    Kiwi is the only carpet cleaning company I will use! My carpets are always thoroughly cleaned and the spots do not come back. I love the year warranty, and they are always happy to come back out to re-clean for a minimal fee. The last time we used them, the technician was very experienced and said hed been cleaning carpets for many years. That was reassuring! He was on-time and did a great job!

    I have been a long time client of Kiwi carpetcleaning, for over 10 years! We have two dogs and I love that I could get their warranty service and whenever I needed them, they were always available in a timely manner to clean my carpets. They always did their very best to get out any stains/spots, and I have always been satisfied with their service. Their service providers have always been professional, and very courteous. I just scheduled another year of warranty service. I highly recommend!

    I have been using Kiwi Services for more than 5yrs. I am very pleased with them.. I look forward to them coming out and cleaning my carpets. The techs are always friendly and helpful.     Had Kiwi pick up a large wool living room rug, approximately 15 x 17 feet from my home. Kiwi picked it up, cleaned and returned to me in the time promised. Loved their service so much I am going to have them do my carpets next. Very friendly and efficient, I highly recommend.

    I have been a customer for over 10 years. With my carpet being over 17 years old, Kiwi is my best friend!! My carpet is a very light color and Kiwi makes it look brand new each time they clean.     Hello Everyone I would like to share my companies experience with Kiwi Services. We called about 4 companies along with Kiwi Services and Kiwi gave us the better deal. I met with the crew on a Friday at our location and showed what was needed to be done. The crew was very professional and courteous. They were prompt and worked in a timely matter.     I had to check all of the boxes for what I like about Kiwi, because I see NO weak or even mediocre areas! After giving Kiwi and several other companies a try over the years, I returned permanently and exclusively to Kiwi. Not only do they consistently offer the best deals and return offers (I still price others each time just curious to see how $ compares), but their quality and professionalism stand far above the others, even famous brand name companies. Our carpets come out dry and plush, and smelling subtly of fresh citrus (and not a fake citrus smell either). We dont tiptoe around on sinking dampness all evening like with other jobs. General dinginess in high-traffic areas astounds me with how completely it comes out and leaves the carpet the same shade and new texture as the less-trafficked areas. Ive also seen Kiwi completely remove spaghetti sauce, mustard, BBQ, chocolate, and pet stains since I began with them, even after another company didnt remove all traces. Honestly. I am done with all carpet cleaners except Kiwi! Plus, they are SO nice both on the phone and in person!

    We used Kiwi Services for Air vent cleaning services. From the get-go, the process was very easy. They provided me with the information i needed to make a decision, i had no hassle in getting the online discount and they booked my service. We were informed by the rep that booked our appointment that our vent would be cleaned with an industry grade disinfectant solution.On the day of service, the technician was on time for the appointment. I did have to inform the technician that the industry grade solution was covered at no additional cost, which he quickly clarified with the rep and confirmed immediately. The service took about 2 hours but he did a great job, and cleaned up after he was done. Overall very professional service, and we continue to use Kiwi for other cleaning services as well!

    UPDATE as of 2/13/24: The company recently cleaned two area rugs for me. Picked up as promised, returned within the promised time frame and worked a miracle on the two rugs. Kiwi Services is my favorite cleaning service. It doesnt matter the services I employ the company, floor cleaning services, air duct cleaning, carpet or upholstery I am ALWAYS extremely satisfied.UPDATE as of 1/8/24: My sentiments on Kiwi has not changed. This company is my go-to for cleaning services such as flooring, furniture and vents. I am always satisfied and look forward to continuing our relationship.UPDATE as of 8/29/23: 8 years later and Kiwi and I have a loyal, respectable, established relationship. They have cleaned my carpet on numerous occasions and worked a miracle on my furniture. I have also used the company to clean my vents.     Kiwi services is by far one of the greatest or greatest wood flooring cleaning companies Ive had the pleasure of working with. They worked miracles. However, do not use them for carpet or rug cleaning services. They are not as efficient. At all. I mean at all. Saying that, I will use them again for wood flooring cleaning services. Robert and his assistant are incredible.

    We had out carpets cleaned about a year ago and they did a fantastic job. We had a couple of troublesome pet odor areas and they were able to resolve those issues as well.And, as a sign of professionalism, they reached out to us to remind about their 1 year discount to reclean the same areas. We had forgotten about that offer and would have missed out.We would definitely recommend using Kiwi for your carpet cleaning needs.

The technician was the sweetest man, he took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly and even gave me recommendations for how to best keep the tile clean.     I recently booked Kiwi to come clean my carpets for the second time. I highly recommend buying the warranty because you get unlimited carpet cleaning for a year for really cheap. Its a great deal if you have kids or pets. My first experience with Kiwi was fantastic. The guy showed up at the beginning of my appointment window, which I really appreciated. He was friendly and efficient. He gave me an estimate of how much it would cost before he got to work so I knew what to expect. Then he cleaned my carpet, which didnt take very long. It looked brand new! It then dried really fast due to Kiwis special formula/process. The pet stains and smells did not return afterward, and my carpet stayed clean for a long time until we got a second puppy. This time Im also having them clean my air ducts. Im excited about this because they told me on the phone when I booked my appointment that they have a unique process that gets the ducts cleaner than other companies. Ill continue to recommend them to friends and family!

    I have had my carpets cleaned by Kiwi a number of times and each time the Kiwi employee did a great job. They were professional and friendly also. When I have had to change my scheduled appointment, there was no problem in doing so; they were very congenial. Very reasonable in price and offers for discounts.Of all the service people coming to my house, Kiwi is my favorite...they always leave me with new-looking carpet and a pleasant aroma in the room, and my carpet is over ten years old! Expensive carpet to begin with, but Kiwi does a great job of keeping it looking great!

    We had Kiwi out a few months ago and they did a GREAT job. Everything from setting up the appointment to the end of our appointment went smooth.     We got the one year warranty carpet service and it works great. They come back and clean the carpets for a small amount per room and the trip charge.We have used Kiwi for the last three or four years and they do a great job every time.Their employees are always friendly and do a good job. We are actually getting another warranty cleaning next week!Their customer service is fast and easy to talk to. You can easily reschedule (whiting reasonable time).

    I have been a Kiwi customer since moving to Prosper in June of 2013. I love the one year warranty package. Because of the great warranty deal, I am able to have my carpets cleaned every couple of months and with four children and four pets, that is a life saver. I have also had a grout cleaning done in my kitchen and was very happy with the result. Scheduling is always prompt and if anything, service providers have tended to call and ask if they could arrive early. We also had a deep cleaning done for some pet odors, again we were happy with the result.

    Ive used Kiwi services for several years and have always loved them. My servicemen always arrive promptly and are very clean. My carpets always look amazing and smell great.     Superb customer service!I had used Kiwi in the past for carpet cleaning and had always been pleased with their service and the results of their cleaning. I am now getting ready to get my home staged to sell and needed a good value for cleaning all the carpets in my home. The Kiwi customer service reps, especially Rachel, were excellent. They worked with me on pricing and scheduling and made me feel like they wanted my business. Now the new owners will get $7 carpet cleaning per room for a year!     Ive used Kiwi for years to keep my 17-year-old carpets looking good. (Having hadcarpets replaced before, I really dont want to go through that again anytime soon!)Every one of the technicians Kiwi has sent out has been very professional, efficient, and courteous.     Kiwi is great!!! I love that they have an open schedule and can usually come out and clean my carpets with a day or two of giving them a call. Their staff is super friendly - from the customer service reps Ive had the privilege of working with on the phone, to the cleaning staff that has come to my home. My carpets always look and smell great. And I especially love the 1 year guarantee that allows me to have my carpets cleaned anytime within the year for a small fee.

Now I have moved in into another house after being out of state for a couple of years and called them again to clean my rugs and tile. The grout was very dirty but now the whole tile floor looks beautiful and the rugs look great! They were very professional, answering all my questions about the cleaning and were on time, too!

    We had pets at the time of our first cleaning - and we now have children- so their safety and health was an important consideration in who we chose to clean our carpets. Kiwis nontoxic cleaning solution with a light citrus smell was wonderful, and the lack of soggy, soaked, smelly carpet has kept us using Kiwi. We need a fast dry time since there are always little feet ready to run, and it didnt take long for the carpet to be dry. The light furniture moving service was terrific when I was by myself, and they even vacuum prior to cleaning. The carpets looked good when they were done. I even requested an air duct cleaning years ago and when the service tech arrived and inspected the system, he told me the ducts were fine and there was no charge.     We first used Kiwi several months ago & I couldnt believe how wonderful our floors looked! I set up the appointment for cleaning the carpet, but when the two technicians asked about the tile in the front entryway & the kitchen & explained the cleaning process, I went with that, as well. So glad I did! Our tile looked brand new again! And the carpet looked fabulous, too! Our technicians were very nice to work with & extremely professional.     Rich is the technician who took care of our carpet. He has been out before. He is always efficient and very thorough. We have 3 dogs so our white carpet is a REAL challenge.     This will be my third time using Kiwi carpet cleaning services. The first time I saw a special that they had advertised and decided to give them a try. A very polite Kiwi service person came and cleaned my whole house (5bedroom home) for a very very reasonable price! I was so impressed with the way my carpets and stairs looked I had them come back and clean my favorite lazy boy recliner and also repair and stretch my upstairs hallway carpet. After they were done, my recliner looked brand new and the carpet upstairs was beautiful once again.     We have been using Kiwi Services for many years to keep our carpet clean. We have a very light carpet and it was expensive to keep it cleaned until we discovered Kiwi.     I had a 9x12 Oriental Rug cleaned and repaired in 2013. I was so impressed with the work that was done! I just requested another cleaning due to a hail storm that we just had. The rug was under our largest skylight that broke into pieces. I picked up the phone and called Kiwo again.
