We had an ac that dropped dirty water everywhere when the ceiling fell in from condensation. We called 3 different companies as it was an emergency and needed things cleaned asap. Kings Carpet Cleaning arrived much faster than I had anticipated. They were fast, professional and courteous staff helped put our minds at ease. We knew the longer the water sat the more issues we might have had down the road. I definitely recommend them!

Just want to say they did a phenomenal job! Service was a huge plus! They were super friendly and very professional. You can tell they actually care about making the customer a truley satisfied customer. Im a little embarrassed to say I havent shampooed my floors in over 3 years and I have white carpet so imagine the worst. But they came in and made miricles as I didnt believe it would look this great. I recommend them 100 percent. Dont hesitate. I will forever do business with them.

We have linoleum floors; we had a major flood. Our apartment manager sent us a different company; which left water everywhere. The guy said he couldnt move any furniture and he claimed he couldnt get any more water up. So he left, leaving water on the sides of our beds, water underneath our beds, water in our closets, water around our bathtubs and toilets, and water in our living room. I was upset and distraught. Being handicapped we feared we could slip and fall. Now Laquan from Kings Carpet Cleaning came to our rescue; he got all the water up in the bedrooms, in the closets, in the bathrooms and in the living room. He was thorough, polite and professional. I didnt get the other mans name that was with Laquan, but he was also courteous. Even though our apartments hired them; I will definitely use them in the future. We need to get our upholstery cleaned. So thank you guys.

I’m so happy with my carpet cleaning service I received today, after having a dog it’s hard to keep carpets fresh, but with deep steam cleaning my home feels amazing!!! Definitely spreading the word & will use you again & again!!
