I’m so Thankful for Ice Cold. I’ve used them before. I called again when the storm knocked my units out. I scheduled an appointment and Justin came right out. He represents Ice cold so well. After calling around town getting rates, everyone else wants to charge $125 just to come out. These guys were less than $100. I spoke to Julian and he was here in 20 mins from the time I called. He took care of the issue in less than 20 mins. Superior service. Bravo 👏 !! I can’t thank him enough. He even told me where to pour vinegar or bleach. I’ve owned this house for years and I never knew I had to do that. Final bill was just right. For true comfort service call this company. I do not mind paying for good service. We actually requested Julian and his business but Samantha was rude/hateful!!!! She even threathen to have her guys to tear down the work they had already done! Highly unprofessional. My air is working and we are very grateful. But NEVER threathen someone who is paying and can afford to pay someone else Samantha !!! Thank you Julian for resolving the issue. They got there an hr earlier then expected and boy was I glad in this horrid Louisiana heat! This wonderful company saved my family from a horrible AC repair company in this town named Home Shield! Ice Cold was able to figure out the horrible installation that Home Shield had performed making my house without AC for an entire week!!!! They worked late into the evening to install a new unit and came back the next day to make sure everything was installed accurately, working, & up to code. It was a capacitor .When we described the issue the technician had the problem figured out before he even saw the unit!We will most definitely use them again. They list as 24hrs, but that is just an answering service, they told me they paged their tech but II neve received a call back! 90 degrees in the house, I stayed rather than getting a room since I was led to believe someone was going to respond. May be a good company during business hours, but dont count on them if the banks are closed.**Edit**Next day, received call from Julian around 8am, he apologized the answering service failed to notify him I had contacted the home warranty company and got pre authorization to pay for an after hours call with an emergency seizure request. He assured that a meeting was held to address the problem and asked I reconsider my rating.I agreed to upgrade the rating, its hard to fault a company that relies on another service, the gesture of following up and explaining the problem shows they are customer oriented, unfortunately after the service call fiasco I had already contacted another company so can not rate them on anything but the effort Julian made. We found out later this afternoon the condenser coil is out and will need replaced, we are once again at the mercy of home warranties of America. This was a sellers purchase, but guarantee they wont get a buyers purchase after this year is up.

With 100 degree temps, no one wants to hear a loud blowout coming from your outside a/c unit–which is exactly what happened to us Sunday evening! Jason was there within an hour and a new unit was installed within 24 hours! Very professional, courteous, with an update phone call for their arrival time (which is unheard of these days), knowledgeable, & friendly, including the office staff. By far the best company in the area. Had a 4 ton trane system installed in my home this week and its been by far the best experience Ive had with a service company. Julian didnt just try to up sale me to a whole new unit he put all the options on the table and explained the outcome of each (I knew my unit was on its last leg before hand). We went over financing and had me approved in no time. He also went over with me where my old unit was failing and and the reason it was failing, most of which where not enough air registers in the larger rooms of the house and the previous unit was actually slightly smaller than it should be for my sqaure footage in our area. None of which was a sales pitch or trying to get me to buy more, just facts. This was on a Saturday and by the end of the day Monday we had a brand new unit fully installed with 2 more air registers in the house. His crew, Alan, Nathan, Hank and himself where very professional during the install. As with most companies you can feel out employees over time and see how the company they work for actually is which I done throughout the day. I gathered they throughly enjoy working for Julian because he is honest, fair and believes in providing beyond the service you pay for. If anyone needs a/c service I know I will not hesitate to point them to Ice cold. Best prices and outstanding prices, I really appreciate it guys!

Julian from Ice Cold came out within four hours of my call and got it running from outside.Yesterday It broke again, now I’m really sick 🤒 Jason came back 7pm (Friday !!) brought me a portable for the night, braved my inside and hooked it up.This morning he returned at 9am replaced the motor with minimal charge and I’m back in business.Julian, the owner, also works with low income to make sure that they have heat during the winter months. I cant say enough positive things about this business. Weve used probably eight different HVAC businesses over the past 20 years and none are as good as Ice Cold. We had to install a new air handler and heat pump and Ice Cold came in well under the other bids. During the install they and were on time and quick with the work. When we had some minor issues later, the owner came out to address it personally and make sure we were happy. Weve had Ice Cold come out ever since and they respond usually within an hour and have things fixed usually by the end of the day. You cant beat the value for your money or the quality of the work. Our go to HVAC company.
