vent was completely clogged and packed tight so it took multiple cycles to get clothes dry. I had thought it was our 25 year old dryer, so we purchased a new washer and dryer. New dryers show a code if your vent is clogged and mine showed 95% blocked. Sean went up on the roof, took before-and-after pictures and was very thorough with the clean-out. We will definitely use him again!

Top Notch! Sean texted that he could arrive an hour early if it worked for me. On time, professional and a great job. My dryer vent had hot been cleaned in a decade and Sean pulled out the equivalent of a laundry basket full of lint PLUS a birds nest that was in my vent! He repaired the vent and upgraded it while he was at my house. These guys are polite, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. A+++. Sean will be adding before/after pics for my job - this was was special. Bought a house in 2018 which was built in 2015. I brought my 10 year old LG washer/dryer. Was blaming my old dryer for long cycles and damp clothes. Didnt think about it. Then when the washer started leaking, decided to get new LGE pair. Then after every cycle in the new dryer, still had damp clothes and this time D80 error. Searched and found Lake Travis Dryer Vent Cleaning on website. Easy online appts and immediate confirmation. Sean showed up early, very professional, and wasted no time. During cleaning, there was a definite obstruction about 25ft into the vent. Upon using a camera, found the vent was totally filled with stucco at the elbow near the vent exit likely from the construction. Sean explained the situation and advised on the fix (cut through sheetrock, replace the vent elbow and vent to roof). Came back a couple days later at 7:59am and couple hours later - fixed. Professional finish. He was so meticulous in the workmanship and he moved everything back and cleaned the area including the laundry room almost cleaner than it was when he started. No more D80 errors. Ive likely wasted thousands of dollars on electricity not inspecting this sooner. Freaking amazing service. Thanks, Sean!

Sean is very kind, thorough, and professional. He went above and beyond just cleaning the vent. He swept & vacuumed our 2nd story, 32ft exhaust run & took apart the dryer to clean all of the hard to reach nooks & crannies where lint had accumulated inside. As you could imagine, its a dusty job, but Sean left everything neat and tidy. Also, Sean took the time to educate us on fire & gas safety. He updated our foil dryer vent hose to a new, non-flammable hose (yes, foil hoses are flammable!). He also noticed the propane gas line did not have a safety cap on it, and even offered to run to Home Depot for us. Without the cap, the gas line couldve easily been bumped/disconnected and leak propane into our home. Its clear that Seans main concern is peoples safety. Any other company would not have gone to the same measures. Thank you, Sean!
