They are an amazing team!Our condenser unit failed when there was heat advisory in TX! My home warranty has tie up with Kleen Air Services and they were able to schedule me the very next morning.Fred besfki was very professional, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. Turned out that condenser unit failed so there was a couple days wait to get the new unit. Now there were challenges with freight and unit didn’t arrive on time on the day of installation. Thats when Fred quickly hopped on to help again!! He went out of his way to coordinate to get another unit and made sure that installation happened as promised. It was truly overwhelming to see such a kind act from him. To be honest I thought we would have to tolerate atleast another day of 92 inside temperature, but Fred saved us from that horror 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽Special Thank you to Juan as well who installed the unit. He is quite pleasing and patient and answered all my questions.Alta who is in-office staff was very prompt and helpful in coordinating and keeping me updated and reassuring that their team is quite reliable!All in all an ‘excellent team’ and i plan to use them for any HVAC maintenance 😊😊

We have been using Kleen Air since 2015 to install 2 new units on our house. The office is easy to work with and organized. Ive been able to get same-day appointments for problems and regular maintenance has never been a problem to schedule. I like this crew because theyve all been thorough enough to find small problems and fix them before they become big or hazardous like weather-damaged wiring and filters on backwards. Jesse and Cody are my favorite technicians!

Kleen Air was awesome! Jesse Puente gave an honest evaluation and recommendations, and was super friendly and informative. Jesse took the time to explain settings and showed me in person the actual damage that occurred that needed replacing. The other technician that was with him was also very nice and helpful. Kleen Air recently did my attic insulation and I was very pleased with there service and quality of work. I had removal of old attic insulation and installed new energy efficient insulation with attic tent. I have already notice a difference in my electric bill. Kleen Air was able to come out on a snowy day, knowing that it was emergent for my heating to get repaired. Cody found all the issues that the company that installed the unit (just two years ago) left behind. He fixed my heating and left me a detailed report to user to follow-up with the other company. Im definitely having him come back out to verify that the other company gets their follow ups done right!

Updated in April 2022, 2 years after my initial review, which is retained below.I called Kleen to give my system a health check and also because I needed some changes made to my duct work. Tony wasnt available, but they sent James out to work my system. James was right on time and the office called with an ETA once he was en route to my house. He took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve with the ducting changes and my long-term plans for the system. I felt like he quoted a very fair price for the work I needed done, and I signed the quote on the spot. Kleen was very quick about scheduling someone to perform the ducting changes, and it was actually James who came back out to complete it. That was super nice because I didnt have to explain the project to someone new.----------I had to call for help when something in my A/C started blowing out the fuses. It was intermittent and going to be hard to trace.They dispatched someone pretty quick, a technician named Tony. He worked very hard trying to find the faulty component. He wound up having to make 3 visits I think to finally find and replace it. But he was friendly and in good spirits the whole time, despite the frustration he had to be feeling.Yes, getting an HVAC service is always going to be a little bit expensive. But for the effort he put into it, I still felt like I got a pretty good value.In summary, when I do some future upgrades to my system, I will be calling Kleen. And I will also be requesting that Tony be the one dispatched.

I have used Kleen Air for several years and found them to be the best HVAC company I have ever encountered. They always do their absolute best to get out as soon as possible. More importantly, they never suggest a repair that is not necessary. They are an absolute delight to work with. They also give a 2 hour window of arrival time which is very nice so I am not having to sit at home and wait around. Thank you for the great service!

I had some work done back in the summer replacing the control board on my unit and my issue was fixed at that time by Kleen Air. Had a secondary issue pop up as soon as the cold weather hit. Called in and someone was at my house the next morning. Not only did they fix the issue, they were very helpful in understanding what went wrong and were more than professional and courteous along the way. The technicians have been EXCELLENT. I will for sure be using this company for yearly maintenance and anything I need to do in the future regarding my HVAC. Thanks Kleen Air.

If I could post more stars I would. I called one place (All Service) and they told me the heater was old and needed to be replaced. I pressed for more investigation into my problem and they said it would take $2,500 to $3,000 to repair my furnace. I paid 79.95 for the service call and said I will think about it.I called Kleen for a second opinion. Tony came out that day, and talked me through what he was doing. He said anything can be fixed. He took approximately 5 minutes and diagnosed that the pressure sensor on the blower motor wasnt working. He then took a piece of wire I had on the attic floor and he cleaned the sensing hole. The system worked perfectly afterwards. I was charged 49.95 for the service call and had heat that night.He showed me what he did and told me to try this if it happens again. He also took a picture of the serial number of my furnace so he could order a new part at less than 10% of the cost of the other place just in case his method didnt work. No pressure. Just very competent work.I would strongly recommend Kleen Air and Tony in particular for anyone experiencing a problem.

Cody came out within 24 hours of calling to provide a quote on a Friday and was here the following Monday to fix it all. Cody really seems to know his stuff when it comes to HVAC. Was really, really impressed by his knowledge and resourcefulness!!!

Had Kleen Air Services come out on March 25 (Joe was the tech) to diagnose my AC unit. He was able to solve my problem quickly and efficiently; a previous AC repair company had broken a valve and covered up their error (left a tool screwed on to stop the leak they created). I was very appreciative of the professional service as Joe was able to replace the ($5) broken valve quickly.The lesson here is to make sure you use a reputable company like Kleen Air Services.

Needed a second opinion on repair of my AC unit as i was told by another company the whole unit needed replacement. I called Kleen Air and they scheduled a technician to come out right away. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what was wrong with the unit and that it did not need replacement. Price for repair was very reasonable and service exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

As a new homeowner, I wanted to educate myself on my HVAC system. Honestly, the only thing I knew was to change the filter. Cody Lee of Kleen Air Services came out and I was wowed! He provided upfront cost (reasonable) on what I needed based on the services that I requested. Once accepted, he continued with doing an excellent job of explaining the equipment that I had. We discussed the thermostat, the A/C, the filter, my grass and the trees around and so much more that could impact my HVAC system. Let me be real -- I ask a lot of questions and that day all of my questions were answered in a way that I can understand. I ended the service with a maintenance plan and thoughts for me to think about in the long term. It was such a great experience, I KNOW if something does happen I will call Kleen Air Services.

Dead heat of summer and our AC went out. Kleen Air had a tech out reasonably fast! Right when he said he would be here. I couldnt be home so my wife was. Jesse was very courteous to her and kept her informed what he was doing. He also called me afterwards and kept me informed. We had to do a leak detection so it required a second trip when the leak was found. Again, prompt reply and right when he said he would be here! Leak repaired and thorough job making sure all was working after the repair. Top notch service and I will definitely call them next time I need AC service!

We have used many different AC companies in the past but Kleen Air has been the most honest, reliable and trustworthy one we have used, who we can count on to take care of all our HVAC needs. They installed a brand new efficient main unit that works so well and the pricing on it was more than fair. When our 2nd unit goes out (its old and its really a matter of time) - we already know we will purchase and get that installed through Kleen Air too. Theres a huge relief in knowing you are working with an HVAC company that you trust and who can come to your rescue quickly. I highly recommend this company - they are the best!

Jeff, my service technician arrived on time on a weekend !! and got straight to work in trying to diagnose the problem with my air conditioning unit. He shared with me options and offered a number of solutions. Jeff was professional, explained the issue in real-time and gave me a f/u plan and to expect a call on Monday on warranty information. They don’t sell you services you don’t need and reasonable trip charge for a weekend call.

Kleen Air replaced 2 HVAC systems for us 2 years ago. Our upstairs unit stopped cooling overnight, and I called and spoke with Alta first thing in the morning. Ive spoken with her for many years and she is always delightful.Several hours later, Jesse the technician showed up. I recently moved to Plano and I have called Kleen Air services twice to service the units at my house and then to add wiring for a nest thermostat. Cody was my technician both times and he was super knowledgeable and nice. He treated me and my 2 dogs like we were family and he answered all of my questions enthusiastically. I was super impressed when on the 2nd visit months later Cody still remembered my dogs names and he was super nice to them and I think that says a lot about this business. I won’t let anyone else touch my AC because kleen air really goes the extra mile which is a rare thing now days. I had a random wire that popped out of the thermostat a week after it was installed and the owner personally called me and made sure that I was taken care of. If you have any issues with your AC or Heat systems give Kleen Air a call, they won’t let you down.

We had a couple of inspections done on our heating and A/C units and as they were over 20 years old, we decided that we needed to replace all of our A/Cs and furnaces. And we knew it was not going to be a minor installation nor inexpensive as we had three systems that cooled and heated our house. After talking with a number of companies and checking review sites like the BBB, Yelp and Angie’s List we decided to go with Kleen Air Services … and we were not disappointed with our decision.We also had had unbalanced heating and air conditioning in the house for the 12 years we have lived there and Kleen Air was able to identify the problems and resolve them with some general revamping of our air supply and return system. Something that we had previous paid a supposedly specialist company to do that only made the problems worse.There is no question that Kleen Air is an excellent company to go with and they did everything they said they were going to do, did it more efficiently than we anticipated and were cost competitive.I will certainly continue to use Kleen Air and have no problem recommending them to anyone who needs their type of services.

We had an issue with our AC, I called and had a technician out within 2 hours. Everything seemed to be fixed, however that evening it started again. I called the office at 7pm and she got ahold of the supervisor who came straight to our house even though he was on his way home. He fixed the problem which was a little more extensive that originally thought.I believe this is superior service to what we have experienced before. And the service charge was only $49.95!Overall great customer service, quick response and they went over and beyond to help us get the issue resolved. Defiantly recommend this company!

After horrible experiences with other crooked HVAC companies in the past, I luckily found Kleen Air Services in the summer of 2011. And I am now a loyal and satisfied repeat customer. Its now the summer of 2013. Nick came out to our house today to take a look at our recent A/C issues. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and clearly communicated what the problems were (using language and terms I could understand). He was honest and his primary objective was to diagnose and fix the problem (if possible) instead of anything else... i.e. he didnt try to sell me a new A/C unit (like the crooked competitors). Fortunately, his diagnosis was spot on, and he was able to successfully make the repairs. Nick installed an add-on compressor starter w/ relay and also recharged our unit by adding a few pounds of Freon. Once the breaker was turned back on, the locked up, frozen compressor started right up... whew!!! The total cost of the repairs (parts and labor) was reasonable, but more importantly, I am now more confident that our old A/C unit has a few more good years left in it. Nick was very professional and definitely an expert. We will use Kleen Air Services again in the future. I am no longer sweating like a pig inside my own house anymore. Thanks Nick!!! Also as a bonus, when you call Kleen Air to schedule a service call, you are greeted by a woman who has a British or Australian sounding accent (no offense if Im 100% wrong due to lack of linguistics expertise)... but it sounds quite lovely... cheerio mate.

My last AC unit almost completely broke in May last year, 8 months ago, so I called and set up appointments with 2 different companies to check it. The first one was pretty unprofessional, didnt really answer my questions but gave me a decent quote on a new unit but then I had Tony from Kleen Air show up. He gave me pictures of everything that was wrong, explained in detail what is happening, gave options to correct it or to buy a whole new unit. He suggested a new unit and after seeing that I was skeptical, gave me first hand experience of what happened to him and the outcome. He was the only one that told me I had no heat pump. I was surprised to hear that considering I had HVAC guys come out twice before in the winter time because my bill would get up to $600 and no one told me that I had no heat pump! He told me that I will not only be saving money there, but since my unit is old, I would save money just on the efficiency of the unit itself. He then gave me a couple of quotes and allowed me to do my own research. He left but continued to answer all my texts with random questions until I felt satisfied enough to drop a huge chunk of change on my new unit. Oh and did I mention that he recommended a new electricity provider that gives you free days!? Well, let me tell you that here I am, 8 months later, and am completely satisfied. My overall electric usage went from averaging 97kwh-164kwh in the winter to 47kwh-53kwh! And my bill went from $587 to $185! That is enough to make me a believer. I am glad that I trusted my instincts on Tony and believe that he would not steer you wrong if he suggests something. Thank you Tony and team for making a somewhat painful process (I had to take a 401k loan!) a good one and one that I can feel proud that I made. I hope that Kleen Air Services continue to take customer satisfaction as seriously as they did with me and thank you for being honest in my situation and giving me options if I didnt want to buy new. Thank you thank you!!

We asked to relocate the existing system so we could expand bathrooms, and Jesse facilitated putting the furnace in the attic aptly. Thus, spacing issue for bath remodels resolved. There werent many hiccups. In total there were 8 workers over 2 days at the house. All were courteous and mindful of kids and pets.This job was an installation, which included a new 3 ton system. I have been struggling with air/heating issues in my house for the last year and have been dealing with incompetent technicians who didnt appear to know what they were doing. With the weather starting to warm up, and no proper air flow in 2 areas of the house, the house was definitely starting to feel muggy & uncomfortable. I found KLEEN AIR SERVICES after doing a quick google search and could not have been more pleased!! Nick was very friendly and professional from the moment he walked in the door. I told him the issues I was having and he immediately checked the units, assessed the issues and resolved them quickly! At a reasonable price, no less. Such a relief to have cool air flowing thru my house now. Thank you Nick!
