    I am extremely happy with the air duct cleaning services I got. I was shown all the mold and dust that were in my intake and vent covers during the cleaning. Mike did a thorough and diligent job that everything was cleaned and sanitized throughout the entire house.     EXCELLENT JOB!! My dryer vent is not an easy one with many angles to deal with. Mike and Kyle were neat and polite and went above and beyond to make sure the vent was completely cleaned out and safe to use! They left my laundry room as they found it.     The Kwik Dry technician showed up 5 minutes early to clean 3 rooms of carpets and a sectional sofa . The whole process took less time than I had anticipated and the carpets looked and smelled great when he was done . I was nervous about getting the sofa done but Mike the technician assured me that the sofa could be cleaned with damaging it and he was right . He even got a couple of stains out that I didn’t think were coming out . He was very knowledgeable and professional ! I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends and family!!

    I had a horrible experience with a big name carpet cleaning company and was leery about having someone else come in to do my carpets. I have to say this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My carpets look better than brand new. My whole house smells so fresh and clean.     Mike was great! He was punctual and got right to work after explaining the process of cleaning our antique chairs. The chairs came out very clean and we were very happy about that! Mike spent extra time going over the chairs again to hit the problem spots to get them cleaner.     Very impressed with Kwik Dry Lower Hudson. My daughter wrote an email sharing that they were interested in getting their HVAC system cleaned as her daughter has bad allergies and the Dr recommended cleaning carpets and hvac system, etc. Joe answered her email request quickly and provide service the next day. He was informative and easy to work with. The technician came out and explained everything they were going to do and answered all questions. And did a wonderful job- all clean, no surprise costs and was very informative. I called Joe the following day and had some questions. He answered every question and shared that he and the team are here if we need anything going forward- really provided us with peace of mind. I am a small business owner and value great service and first class customer service- Kwik Dry and Joe were incredible- Very impressed with this company. We did a little research and found that clogged dryer vents are not only inefficient, but dangerous.Mike cleaned our dryer vents in about 30 minutes. Now our dryer is once again safely and completely drying our clothes.

    Kwik Dry saved the day and the sale of an apartment for me! They are reliable, trustworthy, on-time, professional, and very reasonably priced. Prior to Kwik Dry coming in, I had someone else clean a wall to wall rug/carpet. This compnay, who will remain nameless used a method of cleaning that pulled 26 years of foot traffic to the surface of an almost white Berber rug which made it look worse than what it looked like in the first place. I was so shocked and very disappointed, how could I possibly fix this debacle?!I called Kwik Dry Lower Hudson Valley, NY. I needed to get the rug fixed before putting an apartment up for sale. I called on a Thursday, the earliest they could promise was Saturday, and the apartment was being listed on Monday. I asked that they call me if they had any cancellations. Later that same day, Mike at Kwik Dry called to say they had an opening that same day for 3PM. I took it! He saved my rug and my sanity. What a difference and what a relief. Id call on Kwik Dry again and again if ever the need arises, they stand by their product and service.
