    Wow! Iā€™m so impressed with how detailed the guys were while they were in my home. Iā€™m so grateful for their work while putting the air purifier in my AC unit. I even had some mold growing; of course, they got rid of that. Once the guys completed, I could smell the difference in my AC while it was blowing. The air smelled clean and fresh. My hope is this will get rid of all the allergies my family and I have, plus my son and his breathing problems.Thank you again.

    Two weeks ago, we had IAQ Experts clean our two HVAC systems with all of the ductwork, and I was impressed with the thoroughness of their work. Tony and the other three workers did an excellent job, and Iā€™m sure that the air quality in our house will be improved. The IAQ team spent about nine hours on this project, and I feel that what I paid for this work was well-earned. The last step of the HVAC cleaning was to inject a large dose of disinfectant into both systems and let them run to cycle it throughout. Because the disinfectant had a pretty strong odor, we spent the first two nights sleeping at our daughterā€™s house; during the day, we went back home and opened most of the windows to let everything air out. Now, after two weeks, the odor is barely noticeable.

    Crew was quick, kind, and professional! Has a serious mold issue and they got to us right away and were so great to us. Gilbert did our initial inspection and estimate, he is thorough, incredibly kind, and made sure to explain everything as he went. They cleaned up so well after they left!     IAQ did an amazing job cleaning out our Air Ducts! We discovered mold in our air vents a few weeks after having our newborn home and called IAQ right away!     We followed Micheal Eisenhower to IAQ because we trusted him as a person and a professional. Michael knows that I have allergies and with his advice we scheduled an air duct cleaning. In addition we needed to replace a the air purifying system.The work was done today and we already breathe better. The men who did the work were very professional.     Accommodating, Informative, Reliable, Professional with an Impeccable Outcome!The San Antonio, Texas Kolorkist professionals - Chris L., Junior & Joe exceeded my expectations. Chris L. genuinely addressed our health concerns regarding the SEEML laboratory confirmed presence of Chaetomium, Penicillium/Aspergillus & Basidiospores. The fungal mold growth was in our entire HVAC system & in every room located at the Mission Oaks Apartment complex. I have attached the before and after pictures of the HVAC registers & ventilation system cleaning process. Kolorkist provided a HEPA portable filtration unit for overnight usage and returned the next day to conduct the air quality sample test. We will receive the air sample tests within the week. This is a great company with exceptional professionals & services. Thank you so for providing our family a solution to our mold concerns.

I was one of the lucky ones who found such a rare company, a company of integrity. Shaun Billings owns the company IAQ Experts, which is a Texas partner with the American Lung Association, and sister company Mr. Fixer. They performed services to replace my homeā€™s old moldy and leaking air ducts with new ones, installed an amazing air purification system, and also performed mold remediation where mold had damaged some of my walls, sheetrock, and trim from an old water pipe leak. I am 100% satisfied with their work, and I am so happy that they were successful in making my home healthy with significantly improved air quality.     The IAQ crew were true professionals. The original survey was thorough and complete and recommendations were clearly explained as well as extra options if desired. No heavy sales pressure. On the day of the service the team was punctual and worked diligently and all facets of the work being performed were explained.     Shaun and his team are an amazing group of ppl. Their level of professionalism is beyond expectations, and this is coming from a retired senior enlisted military individual of over 20 years. Shaun goes far and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Hes very straightforward and honest and takes great pride in his work. Ive had issues with allergies my entire life, but it had seemed to have gotten worse once I moved in our recently purchased home. Me and my family have only been living here for a little over 4 years, and I had been replacing the air filters and covering the air duct vents in my bedroom thinking it would help with my allergies. I was taking allergy medicines up to 2-3 times a week... and it/my allergies seemed to only attack me and worsen at night when Im asleep! Also, when me and the family took vacations and stayed in Airbnbs and hotels, I didnt have allergy issues. It was only at home. Long story short, when Shaun and his team came and took pictures of the mold they had found up in my ducts, I was in awe of disbelief. Shaun explained to me that the mold was likely the very reason of my extreme allergies, and he was absolutely correct! Ever since the cleaning services they provided, I havent had any allergy issues and I can literally breathe the difference in the quality of air. Words dont seem to do enough justice in expressing my gratitude and appreciation for IAQ and their services. I highly recommend these amazing group of individuals.

    Sean, the owner was amazing from the beginning. I called him on an off say while he was busy and he answered all my questions anyway. The boys that did the original work did a good job and were hard working, polite and cleaned up after themselves. There was a small issue that needed to be addressed after the job was finished and the company was all over it. It was obvious everyone working there simply wanted to do the absolute best they could for us. We will in fact be calling them after the new year to do some insulation work for us. We had our cents cleaned and sanitized, an I/R light put in the system and a full cleaning and sanitizing done and we were beyond happy with the results. I would absolutely recommend this company to my family and friends, that should tell you all you need to know. These folks are the best at what they do and they worked with us on financing. Dont hesitate to use them.

    IAQ is just what my family and I needed to clean our a/c unit and provided comfort to our home. The air is now crisp and free from mold and dust.Our units were inspected and we were losing a huge amount of air in the attic. The technicians quickly resolved that by applying an adhesive that literally reduced our electric bill by $200. Also, they rerouted airflow to equally distribute air upstairs.     From the first phone call to Michelle, my experience with IAQ Experts was professional, prompt, and Michael Eisenhower arrived within our one-hour window. It was explained to me what could have happened if I had waited any longer. There is a Jon Wayne Service Agreement covering A/C, Electrical, Water Heater, and Plumbing, but they were not able to reach my address for two weeks. After calling IAQ on Wednesday, Mikey was fixing what needed to be fixed by Friday 5 p.m. Without the unnecessary charges that you receive with larger companies.     Recently bought and had some renovations done on a 1950s home. My guess is the vents likely were never touched in the last 20+ yrs with the added addition of all the new construction dust. Plus they were not sealed well in the attic. Very pleased with the results as the air distinctly smell much better (more so it lacks an odor, that was notable prior) and just feels more fresh to breath. Well worth the cost given the prior state of the ducts.

    Our home is 5 years old and there is construction going on all around us. My wife has an autoimmune disease and is constantly fighting allergies. Even though we use Merv 13 air filters in our HVAC system and change them every 45/60 days we still have a tremendous amount of dust and odors within the house. The worst of the odors is what the HVAC companies call the ā€œstinky socksā€ smell. Similar to mold. Itā€™s a common occurrence in HVAC units.We contracted with Shaun to install both UV lights and an electronic air purification system on our Trane system. They also did a very through cleaning of our vents and returns, sealed leaks on ducts and plenums.Itā€™s only been a couple of days but the results were pretty much immediate. The odors are gone and the dust has pretty much vanished.I can only say that we were amazed at what they removed from our HVAC system. We should have done this years ago.I need to shout out to all the employees and techā€™sā€¦..very knowledgeable, very professional, very sincere and definable addressed all our concerns. They get the job done and when they are done, they clean up! Itā€™s refreshing to do business with professionals that deliver. I strongly recommend their services.

    Spencer and Guillermo did a fantastic job cleaning my ac unit in the attic, dryer vent, air intakes/returns, and all of my ceiling vents.     I had the entire duct system from 1974 removed in my attic and brand new put in along with a UV light filtration system and new vents.     From the beginning to the end the whole experience was painless and easy for us first time home buyers. We knew when we bought our home we had a lot to replace and/or fix. Michael was wonderful from the initial inspection and his communication was out of this world. The crew that replaced our ducts and attic insulation were professional, helpful and friendly which is always a nice combo. They were quick with the job as well as thorough. During the process they took pictures and showed them to us during the final walk through. It was such a progression and really great to see what was done from start to finish. Finally, they went up and beyond with their cleanup which was totally unexpected as most repairs Ive had in the past leave huge messes for me to deal with after they leave. Not this company!     All I can say is that I wish I had done this sooner! I have lived in my 1930ā€™s home for three years and have suffered from allergies ever since. Despite constant cleaning, vacuuming and moping, my allergies persisted. I noticed recently that every time my heater turned on, I began sneezing. I knew it was time to see about getting my ducts cleaned. My AC repair man recommended IAQ and Iā€™m so happy he did!IAQ was so quick to respond, so informative and so professional. When their technicians came for the estimate, they showed us photos of our ducts and explained in detail what work needed to be done. We set up a time for them to come back and get the work done (we had our estimate on a Monday and they were back to do the work on Thursday). And I couldnā€™t be happier with the result!The day of the cleaning, we did a walk through of my home and they explained everything they were going to do. They covered our surfaces and got to work. The whole process took about 4 hours, but it was so worth it!I felt the change almost immediately. The constant tickling I had in my nose was gone, my eyes didnā€™t itch anymore and I didnā€™t sneeze anytime my unit kicked on. It was like a miracle!The team showed me before and after pictures of our ducts, intake and return. And while I felt like it was a miracle, it was really the hard and thorough work of the IAQ team removing (who knows how many) years of caked on dust, dander and buildup.I had my first full nightā€™s sleep without waking up sneezing or coughing each time the heater turned on. Found cracks in my air ducts while cleaning them, sent me a video of the problem and were able to fix it the same day. Gilbert the supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through some additional features I could add to prolong the life of my HVAC and tackle the blizzard of dog hair flying around my house.     I recently had a mold problem that had permeated my entire system. After contacting my HVAC company, they recommended that I contact Shaun and Kolorkist. I really canā€™t say enough about how much this company excels in customer service. They showed up at my house in the morning and didnā€™t leave until everything was done and done right. Shaun and his team not only root caused and fixed our issue, they also took the time, at every step of the process, to show us what they were doing and why and to educate us on how to avoid certain issues in the future. They even offered to clean and repaint our grates, so they looked like new. If I had questions, they answered them and took pride in helping me to be able to take better care of my system and avoid unnecessary expenses, in the future. Where other companies might have tried to get me to spend money on expensive repairs, that might not be needed, Shaun and his team went out of their way to save us money. They showed us the before and after, so we could see the results and when they were done, not only had all the problem been cleared away and sterilized, but they had taken steps to prevent its return and all my grates looked better than new. The bottom line is that Kolorkist is a company who takes pride in their work and values the relationships they are building with their customers. I always prefer to choose vendors I would feel comfortable inviting to my home for dinner. That is most certainly true of Shaun and his team.     Iā€™m the kind of person that usually does not give reviews, but in this case Iā€™m making an exception for an excellent job. We had a bad experience with another company (the one you heard on the radio ad where he speaks of his motherā€™s old a\c and how he kept it going for so many years). Well, that company told us they were going to clean our air ducts using the recommended NADCA process but they lied to us. They showed up late and with a Rotobrush, and now they are charging us $690 to replaced both A/C filters (yes, you are reading right). Long story short, IAQ to the rescue. From the beginning Michael and Edgar work with us explaining in detail step by step on what to expect and they delivered. Crew arrived on time, they covered all our furniture, clean our ducts, fixed our UV lights (free of charge when they didnā€™t have to), took video and pictures of before and after. Michael stop by the house to make sure everything was going ok and to answer any questions during the cleaning. Our house smells clean, the dust is gone. If you drink purified water, why not air?Personally, Iā€™ve had dealt with aspergillus penicillium mold in a different home, a mold that I just happen to have an allergy to. This is not only unhealthy for normal lungs, but having an allergy to this mold could cause permanent health issues. I highly recommend anyone seeking to improve air quality in their home to consider IAQ first, especially if you want the job to be done right. My oxygen levels increased within hours after entering the home post-cleaning and install!For reference, we rented our home out and it was not taken care of. Recently, moving back into our home, we inherited mold & carbon monoxide buildup, and within 48 hours I had an asthma attack and oxygen levels dropped to 92, which I have not experienced in years since the first experience with mold.As I type this review, my oxygen levels are now 97, keep in mind I was not living in the property, nor did I create the mold in my home, so this quick improvement is likely due to less time exposure to my allergens, and the excellent work by IAQ.From my family to yours, thank you, IAQ and team!

    I have been in the flooring business for the past 18 years. Kolorkist is partnering in some business opportunities with my store. I initially saw the unbelievable cleaning that was done on some 10 year + flooring in our store. I have very little time of for the holidays, and decided to have the carpeting in my home changed...on Christmas Eve...(not recommended for the faint of heart). I decided in the middle of all that is required to have my carpets changed...on Christmas Eve... that since I was enduring all of this, it would be wise to have the bid old (but expensive) chair that had resided in my guest room for a decade cleaned. That chair had taken the brunt of raising two puppies (they marked it sooo many times that it was heading for the dumpster). I called Kolorkist at approximatelyu 10 - 11 am on Christmas Eve and asked if they could send someone over to clean this chair (and I added a sofa to make the trip worth while). I apologized for the last minute call. I was told that the crew could come in the evening. Since is was a rainy, drizzly day, and the crews had a full day, I had little hope of them actually showing up, but much to my surprise, at about 6:30 the crew arrived at my door. Both men had a smile on their faces and seemed genuinely glad to help. They also told me that they were sorry they were late, but they had driven in from Mico Texas, and traffic was very heavy (seriously, its Christmas Eve...Your not late...Your amazing). They proceeded very efficiently and thoroughly cleaning my pieces. They pretended not to be too grossed out by the puppy chair. When they were finished, the pieces were perfectly cleaned, and even more surprising, the odors were completely removed from the upholstered puppy chair - I didnt think it was possible.I am so happy to meet the Kolorkist team.     I have used Kolorkist for the past two years. They are outstanding! They are very attentive to details: all stains, spots, wrinkles, hair, etc removed; our carpets look brand new. They removed spots, and frays in carpet and you know what, I did not even have to ask. They cleaned the carpet throughout our entire home as if it were their home. The stairs with several other companies over the years still looked dirty however, our stairs now look new. I am completely satisfied and will never use any other carpet company. Shaun and his staff have perfected customer service.     They cleaned the many years worth of stuck on lint out of our dryer vent duct. The vent runs from the first floor and up through the second floor rooftop. The vent duct is now perfectly clean.     I had Chris out today! He worked as fast he could! And was so helpful! We had issues with our ac before and unfortunately we rent the home so we could not call a guy we wanted!     The company does an excellent job cleaning our rugs. This is the second time I have had them clean an area rug. The problem we had with them is showing up on time and delivery of our rug. They were supposed to be here on Thursday at noon to pick up the rug and at 2:00 I called to find out when to expect them. The rug was picked up and then on Friday I got a call letting me know the rug could be delivered later that day-it was drying. I decided to wait until Monday to make sure it was dry and a delivery before noon was scheduled. I called on Moday at 1:30 and was told the rug would be delivered at 3:00. At 4;20 I called and was told it would be delivered that day. On Tuesday, I called to let them know that I would not be available Tuesday or Wednesday but Thursday would work. Appointment for delivery was set for 1:00. At 2:00 I called and was told it would be here in 20 minutes. Finally at 3:00 the rug was delivered.As I said, they do an excellent job cleaning but not so good meeting their committed schedule.

    Norman was the tech that they sent to clean my carpets. I have a 4 bedroom house with 3 kids and 1 dog so you know my carpets were pretty dirty. The main walk ways were pretty dark, so I didnt really get my hopes up. Well Norman did some major deep cleaning and got the carpets like new. I will most definitely use them and request Norman again.

    When it comes to indoor air quality and the remediation of mold, the Kolorkist team are experts. Even though we had our air conditioning system checked twice a year for many years by another company, they never told us there was mold in the air ducts. Kolorkist diagnosed the problem immediately and with high efficiency and great care removed and replaced all the ducts (4,000 sq ft house) and installed additional air purification technology. The house is full of antiques, paintings and china figurines and everything was in pristine condition and immaculate when the work was done. And the air quality is amazing! Our family is safe now because the air is pure, completely free of contaminates. We trust Kolorkist. They also will do all future maintenance for us.

    We had a HUGE black ink stain on the new beige carpet in our rental. It was so deep that we worried we would have to replace the whole carpet!
