From the moment I called to the techs coming out to replace my old ac unit. It has been just a wonderful experience. Prior to finding Joe’s, I was starting to give up hope on finding a company that would be trying to scam me.I wound up calling Joe’s and they are just amazing. All around. From the person helping me on the phone (Sandra) you were awesome. To Joe coming out to meeting my husband and giving us a quote. To Mario and others coming out to install and work. Everyone has been so nice and professional.Even today with the weather being terrible, they really worked hard to complete the job and I couldn’t be more appreciative of them.If you need people who actually care and seem genuine, look no further than Joe’s. I could go on and on about how great they are but they really are. I recommend 100%!

We have been customers of Joes Comfort Air for almost 20 years. We have always had the best service and recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC attention - repair or replacement. We are in the second home we have owned in the Valley, and there was no question as to who to call for our A/C and heating needs. Everyone at Joes is polite and professional, yet very friendly. Five stars isnt high enough, I give them 10 stars!

Contacted Joes comfort Air. Was looking for company to don routine preventative maintenance yearly. Came out went thru check list. Let us know how our unit was doing. Found item that needs replacing but was not affecting the unit. Scheduling to be completed at later date. Replaced all my vents in my home. Bathrooms vents replaced with aluminum vents. Discovered my Cover for my A/C unit blower tubes cover was missing. Had them replace the cover. Up my resale value of my home and stopped any more potential damage to my A/C unit blower tubes. It will and could save me money in the future. Thanks for the consideration.

Joes installed a new air conditioner/heat pump unit for us and removed the old unit. They provided complete estimate and the final bill was exactly as estimated. The technicians installed complete new supply and return flex duct and relocated the suppy duct for more efficient distribution of air. The techs were curtious and we were pleased with their work. They removed the old unit and left our home net and tidy.

Joes Comfort Air came out and did an inspection of our furnace as part of selling our house. When I called there was a person who answered, who I could talk to and schedule a service call with--amazing and rare nowadays. They came out the next day, as scheduled, on time, and let me know when they were on their way--much appreciated. They did the inspection, discussed their findings, wrote up the report and emailed it to me in less than an hour--fast and efficient. They even gave me a great tip on where to get the special filter for my furnace. Nice friendly people, fast service, charged me $80--very reasonable. This is my go-to HVAC company now.

Cant say enough how good Joes Comfort Air is! We had a return duct that had become detached. First 5⭐️ company Google Certified came out and it was pure sales. Mind you our temp was 85 inside and climbing. WITHOUT looking at the issue quoted us in excess of $1500 wanting to change all the ductwork! Joes Comfort Air came out next. They were recommended by 2 friends. This is a family business. Great communication They responded quickly. Technician immediately assessed the problem and fixed it in no time. Under $200. This awesome company earned my trust and I will call them for any future HVAC needs.
