Weve got the report of mold free today. Thanks to Luke and his company. He did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous and doing clean work at every step of remediation process. I am very happy with his and his company work. The work was reasonably priced.

Luke and his crew did a mold remediation for my condo that took 7 days. We experienced a major leak from the unit upstairs that has taken over 10 weeks to resolve. Luke and his crew treated our home as if it was theirs. They were careful when moving furniture and personal items during the preparation phase. I am a commercial property manager, and having quality contractors who are competent saves a lot of time and headache. After the remediation was complete, we were able to pass the mold reinspection in order to receive the Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation. They just removed all of their equipment today, and now the reconstruction phase can begin. Luke knows what he is doing and is well-educated in all the mold remediation procedures. Some many of my neighbors got the run around from other companies. We didnt cause we went with Luke and David. Did it right, finished in 5 days ahead of schedule.
