I found Brian (the owner) through the Home Warranty service I was using about 5 years ago. Since then they have been my HVAC Contractor - no more home warranty. They do annual maintenance and system checks, call-outs for repairs and have replaced one of the two systems in my home. Any time there is an issue they always come back and fix it and always respond when contacted. Excellent company! Highly recommend.

I’ve used this company twice so far, each time I’ve been able to get some one out here (personally the owner I believe 2 times) which is Fantastic. He came as soon as he was able which was at least within the next day. If I had any questions, I was able to get them answered just about immediately by phone/email or in person. I ended up needing my outside unit replaced, and when his team came, they were professional, answered my questions regarding possible problems that any ac could typically have in the future, and we’re fast with the installation. I even got my outside unit replaced sooner than my scheduled appointment, which just shows it’s not just about money. They sincerely didn’t want us to go without ac, they got the work done as soon as they possible could. They also have amazing affordable financing options, with low interest which again shows how they care for their customers. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you again

I can’t say enough about Kidd’s AC/Heat ! Our A/C went out this morning & it’s typically difficult (& very pricey) to get someone to come on the weekend & same day. I spoke with Brian and he assured me someone would be here this afternoon. David was our a/c guy & he was very friendly, informative & arrived promptly. He had our a/c fixed in less than an hour & the price can’t be beat !I’m a big fan of Kidd’s & won’t use anyone else, since I 1st called them last year (on a Saturday) & Brian came out, he fixed the issue that day & did a great job. Unfortunately, lizards have an affinity for our a/c wiring. Both times I called Kidd’s, we found fried lizards in the wiring.
