    Called at 10 pm Friday night & had repairman in route 40 minutes out. Checked air filters changes, did walk thru where everything was & discussed what my problem was. Thank God he had the parts on truck for repair. Got right to fixing problem. He checked after fixing it to make sure was working. He was clean, polite, knowledgeable & very kind. Have used this company in the past & always very happy with them. God bless this company as I needed my air conditioning here in Texas. 🙏😊

    Cris and his dad showed up on time and were very polite and knowledgeable. They only diagnosed and replaced the broken part (fan motor.) They told me about their annual service program but never tried to pressure me into buying it. I would definitely recommend them. Their prices are reasonable and they are transparent.

    This has been the most tremendous experience working with this company. Carl was a pleasure and Brandon that came out was honest, straight forward and let us know issues and fixed what we had needed done in the future. In todays world where know one feels that service companies can be trusted or even on the up and up.     Carl and his son are always amazing in the professionalism and promptness we had are capacitor go out they came with in the hour and replaced it AC back up and running in less than an hour. I will call these guys again and recommend them to everyone who wants intelligent and accurate service on a system that requires as such thanks JEREMIAH!

    After dealing with no A/C in Texas 100 degree weather for 4 weeks and 4 vendors because Daikin told us their 12 year warranty parts could take up to a year to replace on our 4 year old system, we found Jeremiahs via the Good Contractors list. I contacted them directly, talked to them about the products they used, asked them if they could help us, and provide us pricing and a time frame, and within 4 days, we had a brand new system installed in our house. Carl communicated with me every step of the way and was honest. Even when things were not perfect. I appreciated that. They made them right. Easy to work with, very professional. Have earned a customer for as long as I have my house. Worth the call.

    Carl responded promptly to our request for a quote for labor for a coil replacement. My fiance explained to him what was diagnosed by another company and what we were wanting. He educated on the system and the way it works. He took his time to explain the terminology and what process he would do to fix the issue. Carl had exceptional customer service. We read his reviews and that’s the reason we reach out him. Unfortunately we weren’t able to go with him since the previous company came back afterwards to offer us a refund for the service and leak check fees that were incurred. We appreciate that Carl took the time to explain the little details. My fiance even sent him pictures of the furnace and he was kind enough to inspect and walk him thru what he was looking. He went above and beyond. We talked to many other technicians and Carl would be on top of the list in regards to his expertise. We would rate Carl 5 stars even though he didn’t perform any service to the unit but stands out the most was his customer service & knowledge. We will definitely keep him in mind for future needs/services & referrals!

    I am so glad I called Jeremiah Heating and Air. I called around 4:30 because my heater was not working on the coldest night. The service men called and were at my house by 6:00. They diagnosed the problem and set my heater to work temporarily. They will be back tomorrow with the new part. Personable and professional service!

    Carl was a real treat. He expained everything well in the beginning and then let me know every step of the way what he was doing. He gave me all the prices up front and let me decide on what I wanted to do in the end. He was also here 30 minutes after I called to make an appointment. Good stuff all around.

    Our AC decided to stop working and we decided to call Jeremiah Heating and Cooling.Carl was on time, professional and courteous.After troubleshooting the system Carl came to the conclusion the CB was bad, he located a replacement part in a timely matter and had us back up and running.I would highly recommend this company and Carl.

    This last summer was brutal and our upstairs A/C unit died in the middle of it. I called several companies to get a tech to diagnose the problem and Jeremiah Heating & Cooling were the only ones who were willing to squeeze me in same day.Our tech diagnosed the issue and the next day had our estimate. We opted for a new unit since the price of the part was half that of a new one. They had it all installed in less than a week and we are truly grateful for their speed and reliability! You’ve earned another for-life customer! Thank you!!!

    Mr. Shaffer was professional, kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and priced right!I called Thursday afternoon at almost 3pm and he could have come the same day (after a couple of other calls) but we had an event to attend for our little girl.     I hired Jeremiah Heating & Cooling to install ducts from existing bathroom fans through the roof. This sounds simple enough, but is a job other companies are unwilling to take. It was easy to schedule, the work was well-done, and fairly priced. Ill hire this company again, and recommend you at least call and give them an opportunity to earn your business - I am certainly glad I did!

    Very nice people to work with! Even went above and beyond by helping me clean a 100 year old attic! OMgosh, talk about dusty. I believe it added a layer of insulation it was so messy. Now its all ready for real insulation at a great price with Jeremiah Heating and Cooling.

    Called in the evening on a scorching 100° day. Our air conditioner wasnt working. I had a baby and a long haired dog to worry about. Carl came out right then and fixed it! He wasnt expensive either. Some companies charge extra for emergencies too. Not only did he not do that but the price was VERY reasonable! His card is going on the fridge.
