First time using KwikDry Total Cleaning. My A/C ducts and coil were in desperate need of cleaning. After receiving two quotes, I found this company on the internet and Im so thankful I did. We have several people in each week to organize our volunteer work. We like to have things clean for them & other guests. I hired Kwik Dry to clean my upholstered furniture. As a consumer, I see no need to write reviews for what I should expect for a given price so dont write them. However, Im talking about sofa, love seats, chairs in this room with 20 cushions! Mark with Kwik Dry, covered every inch of each piece so thoroughly, piping, aprons, back, sides, etc. I couldnt be more pleased with this beautiful, complete job for a reasonable price. They look brand new!Let me just start off by saying that Mark Lloyd is a 100% total rockstar! He is the part owner of this franchise. I learned that because he turned out to be VERY helpful and informative. I will explain.APPOINTMENT: I first set the appointment for a Friday that ended up being a pretty brutal day (not including the rain). Things came up, and I had to change the appointment date to the following Friday. Mark showed up and informed us when he was about 20 minutes away.He came in and walked the house with my wife to check the count of vents/ducts. We were wrong because we forgot closets. MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE CLOSETS IN YOUR VENT COUNT! It wasnt a big deal, but more vents/ducts means more work. Thats business. He did a great job of explaining everything.OLD VENTS: These vents had the 40-year-old rounded regular head screws in them. SSSOOO hard to work with! Mark looked at me with a big smile, then pulled out a small box of replacement screws that he replaced them with. I smiled back because I realized that itll be easier to remove them when he comes back for routine maintenance.DRYER: Long story short... We had a new dryer delivered and installed about two years ago. For an additional fee, the dryer vent was to be cleaned because its something that gets overlooked by most people. Upon removing the dryer from its pedestal, we discovered that the vent hose was installed incorrectly by the installers. I can understand why, for the most part, but it WAS installed incorrectly.After a short discussion with Mark, off to Lowes I went to purchase a new vent/pipe assembly. After cleaning, it was now time to put everything back in place. This was the most challenging hose reinstallation to a wall pipe/vent that I have encountered, as well as Mark. Thankfully, he is tall, was in good spirits, friendly, and extremely helpful. He climbed up and secured everything PROPERLY. We realize that we had a potential fire hazard there, so Im so thankful that Mark had the stick-to-it-iveness it took to get this done correctly.LENGTH OF SERVICE: I would consider our situation unique or non-standard. It took about 4 hours from walking in the door to completion.COST/VALUE: I believe that there is a high value for the cost paid to provide the service that Kwik Dry Total Cleaning and Mark Lloyd brought to our home. There is no doubt that maintenance will go much more smoothly because of his attention to the little things.BIG THANKS to Mark! As mentioned, he is a rockstar!

FOLLOW-UP: As an update to my original review below, Devonae (a manager) contacted me following the carpet cleaning service to let me know Mark had accidentally hit a hole in the drywall as he was traversing down the stairs. This was at one of our rental properties and I was not there at the time this happened, so I was very grateful for the quick notification and honesty. It took about two weeks for me to line up a drywall contractor to make the repair and Devonae and Mark worked with us to provide reimbursement immediately. Mistakes happen, but we were so grateful and impressed with Kwik Dry’s honesty and desire to make it right. We already highly recommended them from the excellent carpet cleaning they did, but it says a lot about the integrity of the company for them to take care of this issue the way they did. We stand by our recommendation and will certainly use them in the future! I have been having problems with my dryer since I bought it. It was always giving us an alert saying dryer vent blocked. I bought a new house so I didnt understand how it could have any blockage. I have called many people to take a look at our dryer, vent and even the electric connection, only this company was able to help solve our problem. Josh was very kind, polite and respectable to my parents (since i was at work during the service) and patiently explained what was going on and proceeded to help us. What a breath of fresh air! After a medical test suggested mold in my environment, scheduled a top to bottom cleaning - dryer vent, air ducts, carpet and AC coil. I was skeptical - it is Houston after all and there were no visible signs in the house. Mark found them - behind the air ducts. Couldnt have asked for a more professional, thorough job with attention to delivering excellent work. You might find slightly lower prices elsewhere but better health is worth it.
