Knowledgeable and Highly Professional.IAQ Cleaning Experts came out to do a preliminary checkup for cleaning our duct-work and possible mold. They were very thorough and informative. We then scheduled them to return to clean and treat the ductwork system. Tony and his crew were outstanding and very professional. They covered all the furniture, appliances and floors, cleaned out the entire ductwork system and vacuumed around all the areas they had worked. They systematically worked on each vent and return with precision and care. When finished, we were very pleased, as they had outperformed our expectations. I could hardly beleive the amount of dust they captured. The next day I received a follow-up call directly from the owner to hear if the work was performed to our satisfaction. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, being in the business for about 30 years. I would highly recommend them for ductwork and mold cleaning or remediation!

IAQ Experts is wonderful! Shaun (owner) and his team went above and beyond to help our family remove dust and mold from our HVAC plenums and ducts. We had no idea what was being pushed out into our home!!!! The difference is very noticeable and I am so grateful to Shaun and his team for taking care of our family! We were VERY impressed with IAQ Experts. Their salesmen, Alex, met in person with us and explained and showed us how they could help get rid of dust, mold and other particles that had been accumulating in our HVAC system for the past 30 years. It was easy to schedule a time to get the work done and the crew showed-up on time and spent almost an entire day cleaning out our HVAC system. These guys are hard workers and did a nice job of cleaning everything and showing us photos and videos of everything they cleaned. The Greenways HIGHLY recommend that you give IAQ Experts a call and allow them to clean your HVAC system thoroughly so you can go back to breathing much cleaner air in your home!!!

We had several companies come to give us a quote. He was the nicest and most helpful and gave us a great assessment of the situation. We had them replace one unit and plan to use them for the other 3 that need to be replaced in the coming few years. They were knowledgeable and seemed to care. IAQ cleaned and repaired my ducts and vents as well as sanitized my house. They are very professional and have some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. In general I wasn’t thrilled that I needed all this work done on my house but they made the experience very stress free. They were very honest and fair with their quote and took care of everything as if it was their own house. I would recommend their services to anyone especially the cleaning/sanitizing of the air after a pandemic. I also suffer from allergies and I’ve noticed a huge difference even with the high levels of cedar.

Highly recommend calling them! You’ll get top quality service without being over sold or tricked into getting things done that you don’t need. We’ve used other places in the past and they would show us pictures of moldy ducts that weren’t even ours! Brandon from IAQ not only showed us pictures of our moldy ducts before and after, but he even took a video so I knew it was actually our air system!Our heater motor went out in the middle of winter so we called IAQ after seeing their ad in a magazine. We knew we were going to have to replace the motor, but we had no idea about all the mold in our ducts. We suffer from allergies year long, but especially with the cedar being high. The technician Brandon came out to replace the motor, as well as sanitize and clean our ducts free of mold. He also installed a UV light to purify the air in our home.Brandon from IAQ was great! He was super professional and very polite! I was so impressed how he was so considerate of our home. He put booties on every time before entering our house. I really appreciated how he walked me through every aspect so I knew what was wrong with my heating system/ducts and how they were going to fix it. It was seriously the BEST service experience we’ve had!!

From the time I placed a call into IAQ regarding a consultation for air quality. The experience has been first class. The staff called me back immediately and set an appointment. Shaun the owner walked me though the process step by step. Explained air quality and the benefits of having a clean HVAC system. The crew especially Gilbert was nothing short of amazing. They are extremely aware of personal belongings and protected my contents. Mike the General Manager stopped by to ensure all was going well. I give IAQ a 10 out of 10.

We had the absolute best experience working with Shaun and his team at IAQ. I have had various AC companies out to diagnose and work on our AC unit without addressing our problem. Finally in a last ditch attempt to fix our issues before just selling the house we contacted Shaun for a consultation. The IAQ team was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and they were finally able to find the problem that 5 previous contractors were not able to solve after wasting thousands of dollars. I cant rave enough about this company. I am forever grateful for their hard work. Its extremely refreshing and rare to work with a contractor who is as caring as Shaun. He runs his business with integrity and honesty and thats a pretty hard thing to come by in the HVAC industry in Austin. We will be hiring them again for insulation work in the future. I highly recommend IAQ services. Everything about this company was professional and courteous from the very first email that was sent and every phone call that was made afterwards. Shaun explained in detail what we needed and what to expect the day of cleaning.Brandon was very informative and answered any questions we had. It was immediately obvious to us that Brandon and the other crew members were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They took their time cleaning everything to perfection. They showed us before and after pics during the process of cleaning. Personally speaking, I have asthma and allergies and take several routine medications daily. I have done allergy shots for 5 years and they worked. However, after completing my treatment I did very well for a while, now I am noticing more sneezing and coughing as well as using my inhaler more frequently. My husband and I have noticed dust collecting in the AC vents and both agreed we should have that looked in to sooner rather than later. As many times as I’ve been to the allergist and my primary care doctor I thought about taking a different approach (how I spend my money) I happen to see the IAQ commercial one night and the symptoms Shaun mentioned in that commercial caught my attention. So, I reached out to IAQ looking for more information and details about the services they provide. After hearing what they offered both my husband and I quickly decided to invest our money wisely and have IAQ come out and clean the entire HVAC system. Additionally, we decided to purchase an air purifier for our home as well and that has already proven to be a good decision. We are breathing the difference!! In less than 24 hours of having all of this cleaned out I literally woke up the next morning able to breath easily and my nose was not congested at all WOW- is my reaction. My husband stated he felt he could breath better too the next morning. We will be using this company again should we need their services. Money well spent. More importantly If you have allergies or asthma you owe it to yourself to breath easier. This company is legit and will take care of you.

Im not one to write reviews, but I had to on this situation. There are so many options for duct cleaning and to find the right company is a game changer! We had bought a new house and were waking up conjested daily with increased allergies daily. The IQA team not only took care of us and the situation, they went above and beyond. The first solution wasnt working completely and they came back out and completely resolved the issue. We have been impressed with the entire team and cannot recommend them enough. No more congestion and allergies, so thankful!

Experts is very accurate! Shaun and Janet took our call after hours when we found out a roof leak caused damage to our home and mold. They helped us fight our insurance and double checked that our contractor left no trace of mold. We were all symptomatic of mold exposure but we didn’t know how sick it was making us. We have struggled with fertility for almost 4 years and Janet told us to take advantage of our insurance coverage and remove ourselves until remediation was completed. We got pregnant 3 weeks after removing ourselves from the mold. We appreciate Shaun and Janet and would highly recommend them. They take the time to educate and guide you through the entire process!
